As you enter, you will be greeted by the light and airy living space. Kick up your feet after a fun-filled day on Maui, complete with a convertible sofa, flat-screen TV, and ceiling fan. Spend your days relaxing on your private lanai, with seating for four. Take in the lovely garden views.
Eat in! The kitchen is fully equipped with plate ware and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. Enjoy dining al fresco on your private lanai or the quaint dining area.
The charming guest bedroom brings the tropical feel in with beautiful linens and twin beds. The guest bath is conveniently adjacent with a tub/shower combo. The primary bedroom features a Queen bed for the perfect night's rest, with a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom.
A stackable washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.

Great Location, Super clean, comfortable condo!

Loved this 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo! Perfect for our family of five. Loved breakfasts and many dinners on the lanai overlooking the gardens and beautiful south end of Haleakala. Kitchen was well equipped, roomy for two cooks. Beds were comfortable, ceiling and floor fans helped keep us cool. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher plus laundry and dish soap. There are a couple of beach chairs and plenty of beach towels to enjoy the beach. There are nice beaches across the street to snorkel and enjoy the sunset. Restaurants, shops and shave ice are within an easy walk. Foodland, for grocery shopping is a short drive. The airport, Costco and Walmart are about a 20 minute drive. It's super convienent to catch a snorkeling or diving boat with Island Style Diving at the Kihei Harbor only about 5 minutes by car. We hope to return to C-319 again soon.

Recommended!

Reviews, pricing, and location drew us to book this unit. We loved sipping our morning coffee on the garden view lanai with a beautiful view of the sun hitting Haleakala. The location is central for travelling and a 2-3 minute walk to Kamaole 2. Plenty of shopping within walking distance. The unit was super clean and easily accommodated a family of four. We kept the screen doors open which kept the unit cool and with the additional fans, we were never uncomfortable with high 20's temps. The management team was very responsive and accommodating when we requested a later checkout. We were able to get in one more epic snorkel and a shower before a long travel home. We hope to stay here again!

Kihei Akahi C-319
CBIP Vacations LLC provided comprehensive check-in instructions. While the property showed signs of typical wear and tear associated with its age, it was impeccably clean. All essential amenities were thoughtfully supplied, including cooking utensils, condiments, bathroom toiletries, bath and beach towels, as well as laundry and dish detergent. It's worth noting that there is no air conditioning in the unit. The property is conveniently within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, cafes, and a general store, although you may need to drive approximately 5 minutes to reach the nearest grocery store. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable with no issues to report

Great Location!

Our stay in Kihei was amazing thanks to this place! The condo had everything we needed, including chairs and an umbrella for the beach. It was clean and well kept. The staff was super nice and accommodating. My favorite part was the location. It is right across the street from a beautiful beach. There are also restaurants and shop close by. The area didn't feel super crowded or touisty, but there was lots to do within walking distance.

Exceptional

We arrived late but the instructions given via email was very helpful. The place was spec and span, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and the living room are well organized, perfect for our short stay. It’s walking distance to the beach. It is quiet, the only sound you hear are the chirping birds. The office staff were likable. I highly recommend this place

Amazing Place

We had an amazing experience renting a condo from you. The location is perfect; just steps away from the beach. Close to a little mall/malls for shopping and a few very good restaurants within walking distance.
Clean very quiet and perfect location. Very helpful landlords if you need anything. They were very responsive when I asked a question.. would absolutely stay here again. Highly Recommend

Place in paradise

Our family (5 of us)thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kihei Akahi C-319. The rental is a bit out dated but clean. It had all the amenities described. The time inside is slight in comparison to the paradise right outside your door and the large glass door leading to the lanai invites that beauty inside anyway! It is centrally located and having a rental car took us to sights all around the island, the volcano, road to Hana, Lahaina, Costco, Walmart, 20 minutes-ish from airport, etc. We even did an excusion to Molokini, we saw many whales from land and boat as well as sea turtles! Maui did not dissapoint, and Kihei Akahi C-319 was comfortable enough to come back to each day!

Nice place in good location

Nice place in good location. There were some electrical/ mechanical problems, which management mostly fixed before we left. Overall, stay was good.

Best location in Kihei

Located right across the street from one of our favorite beaches on Maui, just a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, and beach gear rentals. We could've ubered to the condo and been set.
