Fabulous condo! This luxury, private unit is located on the top floor and has all the amenities this popular complex affords.
This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has approximately 1475 sq. ft. of lanai and living area! The spacious primary suite features a king bed and air conditioning, the guest bedroom features a queen size bed, making it perfect for couples or families. You will love the fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, free high-speed wireless Internet as well as free phone calls to the mainland (U.S. and Canada). All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
This unit comes equipped with all the amenities so that you feel as if you are right at home. Enjoy the pleasant views from the large wraparound lanai in a tropical garden setting!
Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The spacious covered lanai with dining table allow for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this past week at The Palms. A few things that could be better - the kitchen is poorly equipped for someone that likes to cook a lot. We made do but the cook top could definitely be replaced and some additional cooking utensils would be great. Also, it seemed to be one of the only units that did not have any lounge chairs on the lanai. The lanai is such a great big space, it would have been lovely to be able to lounge and read a book out there!
Bonus was the great beach chairs and although the cooler zipper was broken, we still used it a few times.
A few updates would go a long way! We did still enjoy everything and loved our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay, the unit was clean, had A/C is every room and a fan. The place was spacious and quiet. It was a lovely place and access to the pool was very convenient to end each day.

Nice place, beautiful sunsets!
We had 6 people in our party and had plenty of space. It was clean with a large deck that we watched beautiful sunsets from. Xtra large beach towels and chairs were a bonus for our beach day! My only suggestion would be to put a larger hot water tank in as not everyone had a hot shower when getting ready. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed at the Palms and the
first time at this unit.The AC in the master bedroom
had mechanical issues before our arrival and CBIP installed a temporary ac unit in the bedroom, Thank you. The unit is nicely furnished and well equipped. We would defiantly stay here again.

Pretty and functional property
We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean and was fully A/C which is not automatic in Hawaii. The patio area was really big. We especially appreciated all the beach equipment and the hose on the patio to get rid of sand. It's a decent walk to the beach but doable.

Nice stay at the Palms at Wailea
Our family enjoyed our stay at the Palms at Wailea. The unit was clean and appointed well for our stay. We enjoyed the beach chairs and cooler provided. Directions given were easy to follow. We did experience a plumbing issue, but the management team responded quickly and were working through the issue. It did not get resolved while we were there, but they made every effort to problem solve the source.

Awesome location and accommodations
Spacious and fully stocked. Air conditioning throughout a major plus. CB was very organized in assisting our stay and very responsive to our occasional queries. Great pool and hot tub on the property. Loved every minute of it.

Lovely Views...

In all, our stay in The Palms at Wailea was very relaxing. It offers more space than a typical hotel room, with the option of being able to cook your own meals if you want to. Although the master bedroom needed some upgrading, it was very comfortable. Our only major problem was a power outage while plugging in a provided night light, which couldn’t be fixed until the following morning. I would also suggest the master bedroom carpet be professionally cleaned, or replaced. There were wear spots and obvious places where something had been spilled, which was our only major complaint with the property.

Perfect stay

Our stay at the condo exceeded our expectations. Everything was so clean and we had more than what we needed. The condo had sand toys, beach chairs, snorkeling gear , a cooler! We were so happy and the kids loved their home away from home, specially with daily visits to the pool. We were also able to walk to the beach and there were plenty of restaurants and a market a just 5 minute drive There was plenty of space for our family of 5.

Condo Review
It was great! The condo was very clean and located in a great location. They have beach chairs available for use as well as beach towels available. The beds were the only downside and could have been more comfortable. But everything else was amazing!

This unit was perfect for the four of us. It was clean and well stocked with extra linens, beach towels, beach chairs. A cooler would have been perfect but we made do.

We had a great stay in beautiful Maui. The condo was very clean and well equipped. CBIP Vacations LLC were amazing to deal with and always responded promptly and courteously. The condo location is fantastic & the grounds are very well taken care of. I will definitely go back. The only downfall are the strict swimming pool rules - no playing games like Marco Polo and/or pool floaties or ball throwing/catching games allowed. Also no music speakers allowed , only earbuds...we opted for the beach as that is where we would rather be anyway so this was a very small inconvenience for us. We loved the food truck food, especially Outrigger Pizza - amazing and Kobe Japanese Steakhouse is a must! Our favourite beach was Keawakapu Beach which is just down the road, unreal !! Our stay was a 10 out of 10!!

Enjoyable Stay!
We had a great stay in Wailea at The Palms. The condo was clean, spacious and well located. The kitchen is well stocked and there are lots of beach chairs, toys etc provided. The complex is well maintained and the pool was great. Highly recommend it!

Nice condo, great location. Lots of stairs so not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. Short walk to beach. It would have been nice to be closer to the pool. Overall it was a nice experience.

Palms at Wailea
We loved our stay at the Palms. In our opinion, it's in the nicest area of Maui! The beach closest to the Palms turned out to be our favorite beach. The condo is close to the shops and beaches and in such a quiet, beautiful location. Communication was excellent regarding our stay. We were even there during hurricane Lane and they were very helpful to assist us.

Great Vacation Spot in Wailea

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The lanai was spectacular - large space with wonderful patio furniture and BBQ. The Palms at Wailea is located close to many shops, restaurants, and great beaches. The building is made of concrete and thus is quiet. The kitchen needs some updating, i.e. appliances and housewares, but overall does function sufficiently. We have been to the Palms at Wailea a few times and always enjoy our stay. Thank you very much to our hosts. We had no issues or hiccups at 2106 and we would love to return in the future. Peter

Beautiful getaway
Very comfortable condo in quiet location within easy walking access to the beach. Kitchen equipment (dishes, etc.) could use some updates and one or two more lamps are needed in the living room. Management company responded promptly to minor issues that we had. Lots of stair-climbing (both up and down) required to reach this unit so not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.
