Location: Situated in the heart of Kahana, this condo is conveniently located between the renowned Ka'anapali and Kapalua areas. Enjoy world-class dining and shopping just moments away at Whaler's Village in Ka'anapali and Kahana Gateway Shopping Center. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to championship courses within a few miles, including the prestigious Kapalua Plantation Course, host of the PGA Tour's Sentry Tournament of Champions.

The AOAO charges a nightly parking fee of $18 plus tax. This fee is paid directly to the front desk when guests pick up their parking pass upon arrival. Parking Passes can be obtained from the Royal Kahana Front Desk from 8 AM to 5 PM, 7 days per week. If front desk is gone for the day, please see the security desk in the lobby, someone is there from 4 PM to 7 AM the following day. If no one is at the security desk, please call the number on the desk. You will need the make, model, color of your vehicle and the license plate number to register your vehicle. Please keep the parking pass in your vehicle on the dashboard at all times.

Best View in Town

I cannot rave about this place enough! We are a family of four and stayed for 10 days in April. First and foremost, the views are absolutely amazing. Hard to leave the Lanai, it is so beautiful. Look out and see endless ocean, whales, rainbows, beautiful sunsets and look down to see big sea turtles swimming in the crystal-clear water along the shore. Absolutely stunning! The apartment is beautiful also, with large living space, comfortable beds, well maintained and very clean. Check in and check out were super easy. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and everything needed to cook all your meals. They even supplied some fun beach and pool toys, chairs, skim boards, noodles etc... The location is perfect with walkable and swimmable beaches on site, world renown beaches only 2min drives away both north and south of the place. The onsite pool is great for a break away from the beach and there is a fun game room located next to the pool. Large T.V.\'s in every room for movies at night. I couldn\'t recommend this place enough and plan to come back and stay here any time we are in Maui. Overall great, clean, family friendly place, walkable to general stores and shops, and the best views from the room.

Truly Amazing

My family and boyfriend stayed here for 10 nights - This place was truly amazing. The room was huge and had plenty of seating, great TV, beds were very comfortable, nice bathrooms - had everything you needed. The lanai was breathtaking!!! Views of both Lanai and Molokai and perfect views of sunrise/sunset. You could not beat the price for the overall excellent room and views. Would highly recommend!!!
