Best Location in Maui

I am very pleased with the location and cleanliness of this condo. The condo is well maintained, and all appliances are very new and functioned well. Guests services are super responsive and offered clear instructions throughout the rental process from pre-arrival to checkout. The location of this condo is amazing with oceanview right in front of you and you can see the sunset simply from the balcony without going anywhere. Shops, eateries, etc are within walking distance. There are beachchairs in the condo where you can use it out on the beach without paying extra at rental shops. That's very considerate. They also leave you with basic supplies of laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc that is very thoughtful. These attention to details goes a long way for customer service. Thank you.

Little slice of paradise
We had such a special vacation staying in room 204! The condo was clean, well furnished, and it had a beautiful view from the balcony. The location was super convenient, and there were almost always sea turtles above the reef in front of the condo with which you could snorkel. I'm so glad we decided to stay in this condo!

Wonderful vacation!

We had a wonder stay at Royal Mauian 204! It is located on one of the best beaches with 2-3 others in walking distance, with beach chairs and towels available with a great sunset view! Nicely decorated with Hawaiian treats to welcome us. Was in a great area with walking distance to many shops and stores. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Mahalo for letting us stay in your wonderful condo on an amazing island!

Royal Mauian Room 204 stay

Room was clean, location was amazing, great amenities. A bug issue in the kitchen upon arrival that we needed to buy bug spray for and address the entire week but the spray kept them away, so maybe bug spray more often in the unit. Otherwise our stay was great!

Amazing Visit to Maui - Royal Mauian 204

Just returned from a great stay at the Royal Mauian 204 in Kiehi. Location was great - right between two beaches and across the street from some places to eat, grocery store, beach rental stores. short drive to some other great restaurants and beaches plus a little market for souveniers. Condo was clean and well maintained. Updated kitchen - quite a few bugs in the kitchen when we first arrived but didn't notice them for most of the balance of the stay - just needed to keep kitchen free of crumbs and food - suppose fairly normal for a tropical environment. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Patio was lovely - view was amazing - ocean, beach, mountains - couldn't have been a better view - lots of time spent on the lanai.
Management company was very helpful with booking and questions in advance - didn't really need them during as everything was as promised. Beach chairs were very handy - used daily - and rented an umbrella. Overall loved every minute of our stay and would definitely return and recommend to family/friends. Thank you Royal Mauian 204 and CB Island Vacations!

Paradise in Maui

We absolutely loved this Unit: Gorgeous Views of Kamaole Beach from the Balcony and Master, lovely Pool in front with spectacular Views, nice Walks on Beach 1 and 2. Great location for the family!

The rental was very nice, small but adequate. It was so nice having the beach right there they kids didn’t have to cross the road. We could walk to dinner every night. Well appointed and comfortable condo.

The rental condo was very comfortable and nice! We had everything needed in the kitchen to make some meals. The WiFi was great as my adult kids had to work and we all enjoyed the view! Loved the beach chairs and towels and fins. The location is awesome in regards to the beach and shopping and activities and some restaurants. Overall a wonderful Christmas vacation!

Our Kihei Favorite
We absolutely love this location. We have stayed several years in a row now. It has always been clean and very well taken care of. All questions can be answered through the management company and they are prompt to answer or return calls. The location offers a beautiful view from the lanai and a short walk across the grass to either of the beaches. There is plenty of cookware and supplies to prepare a meal for your family and there is an organic and natural grocery across the street. Quick access to the coffee shops and restaurants, is just another plus. We bring our teens and this location allows them to safely visit surrounding shops, fish, swim and snorkel just outside the condo and we can watch from the lanai. We have stayed in Kihei for over 10 years in multiple locations and once we found Room 204 we have never looked anywhere else.

Condo on the water
The condo was in a great location, convenient walking to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The room was clean and sufficient for 2 couples. Pool was clean. Nice sunsets from the property. Took walks on the public beach right next door. Saw sea turtles almost every day in the water. Would come back.

This condo has it all!! We had an amazing stay at this condo while our family was in Maui. This condo was equipped with everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. The view from the lanai is picture perfect. The location was great with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Excellent Vacation Experience

Our family of four stayed had an amazing vacation at Royal Mauian 204. The condo is clean and very well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and we are happy to say that we slept well each night. The kitchen has nice dishes, silverware, drink ware as well many kitchen essentials like a tea kettle and blender. We took advantage of the beach chairs and there are also beach towels available. Our favorite part was the lanai that overlooks the beautiful beach and ocean. We enjoyed watching amazing sunsets every night from the lanai. The beach is a short walk from the condo. We enjoyed the property and roof top view with tables and grills. The condo is close to great restaurants and shops. We would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

Honeymoon in Maui

The unit was very nice, and in a nice location with a great view! The walls are a little thin, so you can hear conversations in other rooms and out in the hallway, and can hear the cars on the road when out on the porch - which wasn't a huge deal for us because we didn't spend much time in the unit, but something to think about. Overall a very cute place to stay and so close to the beach!

Fantastic condo, perfect location

Lovely condo in the perfect location on the water side of S Kihei Road. We enjoyed Royal Mauian 204 so much! A quick walk across the street to Coconuts for wonderful fish tacos, renting a paddleboard at Auntie's Snorkel or dining at Maui Tacos. This particular condo unit is lovely because it faces northwest so it has beautiful views without cooking in the sun. We spent a lot of time on the deck reading and relaxing and enjoying the great view of Kamaole Park #1, the beach and the water. Bring your binoculars to watch the whales during their season – we saw them even in mid-March. Loved the convenience of walking to the beach without having to pack for the day because it was just a quick walk back to the unit for lunch. The unit itself was lovely, very well decorated and supplied. We highly recommend the Royal Mauian for the location and if you stay in Unit 204 you won't be disappointed!

Very nice furnishings and the view looking northwest has no direct sun but still has sunset view. Perfect every evening to relax watching the sunset and enjoy the lanai all day long. Beautiful condo with beautiful view

Absolutely beautiful condo. You could not ask for a better view from the deck or master bedroom. Incredibly clean, quiet, and well equipped with everything you would need (be it for the beach or the kitchen.) I was able to enjoy long walks on the beach every morning then circle around and walk on the sidewalk back for a different view. Turtles swim close to the beach shore. There was one in the same proximity while I was wading in the water - cannot get much better than that! Great restaurants within walking distance and easy commute to other destinations on the island. The condo provided a much more relaxing and authentic feel than a resort ever would. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the property was clean and well maintained. We loved having the new bedding and towels, and now there is A/C, which we didn't need when we were there, but so nice to have if needed.

We just spent 2 weeks waking up every morning with a beautiful view of Kamaole Beach One right off of our lanai. The condo was clean, well equipped and nicely furnished throughout. We especially enjoyed having drinks and snacks on the lanai and watching people enjoying themselves in the park and on the beach. You can easily walk to shops, restaurants, shave ice and our favorite, Lappert's Ice Cream right accross the street. The pool was very nice with plenty of lounge chairs and tables available. We saw whales breaching daily right off of the beach. We will be back.

Comfortable Ocean View Condo

The Royal Mauaian Unit 204 was the perfect location for us next to the beautiful Kamaole beach. The recently updated unit offered a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable furnishings. We enjoyed relaxing on the spacious lawn facing the ocean next to the pool, as well as watching the sunset and whales from the rooftop patio while grilling our dinner on the barbecue.

Great location!

Perfect location with the beach a few steps away as well as dining options. Unit was clean and updated stocked with basic amenities. Only two minor cons -
1 - No A/C and when we went it was very hot.
2 - Listed as a 6 person unit, but it is more for only 4. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable so would not recommend anyone sleep on it. We had 2 small children so 4 of us slept on the king bed.

Excellent place to stay.

My husband, son and daughter -in-law stayed here for a week in August. The unit is set up nicely for two couples. We really enjoyed staying at the condo. It is centrally looked with a nice grocery store to across the street and lots of restaurants in walking distance. The view from the condo is stunning and Beaches Kam 1 and 2 are a few minutes walk away. This is my favorite place to stay on the islands. I will definitely be back.

Love location and decor
The wonderful remodel and lovely furnishings made this location even more perfect. It was so easy to enjoy the beach, the view, the sunset, the turtles and parks! Facing north makes it more comfortable in the afternoons not needing to get out of the sun. It is central to all the best beaches and restaurants. We can't wait to return!
