Come make memories at Waikoloa Fairway Terrace. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom has all you need for your Hawaii vacation. Enjoy the newly updated living area, dining area, and fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, BBQ, and fitness center for guests' use.

Enjoy the open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. There is a smart television in the living area and a small lanai to enjoy the fresh Hawaii air and the sound of the birds. There is a dining area off the kitchen, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets any at-home chef needs.

The guest bedroom has two new twin beds and a closet to unpack. The guest bathroom is located in the hallway with a bathtub and shower combination. The primary bedroom has a king bed, smart television, and a private bathroom. Soak away the sun in the bathtub or rinse off the salt in the tiled shower.

The Waikoloa Fairway Terrace is located near the Waikoloa Village. There is a fitness center, hot tub, and a large pool for guests to use. Enjoy the local restaurants, golf course close by, and much more.

This was a perfect landing place for our family of 4. Comfortable and included the amenities we needed. The turkeys and budgies (and other b,,irds) we very cute to watch on the golf course.

Provides awesome customer service and the home has everything you need to live comfortably. Seasonings for food a couple of waters coffee, laundry soap, dishes, dish soap, towels, beach gear. This rental is definitely one that I will be retuning to.

Clean, tastefully decorated, well-appointed rooms welcomed us; the serene view from the windows and the happy twittering from the birds outside helped as well. The majestic tree standing right outside the lanai helped shield most of the sun coming into the unit, thus helping the unit stay cool overall - without the need to use the AC provided in the unit. The kitchen was fully equipped - and everything was newer and clean. TV reception was good, internet connection was solid, the keyless door convenient. We did get lost some coming in on the first night - the front gate to this unit is the second one, hiding in the dark behind the first, brightly-lit gate with a big "Fairway Terrace" sign - took us a while to figure that out but after that, it was all good. We had the chance to call the management a few times, and each time they were responsive and courteous. The Village has a supermarket right outside the premises, along with a few tasty takeout places, which made us feel like we could definitely do a staycation during the vacation. Excellent overall; would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at the resort, bear to shops and still quiet location at the edge of the golf course.<br/>The appartement was fulltime equiped and nicely furnished.
