We stayed for more than a week at the property, and we have experienced everything that this place has to offer:1. The unit: Everything looks either new or very well maintained, very clean, modern, and welcoming. 2. The location was simply one of the best in the Big lsland: It's right in the middle of the famous Alli'i Drive, which is along the beach line. The condo is just across from the beach that you can enjoy beach view from the patio and only a short walk to the beach. The trolley stop (route 201) is also in front of the condo, making it convenient if you don't have a car and you want to explore the town and the beaches. Because of the location, we were able to enjoy many things including downtown Kona, explore many beaches, Alli'i Farmer's Market without a car. We ended up renting a car from Turo for only a few days of our trip, which saves a lot of money for us since car rental is pretty expensive here. The street has a lot of tourists walking/running so we feel safe going up and down Alli'i drive at any hours of the day.3. The view: The view is really nice from the patio, whether at night or during the day. When we are not out exploring and doing activities, our favorite thing to do is to sit on the patio and just look at the beach. The sunset and moonlights are both facing the patio, so we enjoyed that.4. Outside amenities: The complex has a clubhouse with sitting and BBQ areas, ping pong table, gym, nice pool, and HOT TUB. All these were recently renovated and well maintained so they look newer than most pools/clubhouse that we have been to. Our day has typically been outside during the day and relaxing in the hot tub or patio during the evening. Designated garage parking is available, which is rare for Big Island. In a few other places, there are only outside and/or shared parking space.5. Inside amenities: The condo is equipped with everything you need: kitchen appliances and silverware, washer dryer, TVs, high end very comfortable beds, 4 portable BEACH CHAIRS (I love these), coffee, hot water, AC (I have seen other places in Hawaii without AC and/r washer dryer), so I'd appreciate these a lot.

Overall we had a tremendous experience. The unit was spotless, the location was convenient to all amenities and the view was gorgeous. The only thing renters with children will need to know is that some of the permanent residents of the complex are VERY sensitive to noise. My two children were asked to keep the noise down at the pool even though they were not yelling at unacceptable levels AND they were enjoying the pool during normal hours (not during the posted quiet hours starting at 9pm). Those complaints made us more self-conscious of our use of facility amenities even though we were conducting ourselves per all posted rules.<br/><br/>Otherwise, it was an absolute dream of a unit. Highly recommend all other aspects.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We found the location very convenient to downtown Kailua-Kona while still being a quiet location with access to the beach, a pool and free parking. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed.

We decided last minute to book a trip to Hawaii and we're glad we did! This condo is nicely decorated and we appreciated the modern yet Hawaiian feel to it. It was so nice to wake up and look out at the ocean each day. There was also a farmer's market nearby and lots of other options for lunch, etc. We would love to return!
