Come enjoy your vacation at Keauhou Punahele #E301! This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo has high ceilings, an open layout, and a large lanai. Relax and take in the ocean and golf course views, fully stocked kitchen, smart television, and fast WIFI.

Upon entry into this home, you are welcomed by an open layout of the living area, dining room, and large lanai. Enjoy relaxing in the space with ample seating for all your guests. There is a smart television for you to sit and stream your favorite show in the living room. Have a sit-down dinner at the dining table inside or dine outside al fresco on the lanai. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the gadgets needed for cooking.

The primary ensuite is downstairs with high ceilings, a king bed, a private bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The guest room is downstairs with two twin beds and a guest bathroom in the hallway for guests' use. The loft bedroom is upstairs and is open-air style. There is a full bed, a twin bed for guests' use, and a bathroom upstairs. A great place for a bird's-eye view.

Enjoy the pool, hot tub, and BBQ area that is available for guests' use at this property. Keauhou Punahele looks out on the Kona Country Club Golf Course and is a close walk to Keauhou Bay. You are close to shopping at Keauhou Shopping center, which offers restaurants, grocery shopping, a cinema, and much more.

Please note:

There is no elevator for this unit.
One flight of stairs is required to get to the loft inside the unit.
There is no air conditioning at this property.
There is a railing in the loft area and is not suitable for young kids unless supervised.
This property does not allow any floats, pool toys, jumping, diving, or splashing. It is a quiet pool, and all children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
Babies and toddlers need to wear swim diapers.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Our vacation rental was everything we could ask for. We had 3 rooms with each having a bathroom to themselves, a beautiful balcony where you can see the ocean and an open floor layout for hosting and cooking. <br/><br/>The condo amenities are great. There is a pool and hot tub just a 2 min walk from the condo. We had one child on our trip which made following the rules of the pool easier. If you have more than one child and they need to get a lot of energy out or a large group that is louder this may not be the space. The community is older and some rent their space and others live either full time or part time. That means some like new people coming and going and others find it hard to live in a space that is not being respected properly. So, just be mindful of the living community and follow the rules. They do have staff on the property that will say something. <br/><br/>There is a local snorkeling beach 5 min away from the condo and amazing Poke at Da Poke shop ( only open on Mon-Friday). The owner was so kind and the food was fresh and so good. My 6 year old love Poke. There is also grocery store, pizza place and bar all in the same area for eats and drinks just 10 min down the road. <br/><br/>Overall this space was everything we needed. There is snorkeling things in the space to borrow, everything for a trip to the beach and more and we also gifted a little swimmers life jacket. <br/><br/>When we go back to Kona, we will be using this space again!
