If golf is your passion, it's literally next door. The unit is snuggled in a quiet area of the property with no tenants above or below, and the amenities will not disappoint when you simply want time to chill. And, if you are tired of hotel resort fees, we have you covered with free, free, free! Free high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with apps, free Spectrum cable, and the Showtime channel, along with a free assigned parking spot just a few steps from your front door.

Upon entry to this home, you will appreciate the lovely Hawaiian features and the fresh look of new furnishings, linens, and appliances. The living area is an open style and flows delightfully from the kitchen to the dining area, living area, and lanai. The couch has a fold-out queen bed for additional sleeping, and the hallway is host to a full-size washer and dryer for your laundry needs. And, as a bonus feature, the lanai has an impressive inventory of beach toys, tennis racquets, snorkel gear, and more.

The kitchen has new appliances and all the gadgets the chef in your family would desire! The living area is decorated with vibrant colors, Big Island artwork, and tapestries. If watching sunrises or sunsets over the Pacific is important, you will be steps away from a salt and pepper beach, and just north, you will find a sandy beach. When you return to the condo, you can relax in the comfort of your condo's cold air conditioning.

The bedroom is a great place to recharge, as it comes with a queen bed, a large smart TV, a safe for your valuables, a large closet for your clothes, and two nightstands with ample charging stations on both for all your electronics. This is a great place to mirror your device to the bedroom's own smart TV to review your pics and videos from the day's excursions.

Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet is located on Alii Drive close to shopping, restaurants, and the famous Kona Farmer's Market. You will be 1.5 miles from Magic Sands beach and Pahoehoe Beach Park. Shoreline access to the oceanfront is available in the complex along with multiple beach locations within a mile or two in each direction. - This unit has recently been updated.
- This home has a split air conditioning system. One unit is located in the bedroom, and one is in the living room and cools very nicely.
- There are fewer than five steps to the unit.

Quiet and excellent place to stay, all the amenities we needed and furniture and bed very comfortable. Close waking distance to water, car lot space only a 100 feet from the entry way door. Stores and restaurants only a few minute drive from condo.

Large number of gnats surprised us when we checked in

The condo was nicely furnished but when we checked in there were between 50-100 gnats on the bedroom quilt. They were not flying, just “lying” on the quilt, sheets and pillows. It was actually gross and when I called CBIP Vacations they told me it was no big deal and to make up the pull out couch and sleep there. There were gnats in the living room too, just not nearly as many. We ended up leaving and staying in a hotel until the following day when they had pest control come out and the cleaners wash all of the bedding. It was not the start to our trip as we had planned. We were reimbursed for our hotel stay. After all was cleaned we ended up enjoying the stay.

We stayed here for two weeks. The unit is well equipped with a very comfortable bed and pillows, a great kitchen, including filtered water and AC which we used at night especially. It’s right near the coastline, only a short walk and we loved watching the surf hit the rough lava coastline and sunsets. It’s near great snorkeling and great birding sites. Also not too far from Kona. We also drove 2 hours to the volcano. Highly recommend!

Was very satisfied with the rental location, and how clean it was and all the beach toys and equipment left for us to enjoy. we enjoyed our stay but would have liked the departure time on last day to be noon instead of 10 AM.

I really enjoyed my stay in this unit. The place was pristine and organized. The linens/towels were nice and felt brand new - the 4 pillows on the bed were super comfy. I loved the beach towels as well. You can tell that the host really thought about their guests and their stay. I really appreciated the travel coffee tumblers (nice touch) - wish I was there for pleasure and could have used all the snorkel gear/ beach chairs etc - there was even a fishing pole. :). The management company was super responsive when I wanted to extend the stay. I was surprised that I could hear the ocean at night and that there was another public beach just a few steps away. Coming from the cold - I was a bit worried about the ac (especially at night) - it worked great!!!!! <br/>Overall a really great experience!
