Welcome to Kona Bali Kai #332! Enjoy ocean views from your lanai at this studio. There is a futon, a window air conditioning unit, and a kitchentte. You can walk across the street to the beach or enjoy the pool, hot tub, and BBQ amenities.

Upon entry, there is the living area and the views of blue water from the lanai. There is a queen size bed for guests' comfort and a futon. Enjoy the cozy style of this unit and the wall air conditioning or open the lanai doors and soak up the Hawaii weather.

The kitchenette is located by the entry. There is a stocked kitchen with dining and silverware plus pots and pans. The bathroom is located off the main living area for privacy. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub combination and a large closet.

Relax on the lanai and enjoy your ocean view with a cup of Kona coffee in the morning. This property is located on the iconic Alii drive across from the famous Banyans surf beach.

Please note:
-There is no elevator to get to this unit
-The pool and hot tub area are located across the street in the main building
-The BBQ area is across the street on the beach for guests use
-There is a window air conditioning in the living area of this unit
-This is a studio and has a kitchenette, not a full kitchen, no dishwasher
-There is no washer and dryer in this unit, there is one across the street in the main building for guests' use

Overall

Good location. Kitchen was adequately equipped. Bed was comfy. Plumbing needs to be updated. Bathroom sink does not hold water. Valve that directs water to shower head allowed so much water to leak to tub spout that we both could not have a hot shower before supper. Wasteful. We attempted to do laundry, but key provided did not unlock laundry room door.

Overall

We had a great time the apartment was nice. We enjoyed the lanai and the partial view of the ocean across the street. Any questions that we had during our stay were addressed by the CB management. Thank you for a great vacation .
