No need to drive to the beach -- you're right across the street! Just steps away! Enjoy this beautiful 2BR/2BA condo in White Sands Village across the street from White Sand Beach (also known as Magic Sands Beach.)

Conveniently located across the street from Magic's Beach Grill, you are a short stroll away from some of the best food and drink on the Kona coast. Whether you are looking for a morning cup of Kona coffee at Magic's Beach Shack, or an inspired meal made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients for lunch or dinner, there is something for everybody moments away from your doorstep.

View and Privacy: Large and private lanai with mountain/ocean views, and during winter months (around winter solstice) a beautiful and direct sunset view. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, hi-speed WIFI, phone (free calls to the US and Canada), flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player, central air conditioning, and laundry. Each bedroom is furnished with a queen bed; the Primary bathroom has a shower, and the guest's bathroom has a shower and a tub.

This top floor unit is located in the Kuakini building, set behind the other two in White Sands Village. Therefore, in addition to providing beautiful views, it offers privacy and a gentle ocean breeze. Wake up with some Kona coffee and watch the sunrise from the lanai! During winter months, watch a full sunset from the privacy of your patio, or walk across the street and enjoy it from the beach! It is also a large unit -- 1030 sqft with a 200 sqft lanai. It's just a few steps further to the beach than the other buildings, but we think it's worth it :)

The complex has a saltwater pool across from the beach, hot tub, outdoor barbecue area, and tennis courts. The grounds are well-tended and include beautiful palm trees, many-flowered plants, and a large number of tropical birds. The perfect place to enjoy all Hawaii has to offer!! There are two covered parking spots below the unit.

This unit is located on Ali'i Drive, just 2 miles south of Kona town, and one mile north of Kahalu'u Beach (aka Snorkel Beach), and 2 miles north of Keauhou for easy access to shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. From this fantastic central location on the Big Island of Hawaii, you can visit the Volcano, golf courses, coffee farms, and all of the many attractions that make Hawaii a favorite destination.

Accessibility: Please note that the elevator goes to the third floor, and then there is a set of 10 small steps to access the unit.

We had a great stay at unit 334 - exactly as pictured in the photos, The kitchen was well stocked and the condo had everything you need to go to the beach ( chairs, coolers, umbrella etc . the grounds were very well kept. Only recommendation would be to have the main bed replaced as we found it a tad uncomfortable.Magic Sands beach is a short walk across the street and is amazing.would definitely stay here again

We had a great stay at Whistler Sands Village unit 334. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler etc. we enjoyed the ocean view with our morning coffee. The decor is a bit dated but the beds were very comfy.. we found the complex quiet and my kids enjoyed the pool and the pool table. The ocean was quite high and rough when we were there, so Magic Sands beach was a bit too crazy for us, but we did enjoy the restaurant and breakfast food truck right across the street. Overall, we felt we got great value for the cost of the rental. Thank you!

We had a great time. We loved the location. We loved being able to walk to the beach and the amenities of the condo. The pool was so nice and warm. The grounds were beautiful. We loved the actual unit. It was comfortable and well stocked.

Our family had such a special trip to Kona while staying in this condo! Everything was spotless and the items left for us to use in the condo were just perfect! The customer service received from the staff was exceptional as well! I thought there were no BBQ tools so I let them know. They immediately brought over a new set for us. Turns out I just didn’t look in the right drawer! Apartment is not brand new, but is priced to reflect this, so a great bargain! But all the appliances work perfectly and it is so nice to have a washer and kitchen while on vacation with kids. We enjoyed many home cooked meals!The one thing to consider is this condo is located at the rear of the property away from the pool. So if that is important to you, perhaps consider another condo as it takes time to walk down to the pool. The plus side is you are away from the noise of people in the pool and away from any road noise. The even better plus is that you have a stunning view of the ocean. Mahalo for being such great hosts!!

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the new living room furniture and the beds were comfortable, I little disappointed that there was no King bed in master bedroom but other then that it is a very nice unit.

I was a bit worried when I booked this property through Airbnb and then it was changed management company. However, both the owner and Coldwell Bank managed my transition professionally and were very helpful with any questions I had. The location was great. We were near the beach and restaurants. I would book this property again. My kids' biggest complaint were the stairs but that may be because they are lazy sometimes. Enjoy your vacation!!

We had a great Hawaiian vacation this year. Initially this property was owned by another company and was just sold to CBIP Vacations. Gina was awesome with the transfer and made us feel welcome. The condo was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. However, the beds were not comfortable at all. Perhaps the new owner will invest in better mattresses and linens. There is a missing slat to the blinds in the guest room and the headboard to the bed is not attached to anything. Overall we had a great time.
