We were very pleased with this unit. It had a nice private balcony where we enjoyed our morning coffee and the unit was located close to the pool. We also found it to be an easy walk down to the Wailea shops.

This condo is so spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Even better than the pictures. My friends and I loved the location as well! It is walking distance to a beautiful beach and other shops and restaurants and surrounded by stunning resorts! The hosts are very accommodating and will be there for any of your needs, including great recommendations! I highly recommend staying at this condo during your time in the gorgeous Maui.

As a family of four exploiting Maui for the first time we found staying here to provide a wonderful home away from home and an excellent home base for exploring the island. Shops within walking distance were able to provide food, supplies, even replacement footwear for causalities of an ambitious hike. Nearby dining was also excellent with many wonderful options to choose from including Monkeypod(very much worth it). The complex was quiet (though we were able to step on the lanai one night and enjoy a beautiful fireworks display from one of the nearby resorts) and provided a great place to rest and recuperate. The pools were the perfect place to unwind and cool down in the evening after a day out and also offered the option to BBQ. In addition to walking to shopping and dining, Ulua beach is nearby and easily accessible. Many other great beaches were within just a few minutes drive. The unit was spotless, well stocked (kitchen, linens, beach gear), and spacious. The washer and dryer were very useful, allowing us to pack light. We highly recommend this condo and plan to return.

We had a great stay here. Staff was very friendly and were accommodating. We arrived in Maui before check in time and their staff did their best to allow an early check in while making sure the condo was clean and ready for us. The condo is in a great location, easy walk to to the Shops in Wailea and short drive to the beaches.

This condo was the perfect fit for our family of 6. From the moment we arrived the condo was very clean and welcoming .The amenities were a definite plus giving us the opportunity to relax and enjoy.The beaches , shops & restaurants only minutes away .After a long day of exploring the island it was nice to have the option to BBQ and relax by the pool .We also enjoyed the peacefulness of waking up and having breakfast on the lanai .We are looking forward to staying here again .

Family of 6 spent 9 days at this condo. Everything was very clean and spacious. Washer and dryer came in very handy. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to the beach and shopping was very convenient. When we got back from beach, we would bbq and jump in the pool. Sunsets where amazing. Definitely coming back to this spot.

I went with my closest, dearest friends to celebrate my 50th birthday. The kitchen had everything we needed to host a few dinners, lunches and happy hours. We went to several restaurants within walking distance from the condo that were AMAZING (Monkeypod and Matteo's). We were able to catch sunsets at the beach which is also walking distance and enjoy a nice after dinner soak in the jacuzzi that is a minute from our front door. The rooms were spacious for our luggage and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed having breakfast on the lanai listening to the birds and seeing the beautiful flowers. The condo had beach towels, a cooler and four beach chairs for us to use which was helpful. It was nice that a washer and dryer are in the unit so we could pack clean clothes to make unpacking easy. We had a great time exploring the island and are already making plans to return and definitely staying here!

Wow! The beds were huge and super comfortable. Everything was very clean. There is a huge patio with gorgeous flowers and birds. Check-in was easy with a nice welcome gift. Kitchen is well-stocked with everything, including a blender. <br/>We saw no bugs at all. The location is wonderful for walking to the shopping mall, beach and restaurants. <br/>There was only one problem. Unfortunately the party above us had a child who started running and thumping at about 5 am. The first morning I went upstairs and spoke to her dad, but it didn’t help at all. She actually started in earlier the next day. Earplugs helped. Would I stay there again? Absolutely! (With good earplugs.)

This spacious condo is perfectly located and walking distance to a variety of shopping (high-end and ABC stores nearby), beaches (great snorkeling) and restaurants (Monkey Pod is our favorite!). The complex is quiet and the unit is fully stocked with everything visitors need to make it feel like home. We loved having coffee in the morning on the patio. And bonus points for having a washer/dryer available. We're already making plans to go back!

The condo was centrally located for us to surf locally, airport side(Kahului), and Kaanapali. We took advantage of the kitchen and ate breakfast and dinners. We also did a load of laundry. The condo is very spacious and clean. I highly recommend this place for your next visit to Wailea, Maui.

This property is the best! Our family has been to Maui a number of times, we strongly prefer Wailea to Lahaina. The weather is always nicer, it's much less crowded, and the sunsets are perfect. The biggest problem with Wailea is that all of the luxury resorts are SOOOO expensive, not so with this perfect condo complex tucked in the middle of them all.<br/>The kitchen is very well stocked, I am a professional chef and there was everything needed to cook countless gourmet meals for my family. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the bedding is clean and soft and new, there are plenty of outlets for devices, and there is plenty of drawer and closet space. There is a super convenient and out of the way washer/dryer on the patio that works great and comes with detergent and dryer sheets. The master shower is so big that it should be the profile pic for this property.<br/>Probably the best thing about this spot is how comfortable my family was, weather it was sleeping in, crashing in after a day of adventures, or gathering around the table for a meal. It was fully equipped with everything we could've asked for.<br/><br/>10/10 would definitely recommend and come again!!!

We were very satisfied with our stay. The rental property had clear instructions, were available for questions during a storm and was very clean. They also made sure you had the basic need like coffee, tide pods for cleaning your clothes, soaps and shampoos, towels. Very thoughtful. Even have beach chairs! A little far for walking but with a car it’s good, (buses only come once an hour on Maui) Having ac in all rooms is a plus. The best thing is the deck, taking coffee out there and listening to the birds was fun and watching geckos run by. Loved our stay.

A super comfortable condo close to lots of great beaches, restaurants and shops. Checking in was painless. The condo was well furnished with comfortable beds and an amazing shower in the master. We cooked many of our own meals in the well equipped kitchen.<br/>The two pools (with hot tubs) were close by, clean and a great place for afternoon poolside "happy hour".<br/>We look forward to returning soon!<br/>Check out the sunset at Keawakapu Beach. Lunch at Miso Phat Sushi was amazing. As was our fine dinner at Matteo's Osteria, which is very close to the condo.<br/>Thanks to Jon and Jennifer and the folks at CBIP Vacations!

Amazing place!! We stayed here during our honeymoon to Maui, and wow I have nothing but great things to stay! The condo was impeccably clean, had everything accessible (beach towels, snorkel gear, toiletries, etc) to use so we didn't have to rent or buy. We noted that it was our honeymoon and they greeted us with champagne and made us feel so special! The house was so cute, so clean and very spacious. We loved all the decor and the beds were SOOO comfy! This place could easily host a family with plenty of living space. Jon and Jennifer, the hosts, left a book of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to eat, which was awesome. The location was walking distance to the beach, right next to a golf course, shops, and right next to amazing restaurants (walking distance to MonkeyPod which is famously delicious!), so it really is the perfect location for everything! We will definitely be coming back to this spot!Thank you so much!

Great place to stay for our family of four. Walking distance to great restaurants, market, and a beautiful beach with great snorkeling! Many other great South Maui beaches are just a short drive away too. The condo had very comfortable beds in 2 large bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals when we didn't want to eat out. The complex had lush landscaping with 2 pools. Would definitely recommend and hope to return again one day.

This couldn't be a more perfect location! We loved that it's walking distance to coffee shops, grocery store and food! The reserved parking spaces were nice to have as well. This location is also surrounded by 5-star hotels like the Andaz, Four Seasons and more! <br/><br/>Beach beach is about a 5 minutes drive away and I would recommend checking out the beaches of all the resorts nearby as well! Monkey Pod is a restaurant nearby that you can walk to! A beautiful property and great convenience! We would recommend leaving very early to go to Road to Hana! <br/><br/>The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside each room was perfect for 2 couples. Both beds were very comfortable and the AC was great! We stayed a total of 9 nights and the laundry was very helpful. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and kitchen items. We will definitely book a stay here again.

Wailea is a great location and Grand Champions was a perfect fit for us. Close enough to a bunch of beaches without paying beach front prices. The farthest beach was Makena Beach (aka Big Beach) is a 10 min drive from the condo and it has ample parking. Drive 10 minutes south of Makena along an ocean side road to visit the Ahihi-Kinau Natural Area Reserve and finally come upon a dead end road where you'll find the lava fields. On your way back, check out one of several spots where you can pull over and relax in a tide pool and soak up the sun. If you just want to walk to the beach, well…. That's okay too. There are three beaches within walking distance (less than 10 minutes if you cheat and cut across the golf course) Those three beaches are the perfect spot to swim, chill on the beach or check out one of Maui's perfect sunsets. The condo... That too was a perfect fit for us. The master bedroom has pretty big with a super comfy bed and a gigantic shower with two shower heads and a bench seat. The shower is probably close to 10 feet by 10 feet! Crazy big! The second bedroom has is smaller but still roomy with its own bathroom and tub/shower.Everything worked well with no issues at all. The hot water was hot and the air conditioning was cool! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our two week stay. We were pleasantly surprised to see upgraded appliances since the photos were last taken. A Washer and dryer in the unit too!! There are beach chairs, beach towels and even a good sized cooler and NO not Styrofoam!! We didn't use the pools or hot tubs but they are really close to the unit and look great. We were just too busy hitting the beaches. You'll surely be seeing a second review when we go back. Oh yeah, my son had to attend online school during our visit and had no issues with the Wi-Fi during his ZOOM classes and me streaming movies/videos at the same time. After vacationing in Maui 5 or 6 times over the years, we finally found our home away from home. Wailea area is great, Grand Champions is Great and this unit was perfect for us! See you next year!!!

We arrived to the condo after a long travel day. We stayed in Lahaina the Christmas before and were shocked at how much shorter the drive was from the airport. Huge bonus. The kids jumped onto the internet immediately and the network was not showing. We called CB Island Vacations and they immediately sent someone (Dan?) over to fix it. The prior tenant had re-named the network for some reason. Dan (I think) fixed it immediately and was on his way. Internet is gold!The condo was very large for our family. The kitchen/dining room/living room area is all wide open and connected. The Master bedroom is massive. The front bedroom has a lot of space with it's own attached bathroom. We had a great time spending the evenings on the lanai. It is surrounded by a mini jungle. Very peaceful. With COVID raging we chose to eat and prepare most of our meals at the condo. The kitchen is very well appointed with nice appliances. It took awhile to get used to cooking on an electric stove but I figured it out. Everything that we needed was in the kitchen. It just took me a few minutes to figure out where everything was. The Master bed was as comfortable as I have been in. It reminded me of sleeping in a Westin bed with great linens. We put the AC units on at night and it kept the room nice and cold. It was great having beach chairs and an ice chest available to use for our stay. We spent every day at the beach and used the chairs and ice chest every day. For our past stays we always had to purchase a crappy styrofoam ice chest from the grocery store that would be thrown away at the end of our vacation. Huge bonus!We loved the Grand Champions complex. We went to the pool in the evening and used the jacuzzi. Very quiet area that has great landscaping. Our favorite part of our stay was the location. We spent all day every day at the beaches. We found 6 or so amazing beaches within 8 minutes of the condo. You really can't go wrong with picking any of the beaches. It was fun to be able to walk out the front door to Uloa Beach and watch the sunset. Super close if you walk across the golf course. Location, location, location!

Overall very clean, good location- easy walk to Wailea Shops and beaches, nice pool/hot tub/bbq area. The only feedback is there were some little things that could make it more "homey"/go the extra mile to make guests more comfortable, such as soap/shampoo/conditioner, trash bags, kitchen sponge, a beach bag/cooler, etc. The garbage disposal and one lamp in the pink bedroom were not working. And the screen door was a little hard to move. Having said that, management was very responsive, and the unit was freshly cleaned, nicely decorated, no pests. Very private patio with laundry in-unit. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and will return again. Thank you!

This condo is beautiful. It was clean, inviting, and felt like home as soon as we walked in. It was fully stocked with kitchen and bathroom items. The lanai is garden facing and gets sun for most of the day. Air Confitioning in both bedrooms and the living room was a plus on really hot days. Management for this unit was attentive and kind, which made the experience that much better. We can’t wait to stay here again and recommend this unit to our friends and family.

Amazing place!! We stayed here during our honeymoon to Maui, and wow I have nothing but great things to stay! The condo was impeccably clean, had everything accessible (beach towels, snorkel gear, toiletries, etc) to use so we didn’t have to rent or buy. We noted that it was our honeymoon and they greeted us with champagne and made us feel so special! The house was so cute, so clean and very spacious. We loved all the decor and the beds were SOOO comfy! This place could easily host a family with plenty of living space. Jon and Jennifer, the hosts, left a book of recommendations on things to do in the area and places to eat, which was awesome. The location was walking distance to the beach, right next to a golf course, shops, and right next to amazing restaurants (walking distance to MonkeyPod which is famously delicious!), so it really is the perfect location for everything! We will definitely be coming back to this spot!Thank you so much!

This is a nice place right up the road from the beach in Wailea. The complex appears nice and well taken care of. The condo itself is on the first floor, but we never heard any noise from above or from the neighbors. It could use a few more things in the kitchen like a real frying pan, kitchen hand towels, a container to put made ice cubes in, or plastic cups to use at the pool or on the glass table outside. Nothing that is a deal breaker, but some things that would be nice to have. The kitchen and bathroom looked like an older style, but still functional and in good shape. It is a place I would recommend as long as you don't have your heart set on being on the water.

Very happy with the suite. It had everything we needed. The complex was also very beautiful with 2 pools and security at night. Close to beautiful beaches as well as a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. We would stay here again.

The location is perfect right in the heart of Wailea. The place was kept very clean and had a wonderful time during our stay. We would absolutely rebook this property in a heartbeat.
