Kihei Akahi is situated on six and a half acres of beautiful lush tropical grounds, with two great swimming pools, 4 large gas BBQs, and a tennis court. You have everything you need with an activity reservation center, property office, and library on-site! Its location is ideal with beautiful beaches right across the street and shops, restaurants, and more within walking distance from your unit.

This spacious one bedroom / one bathroom unit is located on the 6th floor of building C and has a reserved parking place just outside the building. Your 6th-floor location boasts stunning views from your own private lanai! Take in amazing sunsets over the majestic Pacific Ocean and stunning sunrises over Haleakala! Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai (December 15 - April 15).

This condo sleeps four people with a King size bed in the primary bedroom and a Queen size hide-a-bed. The bathroom features an updated walk-in shower. It is perfect for couples and small families with a dining area for four people. The full-size kitchen is fully equipped for the Chef in the family! Relax with dinners in or dine out at one of the many restaurants located just down South Kihei Road.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

The room was as described, a little older but still very nice. Only problem with the room was the AC unit, it was loud and did not cool the entire apartment it should be updated. The extras in the room for the beach were a nice touch. Centrally located to restaurants, stores and especially the beach. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The view from the balcony was excellent. The bed was comfortable and the ceiling fans kept us cool at night.

Wow! Check in was quick and easy. Everything we needed for our vacation was in this space. Two different types of beach chairs, umbrella, and snorkeling gear. The complex was clean and quiet. No air conditioning in the bedroom but we made it work. GREAT location! Beautiful views of the ocean and volcano of the balcony. Saw quite a few whales from up there! Would stay again!

We had a great time at this vacation rental! The kitchen was extremely useful for our week long stay. The view from the balcony was very pretty, we were able to see a mountainside and the ocean. The bed was comfortable and the restroom was nice. We were also able to do laundry which was great. When we arrived there was a nice basket with some snacks and coffee! The only thing we didn’t love about it was that there was no AC in the bedroom. We did know this going into it. There’s AC in the living room so we figured we could sleep on the pull out couch instead, but the pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Eventually we decided to tolerate the heat and move into the bedroom. It was worth the comfort. Overall, a great place to stay! I think it would be perfect when the temperature is slightly lower in Maui.

9 days in Maui. Beautiful, uncrowded beaches, many amenities within walking distance. Unit itself was a bit tired. A couple items were broken that the management was willing to fix immediately, but we asked they do it after we departed. The unit was fully equipped. Also a bit noisy as the bedroom windows face the outside hallway and parking lot. I would recommend the property, but maybe a different unit.

This was the best place we could have possibly stayed for our trip to Maui. It was centrally located on the island, so everything was easy to get too. The place was clean and had all the necessary kitchen supplies to cook at home, while the laundry machines were a definite plus. Beautiful views from balcony in both directions, saw many whales every day! Would recommend this place for couples.

The apartment is close to the beach in a nice condo complex. A bit dated. Loved the convenience of Kihei. A/C needs replacing - and doesn't cool the bedroom. Mirrors in LR give good view of ocean - in addition to the view from the Lanai. CB Vacations super responsive. Condo had everything needed inside - well stocked - including beach gear.

Spent 10 days at Kihei Akahi C612 this winter. The condo was spotless on our arrival and very well equipped. Quality pots & pan and other kitchen ware. Excellent water flow in the shower and the king sized bed was firm and comfortable. Bed, bath & kitchen linens are good quality and there’s a cooler, beach chairs, boogie board and beach mats in the bedroom closet. The condo has an AC unit in the living room but we never used it. Open the louvers in the bedroom and the louvers and slider in the living room, turn on the ceiling fans and there’s plenty of breeze. Lovely view of sunsets & a nice territorial view of the gardens and ocean from the lanai. Super easy walking to Kam II beach across the street for very good swimming and an easy walk to a half dozen restaurants no more than a block away. C612 is located far enough from the elevators that there’s no noise but close enough that it’s convenient for luggage movement & groceries. The Kihei Akahi complex is well maintained and feels safe & secure. Two very nice pools. Staff in the front office are very welcoming. I would happily stay in this unit again.

The condo was clean and comfortable. When we arrived all the lights and ac were on making it very inviting. Kitchen was supplied with everything you need. The on-site and condo property management we're both very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect - right across from a beautiful beach and short walking distance to clothes, souvenir and grocery stores, equipment rental places and restaurants. Definitely recommend Kihei Akahi and this unit in particular.

Our second stay in Bldg C, this unit was clean but a few tiny bugs always on counter, a bit dated. The AC was too noisy and didn't reach master bedroom, needed the fans going and window open. One patio chair was broken. Great location to beach and good water view.
