From your private glass lanai, watch magical sunsets nightly and Humpback Whales cruising by in the Winter months. The pristine grass area is ideal for sunning oceanside with a good book and a refreshing drink in hand. Updated finishes and furnishings along with plush linens and a fully equipped kitchen will make this condo your #1 choice year-over-year.

This condo is North facing allowing the famous Maui Tradewinds to help cool the condo year-round. The condo does not currently have AC but the property is adding ductless AC to all homes and the project should be completed by late Fall/early Winter 2023.

Kihei Surfside is centrally located on the line between Wailea and Kihei and all of the dining, shopping, beaches and activities offered in both towns. The grounds here are spectacular! It is common to find morning yoga classes on the perfect grass area and is customary for guests and residents to meet nightly for sunset sips at the shoreline. Favorite Keawakapu beach stretches South and is perfect for sandy strolls. The neighboring resort is yards away and offers kayak and SUP board rentals as well as lunch and basic needs at 808 Deli and General Store and a new fine dining option is set to be completed in 2024.

Air conditioning is being installed on all floors through the end of March. Expect to hear noise associated with installation between 9am-5pm Monday -Friday.

This was our second stay at KSS, first time in 506. Everything is as described. The view is just spectacular !! The unit was well appointed, clean, the bed quite comfortable. The balcony is compact, 2 adults max will fit for dining etc. Highly recommend booking this unit!
