Wake up to stunning panorama views of Maalaea Bay, Molokini, Kahoolawe, Lanai, and Molokai Islands as well as the West Maui Mountains. This corner unit boasts extra windows so you can also watch the spectacular sunrises over Mt. Haleakala and brilliant sunsets over the blue Pacific Ocean.

Situated in the premier front row, corner unit so you can enjoy magnificent panoramic ocean views with some of the most beautiful Maui sunrises and sunsets as you sit on your private lanai with your morning coffee or sunset cocktails. This exceptional remodel and modern designed condo is perfect for your next Maui Getaway! This corner unit offers an abundance of natural light through the extra windows and the floor-to-ceiling glass with sliding doors that seamlessly open onto your private lanai. Dine al fresco while enjoying the stunning ocean views, West Maui Mountain, and Haleakala views. The main living area has an open concept that boasts expansive high beam ceilings for cross ventilation and inviting the tropical ocean breezes throughout. The sophisticated modern interior has an added beachy charm for a very relaxing stay. Gather at your indoor quartz bar sitting for four. The gourmet kitchen features high-end stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and is well equipped with a generous array of cooking and dining supplies for the chef of the family to cook your island-inspired meals in the fully upgraded kitchen while being inspired by the ocean views. At the end of each day, you can watch your favorite shows on the large 65-inch flat screen smart TV in the timeless designed living area and relax on the modern furnishing with a comfortable queen sleeper sofa for plenty of space to unwind. Equipped with split ACs throughout the entire unit.

The primary bedroom is the main feature of the upstairs loft area. Find a luxurious King bed and an en-suite bathroom with a custom quartz vanity and a tub/shower combo with generously appointed modern finishes.

The guest bedroom downstairs offers a King bed with two trundle-style twin size beds that pull out form under the King Bed, ceiling fan, and Smart TV. The guest bathroom with updated fixtures features a custom quartz vanity and a luxurious tiled walk-in shower for an opulent spa-like feel. This condo stays cool via split ACs and ceiling fans in the living area and each bedroom. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer as well as complimentary internet with Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler.

Luana Kai Resort has many amenities to enjoy with four free tennis and pickleball courts, free self-parking, a heated freshwater swimming pool, hot tub, two dry saunas, putting green, shuffleboard, and an abundance of lush tropical landscaping. In addition to the 2.5-mile long beach in front of Luana Kai, there are more than a dozen other sandy coves and beaches nearby, including Keawakapu, Kamaole I, II, III, and Charley Young. Close to downtown Kihei with many shops and restaurants to explore. The entire complex is a non-smoking property, and there are no elevators.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Great place to stay that is Clean and Quiet. Stayed over a week with no issues. Location is great. Family of 6. Washer/Dryer, 2 restrooms with showers, 3 mini-split air conditioners that cool easily. The place is updated and clean. Would stay there again. CB is very easy to work with. Check in/ Check out is the easiest I have ever dealt with.

The pictures of the view on the profile are just as impressive in person. The complex looks like a standard apartment complex, but the interior is fantastic, and of course, the view!

Rented for a spring break trip with husband and kids. Place was clean, quiet and perfect for our needs. Loved having the corner space and the upper views of the ocean, saw whales breach a few times. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals, washer and dryer worked great. Was supplied with enough we didn't need to go buy anything extra. Location is pretty central. Beach and pool where nice, pickle ball patrons are very strict about starting at 8 and the court was always packed until about 11. Overall great place to stay.

Overall great stay. Location pretty central to Kihei, some restaurants and grocery nearby. Unit was clean on arrival. Downsides: No snorkeling as water too shallow and rocky, lots of bugs in appt on arrival, watch out on balcony as lock is loose and can lock you out. We were locked out for a while until rest of party returned.

Our family had the best time at Luana Kai D301! The condo has a view of the ocean, and a beautiful view as the sun sets in the evening. It was clean and had everything we needed, even a handful of beach towels and beach chairs. CB Island Vacations was great to work with as well.

Nice views of ocean and pickleball courts. Had breakfast on deck watching whales. Close walk to beach for walking, and viewing turtles (some people swam but water was not clear). Close drive to better snorkeling beaches. The beach chairs and towels provided were a plus. Facility pool area was nice as were other guests. Beware if you can't walk up the 3 flights of stairs since there are no elevators. Not a problem for us but others may care. Unit could have used one more stool, only 3 and we were a group of 4. Had a great stay overall.

This was our first time in Maui and most certainly not our last! There are SO many great things to say about our stay i'm honestly not sure where to start. The condo itself was absolutely gorgeous. It was modern yet cozy with views no matter what room you are in. The detail and artwork that went into every room was just as beautiful as the ocean view from the balcony. The location was also ideal for us because we were only a few steps away from the beach and a 5 minute ride away from shops / restaurants / resorts. If you are looking for a place to stay look no further! Can't wait to go back.

Modern Ocean Front Condo

This condo was very recently renovated and everything feels very modern. The appliances and brand new and the washer dryer are a very convenient addition. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pans and other items if you plan to cook at the propertyThe view from the patio is amazing. The property is top floor with no neighbors above. The upstairs bedroom is a loft and has no doors or walls that once someone is up and moving downstairs..you are awake too upstairs. Also it is not possible to completely block out morning light if that is of concern to you. Bring/buy extra shampoo, dish soap and laundry soap if you will be there for more than a few days. The Tennis/Pickleball courts which are right outside the condo were an extra bonus. Bring water shoes for the beach as there is coral/rocks in the water. Condo is very close to stores and restaurants within a short drive. Loved being able to take a walk on the beach each morning. Quiet complex overall.
