This 2bed/2bath ground floor condo is perfect for families or couples traveling together. Situated just minutes from the popular Cove, and across-the-street beach access to Charley Young. Several restaurant options also within minutes. This highly desired ground floor unit comes with TWO convenient parking spaces. You will be enchanted by Haleakala sunrise views directly from the private lanai, which opens to a large grass area perfect for kids to play. Pool, spa, outdoor heated shower, and barbeques are just yards from your lanai. Building A is the closest building in the complex to the beach!

The unit features a bright and inviting floor plan with charming living and dining spaces, perfect to regroup and relax after a fun-filled day on Maui. Complete with a convertible sofa sleeper, flat screen TV, Split System AC in main living space, and kitchen equipped for making the best meals. Indoor and outdoor dining each with seating for 4.

The primary bedroom has a new in 2023 mattress along with custom lighting, and a large closet equipped with the beach gear you'll need. En-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo for bath time or an evening soak.
The guest bedroom is very comfortable with two twin beds and 2024 mattresses, and guest bath conveniently located just off the bedroom. In-unit washer and dryer are an added convenience and allow for lighter packing. Bonus Sonos speaker for the music lovers!
Owner has provided Pack N Play and small high chair to invite families to enjoy A105.

Located in the heart of South Kihei, near Wailea, Pacific Shores is central to the best activities South Maui has to offer. This condo worked perfectly for our family. It was very conveniently located to the beach, and pool. It was very well equipped with everything you would need (beach chairs, umbrellas, etc). The place was clean, and was just as it looks in the pictures. We would be happy to stay here again.

It was a great 2 months. Two reserve parking was very helpful, ground floor with easy access to the parking area. Very quiet at night. Near the beach and island gourmet conv store with gas station. The manager is very responsive to our needs when they came up

Our stay was extremely comfortable. What was described about the unit was very accurate; convenient location for a beautiful a beautiful beach, restaurants amen shopping. Nice private yard. The across the unit pool, hot top, showers are good extras. Beds, bedrooms living area, kitchen, appliances and all furniture are decent and clean. Very friendly reservation and contacts. We definitely will return to this place and highly recommend it to other family members and friends

This rental has been one of our favorites we’ve ever stayed in. Very clean, customer service easily helped us do a late checkout for a late flight, great location. If we come back to Maui, this is where we’ll stay! The only downside is the beds are very uncomfy. Both queens and the hide a bed. We didn’t sleep great but just made it work.

I couldn't get on the internet. And finally got the TV to work but wasn't sure how to use it. Otherwise, everything was clean and comfortable. Mahalo!

The issues with the wifi have been resolved and tested multiple times and is working great. We have added a streaming device to the tv that is user friendly and also works great. Love the 2 reserved parking stalls and the convenience of walking right up to the ground floor unit. Quiet environment to rest and relax. Just suggest to have instructions for TV operation to get to cable TV channels.
