Polo Beach 305, with Spectacular Ocean Front Views! Located in the highly sought after beachfront stack. Take in an unforgettable sunset or views of Kaho'olawe, Molokini, and The West Maui Mountains!

As you enter Polo Beach Club 305, you will be drawn to the breathtaking views from this expansive lanai. Spend your days gazing at the beautiful Maui waters. Dine alfresco or lounge with your favorite book. The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors offer seamless indoor/outdoor living.

The living area is open and welcoming. A great place to gather and listen to the soothing sound of the ocean or enjoy a movie. Complete with a sectional and a large flat-screen TV. There is a dining area with seating for four.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, plate ware, and utensils, as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. A quaint breakfast nook allows for additional seating.

Your primary bedroom offers gorgeous ocean views and access to the private lanai. There is a king bed with luxurious linens, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bath. The primary bath offers a nice vanity area, a shower/tub combo, and plenty of closet space.

Your guest bedroom is beautifully decorated, with a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan. The guest bath is located conveniently just off the guest bedroom. A full-size washer and dryer allow for lighter packing.

Central AC throughout makes this condo comfortable all year round.

The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world-class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

When you arrive on the property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5 pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off-site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5 pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59 pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on the property after 11:59 pm.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Important Notice: Tile Installation Project at Polo Beach Association
From August 19th to Mid-November, there will be a tile installation project for floors 2 & 3. Expect loud and excessive noise during your stay.
LOUD NOISE: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
The first week of demolition noise will be particularly excessive. The project will continue Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, until completion. As with all construction delays/extensions may be needed.

This is a really lovely property in a fantastic location with stunning views. Property was well equipped and very comfortable. We had drinks on the lanai and watched the sunset every evening. We will definitely come back!

#305 was clean, comfortable with everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas & towels we never used because the lanai was the best spot. Complaints: CB Island Vacations, LLC gave me incorrect information over the phone. Turns out the couch is a sleeper sofa and coffee maker is not a Keurig which would have helped food shopping on the way to the condo. Both sliding doors whistle in the afternoon winds so you may need earplugs for a nap. TV is easy to use & log into your apps. I brought my Echo for music. In the past, I have rented 4 different condos at Polo Beach Club and will happily do it again.

I don't know that you could ask for a better location on Maui. As close to the beach as we have ever stayed, and the whales put on a show right in front of our building every day. You can be on the beach in 3 minutes. long as you have food...you never need to leave!

This unit is perfect for small families (2 bed / 2 bath) with unobstructed view of the beach and ocean - you can watch the whales from your balcony! Located at the very end of the hotel strip in Wailea, it's easy to find, easy to park and connects to the oceanfront walkway to Wailea-Kihei from the park next door, so you can walk to the local beaches, other resorts nearby (for the Luau at Grand Wailea or the Marriott) and the shops/restaurants at Wailea. The unit has in-suite laundry and a good size kitchen with new appliances. The only downside is the interior decor is still original 1970s - the master suite bathroom requires some maintenance for exhaust fan and lighting. It looks as though the exterior of the building is being upgraded with new sandstone tiles on the walkways on several levels (8 story building). The beach and pool have gated entry with a security code for safety (so the kids can't go without supervision) and the complex is very quiet - only the sounds of the breaking surf 50 feet away!

We enjoyed our time in 305 Polo Beach Club. The condo was very spacious and clean. We didn’t spend much time there as we were trying to explore as much of the island as we could, but it had everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, dishes, beach chairs, washer/dryer. It’s close to several luxury resorts, but not busy and crowded like the Kaanapali Beach resort area. Would definitely stay there again.

We rented this unit for 4 adults and our 7 month old granddaughter. It was perfect because you are so close to the ocean if she needed a nap one of us would be on the lanai with her while the others stayed on the beach and frolicked in the waves right below. You always felt part of the group! The unit was great! It provided everything we needed and was so comfortable. The property managers were easy to work with and promptly brought a high chair when we decided we wanted it.This location can't be beat! We will definitly come again.

Lovely condo. On the beach. The location cannot be beat. Super view and your own beach with smaller protected waves than the huge Makenna beach a mile away. Access to the board walk that takes you to all the huge resorts. It’s at the end of the board walk so you get very few walkers by the beach. But it’s a huge benefit for access. You can walk to dinner nightly. Somewhat dated interior and a few worn out items did not affect our stay one bit. Unit had the requisite items you need to make a beach stay successful such as chairs, umbrella, laundry and even snorkel gear. We even left a boogie board for the next user. Would go back for sure.

Perfection! The condo was in a great location right on the beach with absolutely amazing views. Everything was clean and well stocked. Property management was great with clear communications. The opportunity to do late checkout was so appreciated as it enabled us to make use of our whole last day before our red eye flight. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
