Relax on the lanai and enjoy sweeping views of Molokini and Kahoolawe Island at sunrise or sunset. Stroll along the world famous Wailea Beach Path, enjoy fantastic snorkeling at uncrowded Polo Beach or unwind and sunbathe at the oceanfront pool and jacuzzi.

Spend a dream vacation in this luxurious 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom accommodation. This unit features beautiful and tasteful furnishings, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an open floor plan, stainless steel appliances, tile floors throughout and a fabulous lanai to watch the sunset and take in the beauty of Maui.

This unit accommodates up to six guests and features a king sized bed in the Primary Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom which can also be made into a King, and a very comfortable sleeper sofa bed in the living area. The Primary Bedroom features an ensuite bathroom and there is also a second full guest bathroom. There is central air conditioning and wireless internet access throughout.

The Polo Beach Club is situated in the resort community of Wailea, offering world class dining and shopping options all nearby at the different resorts and The Shops at Wailea. The Polo Beach property features a pool and jacuzzi tub for guest use. There are also communal BBQ grills on-site and an herb garden to enjoy.

When you arrive on property, you will be issued a blue parking tag for your unit's 1st vehicle. If you have a second vehicle, it will be given a red parking pass. The RED parking pass does not guarantee your second vehicle a parking spot throughout your stay. If the property has high occupancy numbers during your stay, you will be alerted and will have until 5pm that day to remove the second car from Polo Beach property and off site. If the second vehicle is not moved by 5pm that day, you will be issued a $200.00 fine. If the second vehicle is not removed by 11:59pm of the same day, there will be an additional $50 per hour fine for every hour the vehicle remains on property after 11:59pm.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Important Notice: Tile Installation Project at Polo Beach Association
From August 19th to Mid-November, there will be a tile installation project for floors 2 & 3. Expect loud and excessive noise during your stay.
LOUD NOISE: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
EXCESSIVE LOUD NOISE: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
The first week of demolition noise will be particularly excessive. The project will continue Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, until completion. As with all construction delays/extensions may be needed.

This is the perfect location. Quiet and relaxing. The condo has lovely updated kitchen and bathrooms . The kitchen is very well stocked, everything that you need. The beds are comfortable. Located right on the from of the property and you can sit on the lani every night for a beautiful sunset.

We were delighted with everything about this condo. Views are spectacular and the location truly cannot be beat. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of towels, nice washer and dryer, comfortable beds and just steps to the wonderful beach and pool. Loved being on the 6th floor with the tree tops framing views from every window. A total win!

Vacation rental was accurately depicted in photos. The primary bedroom bed was very comfortable and it was a pleasure listening to the surf through the open lanai doors at night. Overall the unit was clean and spacious. The The rental agency staff was readily available and prompt w replies or support. The furnishings and kitchen items were 'just' this side of adequate. The living area really, really needs some lamps not only for the cozy factor but who wants all the lights on just for one area? The sofa was attractive but very uncomfortable. I wanted to serve a couple dips with veggies but the dishware options were quite limited and definitely uninspired. For the price and location I think the unit could use a bit more of a personal touch.

Our 3rd time renting this unit, and it remains excellent by almost all measures. The view is spectacular, the kitchen is well-equipped, and both the pool and beach were reasonably quiet. The kitchen needed a few maintenance items (exhaust fan cleaning and ice maker work), but nothing major. Our only disappointment was the major price increase since our previous stays.

The property was excellent as advertised. The condo was spotless and well appointed. Staff and other visitors were very friendly. The outdoor grills came in handy as a welcome alternative to going out for restaurant meals.<br/><br/>Being at the southern end of the Wailea Beach Path, the Polo State Beach (directly accessible in front of the property) was was much less crowded and more secluded than the other beaches along the Path. Yet it was easy to take the Path north to the other hotels, restaurants, and beaches. The view across to the nearby islands was spectacular, especially the sunsets!

Beautiful condo with an amazing view in a fantastic location on the island. We really enjoyed our trip there and would plan a repeat visit. Much better than a hotel room!! Only 2 hiccups: 1) the dryer was slow and the property company was closed for the long weekend when we arrived, so we could not get our parking pass, yet the security guards kept writing warnings and leaving them on the car.

Thank you for leaving this review! We are glad that your overall stay was a good one. We apologize that the on site management was unavailable for the pass but yet was giving warnings. We understand that can be frustrating. We checked with the staff there and there was an unfortunate communication gap with the security side. They have addressed this so hopefully will not happen again in the future. Great news for your next stay, there is a brand new full-sized washer and dryer in the unit now. So sorry you had issue while here but should be taken care of now. We hope you will come stay with us again on your next visit to Maui.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Unit 604! It was a very nice and roomy condo with plenty of towels, blankets a pillows. The views from the lanai were so beautiful from morning to night! CB realty was very easy to work with and called after we checked in to make sure everything was as we expected. We did have to call about our dryer in the unit that was taking 3 hours to dry towels... but they came up and brought us fresh ones for the day. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family stayed here for four nights in April 2021. Everything was exactly as described... great kitchen, bedrooms, etc. Very clean and well taken care of, with private beach access and the best sunset views in Wailea. The Fairmont, Four Seasons and Grand Wailea are a short walk away for dinners/drinks. We would absolutely stay here again.

A great place on Maui and this condo is perfectly located in the complex. We enjoyed our stay but the condo lacked some basic amenities. Not a sharp knife in the place, no bread knife, no pizza cutter.

The unit itself was as described, very nice layout, bedroom and bath space and a wonderful view of the water and beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was functional.<br/><br/><br/>We attended a destination wedding at the Four Seasons nearby so the location of the Polo Beach Club was perfect for our family. The location also accommodated trips for shopping, parasailing, the road to Hana and other drive to destinations.<br/><br/><br/>The beach and pool areas are excellent. Snorkeling out near and past the lava rocks was amazing. We saw coral, colorful fish, sea turtles and eels. The pool is cleaned daily and the property is very well maintained. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues but the friendly VRBO staff was responsive and resolved our issues.<br/>

This was our second stay in Polo Club, Unit 604. The unit is as beautiful and immaculate as it was in 2011. It was an easy decision to return: beautiful view, close & easy access to uncrowded beach & quiet pool, snorkeling right from the beach, updated kitchen. We were a group of two adult couples. If you are looking for a resort experience with multiple pools with waterfalls, kids club and daily housekeeping, you might be disappointed. It was important for us to be able to prepare some of our own meals (the grills are great!). Eating breakfast on the balcony every morning was amazing. I would have preferred to have 2 beach towels per person. This would protect the pool loungers from sunblock. We used the 4 beach chairs daily. CB Island Vacations was very quick in responding to multiple burned out light bulbs.<br/>I have mixed feelings about sharing how wonderful our stay was because I would like to keep it one of Maui's best kept secrets! We will return!
