Located in the highly sought after Wailea Beach Villas, this exquisite penthouse unit offers a lush tropical setting with views of the Pacific Ocean from the entire living area as well as your private lanai!

This spacious Penthouse features a fully equipped kitchen ready to entertain. Offering two Sub Zero fridges, granite counters and beautiful mahogany cabinetry, it becomes a gathering place with bar stool seating and plenty of counter space. This open floor plan offers a dining area with seating for 6 and an expansive living room off the kitchen so the whole family can be together. Living area features large Smart TV and added pull out sleeper sofa. Bonus den space off of the kitchen and living area could be used as an additional sleeping area thanks to the comfy sleeper sofa and separate space with sliding doors and shutters for privacy.

The living area seamlessly flows out to the lanai through the floor-to-ceiling glass sliders where you can utilize your own private gas grill.

Enjoy the serene primary bedroom boasting a large en-suite primary bath with double vanity, deep soaking tub, marble shower, private bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet with personal sized safe. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds that can be converted into a comfortable King bed upon request. Large full bath with tub/shower combo and dual sink vanity just off the entry.

Amenities include flat screen televisions in the main living room and both bedrooms, concierge services, valet parking, assigned self-parking, washer/dryer in unit, fitness center, two pools with spas, and complimentary beach set-up. Beachfront infinity pool and spa area are reserved for adults only. Family pool and fitness center are conveniently located right outside of the penthouse building. Beachside or in unit massage available by appointment, business center with internet and printer, restaurant delivery service, (additional fees may apply), lounges and conference room for private events, (additional fees apply), free secure Wi-Fi connection! Gated property ensures privacy and security.

Wailea Beach Villas is the only resort on Wailea Beach that is directly adjacent to The Shops at Wailea. This exclusive mall features designer shops and fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlor and The Island Gourmet Market and grocery all within a stone’s throw!

Please note per Wailea Beach Villa's policies, guests are limited to parking one vehicle on property and may request a second vehicle permit on an as needed basis. Visitor(s) will be either assigned a second space or be required to park in the surface spaces (32) located at the entrance to the Hotel. Any additional vehicles may be required to park off site or be charged a daily fee of $50 per vehicle (based on availability).

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Important Notice: Tile Replacement Project on the lower lobby lanai at Wailea Beach Villas
Updated: From September 16th to mid-November
There will be a tile replacement project on the lower lobby lanai starting on 9/16. Expect loud and excessive noise during your stay. Construction noise to be expected between: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, until completion. The first week of demolition noise will be particularly excessive. As with all construction delays/extensions may be experienced. Please reach out to us for more information.

This was the most amazing experience and stay (5-stars)!! The property management team was so communicative, responsive, and prepared for us. They were so sweet & thoughtful. From check-in to check-out, they were so helpful throughout our stay. The penthouse was gorgeous, perfect location, amenities, and everything we could have asked for (+ more). We will definitely be coming again!! We can't thank them enough for such a wonderful trip.

We always love coming to wbv and this unit was as good as all the others we’ve stayed in. Great beach staff and well stocked home. My literal only complaint is that the tiki torches came on too early and went off too early.

This was our second stay at Wailea Beach Villas and it was as wonderful as we had remembered! The unit is outstanding and as advertised - clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well stocked. Our party had four adults and two small children, with both bedrooms and the den providing more than enough room for everyone to spread out within the villa. We thoroughly enjoyed the lanai and the peek through views to the ocean. The community property is beautiful, with a lovely and lush landscaped walk down to the adult pool or the Wailea Beach path. The family pool was a big hit, although it did get a bit crowded in the afternoons. There were always plenty of towels, along with with sunscreen and water, available at both pools. You could also get chair and umbrella setups at the beach. The Shops at Wailea are a quick and easy walk across from the property, with the Island Gourmet Market right there for fresh meats, fruits and vegetables, as well as prepared foods - with quality, selection and pricing comparable, if not better, to the Safeway in Kihei. This was extremely helpful when we wanted to pull together last minute dinners to cook in the villa. We were sad to leave and can't wait to return! We absolutely loved this property and villa. It’s perfectly located right next to many luxury resorts so you can enjoy those properties for meals and drinks but what we loved about WBV was that we could enjoy the adult pool area and ocean views in a relaxed and quiet enclave away from the chaos of a large resort pool. This property is ideal for couples and families with adult children like ours. The kids pool is located up closer to the lobby and is very nice but doesn’t have an ocean view and is much more removed from the beach. The villa itself was outstanding and very well stocked. We enjoyed eating in when we did. The Shops at Wailea are right across the street so that was very convenient too. The concierge was very helpful in booking activities for us and giving us recommendations of things to do and places to eat. All in all it was the perfect trip and we look forward to going back!

We had such a relaxing and peaceful vacation. The condo was great with all of the amenities one would need. The location was amazing. Every morning we enjoyed our coffee on the lanai looking at the ocean and listening to the birds. We were able to walk to most everywhere we wanted to go, including the grocery store and most restaurants. I look forward to returning!

We really cannot say enough about how fantastic this place was, and we plan to return! Every detail was as described, and if anything it was better than we expected. We were met in the front drive by Alison, who greeted us with leis and gave us a very helpful tour of the property. There were snacks set out in the kitchen, the groceries we had pre-ordered and had delivered to the condo were put away, and there were even fresh flowers on the countertop in the kitchen! After a long day of travel, it was lovely to be welcomed with such style and hospitality. <br/><br/>The unit itself was spotless and well maintained, and with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a foldout couch, we had more than enough room for our family of four. I was especially impressed with the thought put into stocking the kitchen - no detail was forgotten. I have stayed in many rentals that have old pots and pans, dull knives, and not enough utensils to allow you to really cook. This was truly a fully stocked kitchen, with everything from a blender to a Crock Pot, and even a very thorough set of spices in the pantry! We prepared two meals a day in the kitchen and even grilled out on the deck and we had everything we needed.<br/><br/>We scheduled housekeeping a couple of times during our stay and were also very pleased with that, and being able to do laundry in the condo was very helpful traveling as a family.<br/><br/>The unit is a short walk down to the beach and the adult pool, and very close to the family pool. The property is beautifully maintained and very peaceful. We have visited Maui several times and have found that we do not enjoy the loud, overcrowded resort pools. The pool at Wailea Beach Villas is so relaxing and calm, with a perfect view and the ocean just a few steps away. You cannot beat this location - it is very convenient to be able to cross the street to the Shops at Wailea, and on the beach side you can just step right out and go on a beautiful sunset walk every night. The Wailea Beach Villas is a wonderful resort with beachfront access and 5 star service. H202 is very tastefully decorated and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The unit was very clean and we thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay. We also appreciated the beautiful flower arrangement the owner provided. CBIsland Vacations provided excellent communication and service and was very quick to respond when we had internet issues or any other questions.

We just returned from an amazing stay at the incomparable Wailea Beach Villas and we are already making our plans to return! The villa was everything we had hoped it would be and then some! Spacious, well appointed and super comfy. Our on site host Allison was truly amazing and went above and beyond on several occasions, even arranging a really unexpected birthday surprise for our daughter! When our son was under the weather she showed up with pepto bismol and Gatorade. I cannot speak highly enough about how she made our trip so special. And the owners of the unit are special, caring people who go the extra mile to show Aloha to their guests. It’s a winning combination that will have us returning very soon!

We usually stay in hotels on Maui, but as the prices rose, we decided to look at the condo experience. This condo option was awesome. great location, right in the middle of everything we like to use in Wailea. will definitely go back

Incredible home away from home in the heart of Wailea! The accommodations are incredibly spacious and comfortable. The rooms are huge, very private, and beautiful. The kitchen is a chef’s dream with two sub-zero refrigerators and the cookware was very high-end and complete. The lanai is amazing and offered a great dining alternative to the enormous dining table. Internet is a champ and appreciated since I had to get some work done between activities. Tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The shops at Wailea are practically on site and provide a ton of excellent food, drinks, grocery, and high end luxury shopping options. Exceptional snorkeling is just a few miles away near Makena beach. Wonderful walking/jogging beach trail offered endless daily destinations. The only difficult part of being here was leaving. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy this beautiful penthouse and Wailea soon.

A fantastic place!! From the moment we arrived our stay was luxurious. We were greeted with leis and not allowed to carry our bags any further. The Penthouse had beautiful sunset views of the Pacific. And the private beach was less than a minute walk away from the villa.Details include brand new furnishings, two refrigerators, a beautiful Viking grill, long kitchen bar and open floor plan providing ease of entertaining and comfort. A beautiful laundry room and huge master bedroom, bath and closet are perfect for a long term stay.Two twin beds and second bath with two sinks make it easy for guests to take themselves at home in this beautiful space. The grounds of the Wailua Villas are first class. Two pools beach cabanas 5 star work out facility and recreation room with ping pong billiards and board games was a perfect place for my kids to burn energy before dinner.The location is great with short drives to perfect spots for snorkeling and shore diving as well as some great surf spots nearby and the shops at Wailua across from the lobby - literally. Love our time here and would stay in the same unit again in a heartbeat!
