Welcome to Tutu’s House! Step into 25B and be transported back to the days as a child visiting your favorite Auntie or Tutu’s (grandma) home. Furnishings are new versions of classic Hawaiiana with bamboo chairs and bar stools and even a fun Queen Size Wall Bed that folds down in the living room. Fall asleep watching the Smart TV while sitting in Uncle’s favorite leather chair. Kitchen is original, find all you will need to create meals at home here including appliances, dishes, glasses, utensils and pot and pans.

New paint, new carpet, new drapes and some new furnishings in 2022.

Wailea Ekahi no longer allows private grills but they offer a beautiful gas grilling area at the community Pavilion and smaller grill stations throughout the property.

Bedrooms and laundry are located upstairs. Beds and bedding have all been updated as well as the towels for guest use. Large primary bedroom features high vaulted ceiling, King bed, TV, en suite bathroom and private lanai. Find 2 twin beds in the guest room, perfect for the kiddos. Or request the twins pushed together with a conversion kit into a comfy king bed. Guest room also has a full-size bathroom. Both rooms, upstairs have A/C. There is an additional powder room downstairs.

Located in the heart of Wailea, this complex offers 4 different pools to enjoy, including a large beachfront pool and pavilion! You also have direct beach access onto Keawakapu Beach, a beautiful beach that is perfect for beach walks and family beach days! Head to the left to access the world-famous Wailea Beach Path, or head to the right for sunset cocktails at the nearby restaurants! It doesn't get much better than this!

New Fitness Center. The facility is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Located just inside the Beach Pavilion, there are 3 pieces of cardio equipment, dumbbells ranging from 1-50 lbs, and a few other accessories that provide a full body workout. You must be 18 or over, sign a waiver of release, and no swim attire is permitted. Close-toed athletic shoes are required and ask that users dress appropriately.

NOISE NOTICE: A neighbor unit are in the process of a renovating, while this project underway some residents are expected to hear some construction noise during the day.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

THE UNIT WAS OK EXCEPT THE FURNITURE NEEDS TO BE A LITTLE UPGRADED ESPECIALLY THE MURPHY BEDS MATTRESS. YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE WORDING ON THE CONTRACT WHEN IT COMES TO CLEANING THE UNIT.

The Place is a little dated but very clean and a nice place to stay. I thought our unit was closer to the beach. But my fault for not checking that better.

Fantastic location for a vacation rental. The property was very comfortable, amazing availability of complex pools, beach, proximity to shops and town and restaurants. The unit itself is nearing time for an update. Appreciate the installation of fans downstairs, though the cuts through the ceiling's popcorn drywall to install the electric weren't even attempted to be hidden. A/C upstairs made sleeping much more comfortable for our visit during Maui's hot week, though adding A/C to the downstairs would also be great. A couple of general maintenance issues needed (bolts falling out of kitchen table, an ottoman fell apart during our visit, some carpet on the stairway worn through to expose the staples, etc). <br/>The unit layout was great and very comfortable, just needs a couple updates.

The first thing we noticed about Ekahi 25b was the spaciousness followed by the plethora of ceiling fans. The decor brought us back to the Maui of the past. If you’re looking for granite countertops and rainfall shower heads this isn’t the place. If you want room to spread out, cleanliness, and just live it fits the bill. The landscaping in Ekahi is incredible, the new pool pavilion also leads right to one of the best beaches in the world, with a huge outdoor kitchen open to all guests. The CBIV staff excelled at customer service and were always friendly and accessible. Mahalo

My family and I found this condo too be very comfortable. There was plenty of room with the two upstairs bathrooms and one downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed as well as plenty of bath and beach towels. The kiddies had beach toys and there were 3 beach chairs as well. <br/>The condo is quite a distance to the beach and poolside so it would be helpful to have a little wagon to transport beach/pool items. The electric bbcue worked very well and the only negative was the dirty floor. It seems someone forgot to clean that! Otherwise the condo was very clean and we had no bugs or issues. It is close to the street but the noise was minimal and you could see the ocean from the lanai. Overall a nice condo that met our needs.

We are a family of four with two teenage boys. The condo was spacious enough for us. The kitchen is small and dated, but fairly well stocked and it did the job. We didn't cook meals, just had breakfast and snacks here. The bbq on the lanai is a strange small, round, briquet bbq. If you plan to eat bbq and eat meals at the condo, I don't recommend this place. A new, propane bbq is needed. <br/>We actually like the retro decor. It isn't the highest quality but it had a certain charm. The king bed was comfortable, as were the twin beds. Plenty of storage in the master bedroom, lots of hangers. The twin room could use a bigger dresser for clothes storage. Linens and towels were not the best but functional.<br/>The air conditioning in the bedrooms was very quiet. There is no air conditioning in the rest of the unit but there are fans in the kitchen, dining, and living room and we were fine.<br/>The lanai really needs new furniture. It has basic plastic furniture and we didn't want to spend any time out there. It needs to be made inviting and should be updated.<br/>There were four beach chairs but no boogie boards which we would have appreciated. This unit is a little far from the beach - we loaded everything in our car and drove to the beach. It is a short drive with easy parking so it was ok.<br/>This unit was inexpensive for a 2 bed 2.5 bath, so it was fair value.

Location was in a great neighborhood . Less than 25 minutes from the airport. Very nice beach within short walking distant with a pool beachside. We did the mandatory trip to Hana and also enjoyed the Sunday buffet at the Grand Wailea which is nearby<br/><br/>The condo is dated but is reflected in the price verses the updated condos that are more costly
