We just took our 1st vacation to Maui and did not know what to expect as far as location, but the most important thing to me was a clean, modern place to stay with amazing ocean views. That is exactly what I got! The condo is filled with plenty of linens, kitchen necessities, chairs & coolers to take to the beach. I loved waking up each day to the view. I thought the location was closer to the ocean, but the 5 Star hotels nearby have snatched up that prime real estate. Less than a 5 minute drive to several great beaches and less than 10 minutes to lots of dining options. Everything went so well that we didn't even need to communicate with the management until we let them know we were leaving. Would definitely stay here again!

If you’re looking to stay near the resort side of Maui, this is pretty much as good as it gets until you break into the $1k/night stuff. The location is about an 15-18 min walk from beaches, and there’s a decent coffee shop (along with a shopping center) a little less than half a mile away.<br/><br/>The space itself is great - well-maintained, and the view is majestic; you get to watch perfect sunsets every evening.<br/><br/>Beach chairs were provided, and beach umbrellas are available for $4/day - be sure to communicate that you want these ahead of time! CB Island Vacations were great about communication the whole time as well.

They condo was perfect and beautifully appointed. It was a huge plus to come back to the pool also - there were never more than a handful of people using it. We had a couple of questions on arrival and they were resolved literally within minutes! Highly recommended.

Oour overall experience was great! The place is updated, clean, comfortable, quiet and well stocked with all the kitchen & bathroom items you need. The gas grill was clean & easy to use. The welcome bowl with local snacks & coffee was a nice touch! The ocean view from the Lanai was exceptional and the service from maintenance was great. We had an issue with the air conditioning going out on us and it took 2 days to fix, but they brought in extra fans to help us sleep at night. We were gone most of the day so it didn't affect us too much, but that is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. They do supply 4 beach chairs & 1 umbrella in the hall closet. The chair carrying straps and umbrella were broken, but we were just happy to have the chairs available to us and were still able to use the umbrella when it wasn't windy. The pool was clean and mostly had it to ourselves! This condo unit has permanent residents and prefers a quiet guest so keep that in mind! We were very respectful and kept our music to an easy volume and didn't watch TV. Who needs TV in paradise! Thank you for the amazing stay! We left behind 3 floaties and cheap snorkel gear for the next guests!

This property is ocean-facing with great views all day round. There is plenty of parking and pictures actually represent the unit. It's walking distance to the mall where some restaurants are if you don't want to cook.

Definitely will be back to this vacation rental. It is located in a perfect location in Wailea. You can walk to the Beach and the local stores/mall. There are beach towels and beach chairs available for use in the unit and the beds were very comfortable! The staff was very helpful to me and even assisted me in extending an extra day. The room was very clean and the kitchen was amazing and had everything needed.

We were here for 2 weeks and loved the unit overall. But gave only 4 stars due to 1) very minor issue with property manager (couple condo contents missing) took several days and numerous e-mails to resolve 2) ants - probably not isolated to this unit, but follow their instructions closely. Food left out will draw ants very quickly - they come out of nowhere. We ended up buying ziplock bags to seal any open foods 3) Even with the above small issues though we intended to re-book the unit and found they jacked up the price by 35% for the same time next year! we booked elsewhere on the same property

The unit was upscale, spacious and very comfortable. Both bedrooms had a king size bed and nice adjoining bath. We enjoyed sunsets from the lanai with an ocean and golf course view. The condo is conveniently close to the pool which is right across the parking lot.<br/>There is a high end shopping area with nice restaurants within walking distance.<br/>We really enjoyed our stay here. We did experience an issue with the air conditioning but the property management was very efficient and resolved our problem quickly. I would recommend this condo to friends and stay here again.

This place was exactly as advertised. Clean, spacious and well equipped. The sunset views from the Lanai were incredible. Our family of 6 slept comfortably and with 2 nice bathrooms, everyone had enough privacy. In all, it was an ideal "home base" for our Maui vacation.<br/><br/>The service was equally as good - when we discovered that the previous occupants had emptied the propane tank for the BBQ, I called up the management office and they promptly brought a full tank over and hooked it up for us. It was a great experience and we would not hesitate to rent this place again.

The property was very clean. My only suggestions would be to have better dishes for eating. The pots &’pans were of good quality. Serving platters would also,be nice to have. The bath mats in one of the bathrooms appear to have been stained & should be replaced.

This condo was perfect for the two couples that stayed here. The view was spectacular. The only complaint on the view was the tree blocking half of the view from the deck and no view from the kitchen, but it didn’t distract from the beauty of the rest of the view. The furniture was comfortable and we spent most evenings on the deck just enjoying the night air. The kitchen was fantastic it had everything we needed in appliances. We loved the decor. We had beach chairs, umbrella and towels which made going to the beach a breeze. Thanks for the great experience. A few things to make it better would be if there was enough coffee in the unit for guests to make at least one cup of coffee for the first morning until they can go shopping later in the day. We were supposed to arrive at 9:30pm and our flight was late so I had a few grumpy guests when they woke up the next morning to not even one cup of coffee, but it was ok as I did a Starbucks run for them. Also you might want someone to look at the hide a bed as the couch angle is a bit off when sitting on it. We had a fantastic time and would love to stay here. We didn’t want to go home.

Wailea Ekolu 1510 was exactly as shown in the pictures! Very clean and extremely gorgeous unobstructed view of the ocean and mountains! I was very pleased with the kitchen supplies that were provided. They even had the tea kettle that I use at home for super fast tea brewing! Also, the response time of the rental agent was great! We had some difficulty finding the condo the day our flight arrived, so I called and left a message on the number provided. I received a call back within 5 minutes and we were able to find it right away! The location was perfect. Very upscale and safe area made for delightful morning runs with spectacular views. The lanai seating and view were also perfect for afternoon relaxing after the beach. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Ekolu 1510. The unit has been recently redecorated and was a nice and quiet place to stay with awesome views and sunsets. Very convenient to golf, swimming, restaurants, shopping, and all things Maui. It was great having 2 king suites, which is difficult to find. Mahalo for a great trip.

Beautiful and well equipped Wailea Condo! We couldn't have been happier and I travel for a living; gorgeous furnishings, lovely sheets and towels, awesome kitchen and lanai with BBQ, everything you need for the beach and ideal location. We had a great time on our trip to Hawaii. Wailea Ekolu village #1510 was the perfect home base for our trip, contemporary remodel with a very relaxing feel and perfectly appointed for two couples plus a toddler. Evenings on the Lanai looking out over the golf course and the deep blue ocean in the background made for long lasting memories!

We have stayed several times in condos within the Ekolu village and this unit was by far our best experience. Bright and cheerful, quiet and private, with a beautiful view of the Maui sunset. We would definitely stay in Wailea Ekolu again.

We stayed in this unit over Christmas 2017. It has been remodeled very nicely and was clean and comfortable. Great view of the ocean. The kitchen equipment was average, but I would highly recommend some new knives! These would barely cut. Overall a great trip - thanks!
