Enter 2303 and your eyes will be drawn to the spectacular ocean view and you will immediately feel swept into your own private beach bungalow. This ground floor condo features 2 walls of windows with spectacular views that allow abundant natural light into the living area. The ground floor lanai is quite spacious and has plenty of space for lounging in the sun, relaxing in the shade, and enjoying meals al fresco under the stars at your outdoor dining table.
The central air conditioner in Wailea Elua #2303 is self-contained, serving only this unit and features a UV sanitizing system which caps off at 72 degrees Fahrenheit.
The updated, open concept kitchen features granite counters, beautiful cherry wood cabinets, newer stainless appliances and is fully equipped for the home chef to whip up hearty brunch buffets as well as gourmet dinners. County fire code does not allow private BBQ's, but a 3-grill gourmet Weber grilling station is located just yards away. The inside dining table is perfect for quiet meals or a game of gin rummy or bridge... We supply the cards!!
The Living Room features a large wall-mounted HD Smart TV, central A/C, ceiling fan, a spectacular ocean view, and a huge wall of floor-to-ceiling glass doors that allow the famous Maui trade winds in and lead to your private ground floor lanai.
The large bedroom suite offers a plush California King memory foam bed with tropical bedding and elegant mahogany "island style" furnishings. Central AC, ceiling fan, and a Smart TV in this room allow for cozy movie nights in bed. Large en suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, and dual sinks provide plenty of space to get beach and dinner ready. Second full bathroom with walk-in shower is conveniently located off the living areas.
Additional complimentary conveniences include ample parking near condo entry, High-Speed internet and Wifi, HD TV with DVR, long-distance landline, full-sized washer and dryer in unit, and beach towels and beach chairs for use during your stay. Our recent stay at this condo in Maui was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the stunning ocean views that greeted us from every corner of the house. Waking up and walking out to have coffee and watch the sight of the sun rise was a breathtaking experience that we will never forget.The location of the condo couldn't have been better. Not only were we close to the beautiful sandy beach, but we were also conveniently close to shopping areas and a grocery store, which made stocking up on essentials a breeze. The availability of parking for our rental car was another huge plus, ensuring that we could explore the island at our leisure without any worries.One of the highlights of our stay was the walking trails along the ocean. Whether we were taking a leisurely morning stroll or catching the vibrant colors of sunset, these paths provided the perfect opportunity to immerse ourselves in Maui's natural beauty, and also got us over to some of the major hotels with amazing restaurants.The condo itself was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bedroom was cozy, the kitchen was modern and functional, and the living area was spacious and inviting. We particularly enjoyed evenings spent on the lanai, where we could relax with a drink in hand and listen to the soothing sounds of the wind and waves.Overall, our experience at this condo exceeded our expectations. The combination of great ocean views, convenient location, and thoughtful amenities made it the perfect choice for our Maui getaway.

My husband and I spent the first few days of our honeymoon at this condo. It was even better than expected! Upon arrival, they had set out some local goodies, flowers and wine to help us celebrate! Such an amazing experience all around.

Stayed September 2023: My husband and I stayed at this condo in September of 2023 and found it to be absolutely fabulous. The unit has a very large bedroom with a comfortable king bed, an ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet. It also has a second full bathroom and laundry closet. The kitchen is a good size and has everything one needs to cook on vacation – and it opens to the dining and living area. The furniture in the unit was beautiful and very comfortable. All of the finishes in the unit – flooring, tile, countertops, windows, etc. were top notch. The unit is very quiet and is on the ground floor so that you can walk out onto the lanai and walk straight out to the grassy area off the lanai and the path to the pool and beach. The unit is steps from a small BBQ area and a short walk to the main pool area and beach. The owners provide beach chairs and an umbrella to use at the beach. The view from the unit is really nice. We watched the sunset every night from the lanai The condo complex is also in the perfect location in Wailea. Every morning we walked on the path that extends along the Wailea shore – about 3 miles there and back. The Shops at Wailea are “next door.” We were able to walk to the store and restaurants at The Shops and the nearby hotels.

We have rented many many condos in the past 12-15 years.The Condo at Wailea Elua # 2303 in Wailea, Maui was by far the best of the best. Incredibly clean, perfect location ( 5 minute walk to beach, 5 minute walk to several restaurants,and the shops at Wailea Market place. The view of the Ocean from the ground floor patio was incredible, we saw whales from the patio.We have already made reservations to go back next hear

The condo was wonderful & perfect for what we were seeking. Until the tenants arrived above us the last few days making noise frantically stomping around & their pot smoking coming through the ventilation, it was perfect: so quiet, serene, clean, tasteful, spacious, comfortable. It was wonderful to have a nice kitchen to prepare breakfasts & lunches, a patio to enjoy meals while soaking in a beautiful view of ocean & lovely Hawaiian landscaping. Also, such a great location in which we could walk to high rated restaurants & quiet beaches away from the general public & crime. It was nice to have access to some workout equipment & one of the pools was heated (the one farther away). It was also great to arrive & find a bundle of sweet & savory treats waiting for us on the counter along with a book of tips for things to do & restaurants. It was convenient to have access to a laundry machine. If they were to leave a few beach chairs & boogie boards for use & a softer more comfortable bed, it would be even more perfect. However, it was exactly what we were seeking & really was a lovely, clean, modern, tasteful condo in a perfect location. Staff were professional & nice. Parking with a rental car was easy. Thank you for helping us have such a fabulous & comfortable, beautiful vacation!!

We loved this place. Great view, great location. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Sunset views every night were fabulous. Parking right outside the unit was very convenient. My only suggestions would be to provide hand soap and more shampoo. Also, a full size sofa would be preferred over the love seat in the living room. I would definitely book this place again.

This home is completely renovated with everything first class. As a builder myself I know quality and this condo has quality throughout. I highly recommend this one bedroom that has views and is close to the walkway along the beach

sitting on the patio enjoying the view is certainly a highlight. it is a bit of a walk down to the pool area just FYI. since the local fire department removed all condo grills, you will need to use the community one. the good news is it is about 1 minute walk just outside the patio door to the grill area. <br/>my only two constructive comments are:<br/>1. I wish they provided a guest safe unit in the closet for valuables you dont want to leave behind when you leave the unit.<br/>2. the patio shade that is necessary to help with the setting sun glare was difficult to open an close. It seemed to need a pole to operate it and we couldn't find the pole. also when the wind blows and the shade is down a bit it does rattle against the window and is irritating until you retract the shade.<br/><br/>we would use this condo again. it has all the amenities you need and they provided a good supply of soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. We like the two full bathrooms as well. wish the couch was a fold out. our two grandkids (age 6 and 5 ) wanted to spend the night and we couldn't accommodate them with a place to sleep.
