Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

We were able to secure a last min booking for unit 164 for 17days. This second-floor unit is situated on the 2nd tee box of the Blue course, it’s great to watch the golfers while you have your morning coffee and enjoy the partial ocean views. Unit has all the amenities for your stay. We ate quite a few meals in, they provide a starter package (coffee, laundry soap, paper towels, salt/ pepper, and shampoo etc.) which will last for a few days. Very close to shops of Wailea, coffee shops and restaurants. South Maui beaches have taken a big hit from the storm so make sure you check them out before planning the day there as some are no longer usable, especially if you’re renting boogie boards. Unit has 4 chairs, some beach toys and 2 coolers. Boogie boards and umbrella can be rented. There are plenty of cleaning products, as well are 3 tv's so everyone can spread out. A/C worked great when needed. 2 pools on the property they were quite busy this year, but we always found a place to sit if you wait for a bit. There is a new Sushi restaurant and Kohala brewery across the way opening soon. Highly recommend Manoli’s for Pizza and AC Marriott outdoor lounge for a nightcap. We love the area, grounds, and location. Will return to the Grand Champion next year. Highly recommend a car. We had one issue with the lock not working, we texted Coldwell and they were there right away to fix it.

Stayed at this second-floor unit with three adults and one toddler - very child-friendly. There were two pools on the property for our use. Towels, beach chairs, beach towels and toys were provided in the unit and we were able to use the washer and dryer. The bathroom in the primary bedroom was great - a huge walk-in shower with two separate shower heads, and double sinks. The air conditioning was strong, though the fans were good enough to cool us down on some days. The living room area was very spacious, we had a designated parking spot in front of the apartment. Walking distance to the Shops at Wailea. Would totally recommend!

Had a great time. In the middle of a very high end area, yet still close to everything we were doing. Very easy to check in. We had our own parking space. The place was roomy, very clean and well prepare with what we needed. My next time in Maui, I will definitely be returning here!!!

Beautiful condo! Great location! The sunrise and sunset views from the lanai are stunning! The condo was very clean and well kept. Only issue was a clogged sink which CB Island vacations took care of the same day. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Golf trip to Maui once a year. This was the first time staying at Grand Champions. Found ourselves a new spot for our golf trips. Both rooms are amazing 1 with a view of the Blue course. Living room and kitchen AMAZING. Large and upto date on technology. Only complaint if at all a complaint is the need for a larger coffee maker.

We enjoyed our stay at the Wailea Grand Champions unit 164. With two young children, we especially appreciated the large "family shower" which allowed us to quickly clean off sand after a fun beach day! The unit was well equipped and clean. My only complaint is that, being located right on a fairway, the grounds crew starts mowing nearly everyday at 5am!! If you're an A/C person you may not hear it, but if you enjoy an island breeze like we do you will be woken up bright and early by the sound of lawn mowers and sprinklers!

The rental was exactly what I needed for our Maui stay. This unit was located on the second floor and had a balcony that overlooked the second hole of the golf course. The ocean was viewable off in the distance. The rental company was great to work with and seemed ready to answer only questions or concerns. It is close to a shopping area and a 10 minute walk to the beach.

This is our second time to the Grand Champion. We loved our rental unit. It has everything you require and really appreciate the added touch of bath products, cleaning supplies and laundry soap. The unit is very clean and quiet. Great access to local amenities and easy access to the highway. Lots of local restaurants to choose from especially if you like happy hour. Would highly recommend this unit and property.

Condo was very quiet, great views from the lanai. Peaceful. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans etc. The second bathroom could use with an update. The beds were very comfortable.The shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion was greatly appreciated, as were the beach towels and chairs. We would stay at this unit again. This is the third time we have stayed at Grand Champions. It is quiet and clean.

We had a very enjoyable time staying in this condo. The place is very bright, clean, and with a lot of room to spare. The kitchen is well stocked allowing you to prepare meals with ease. The bathrooms are very nice – good water pressure with nice hot water. There are not one but two king sized beds! The beds were super comfortable. The condo has folding chairs and beach towels for tenants to take along for a trip to the beach. Overall it really is a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the complimentary chocolates and coffee that were left out for us! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay on the south side of the island.

WE loved the location, the villa was clean and welcoming for us - the air and lights turned on. Much appreciated!! The staff where very helpful and attentive to us, and helped us with a minor problem right away. The only thing I would recommend for this villa is a little more cutlery ( tablespoons) and new lanai furniture. The chairs need replacing as one you can't sit in, so if we would have had company we would have been short. A very easy fix. Also there was no pods for dishwasher, container there but empty, which I'm sure was an oversite. No worries as I purchased and left at villa. The expeirience was great, and the place was worth the price. The only thing I would like to mention is that there was not enough dish washer detergent (only two loads given). Also, the dryer seems to be broken, because no matter how long we tried to dry, the clothes were still wet. Guess the vent was blocked...

We were happy with all the supplies and amenities supplied. Beds and Furniture were very comfortable. Great condo. Location is close to the beach, for us walkable even with 4 kids all under 11. Well stocked. Pictures are accurate. Had a few issues that were addressed by management staff in a prompt and professional manner. The complex is quite, clean and well care for. We have stayed at least 4 times in the past and will rerturn.

Appreciated the views, relative quiet, new beds and furnishings. Well equipped, clean and easy to contact management. Pools and grounds very well kept with morning sounds of birds and sprinklers. We had a two week stay here and it was great. The unit was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The welcome basket was nice and extra toiletries as well although we didn’t really use them. We called the management about some ripped sheets and beach chair and they replaced both very promptly. Location is close and walkable to lots of restaurants and shops. There were many beaches that were close to drive to as well. We will definitely recommend to family and friends.

We really enjoyed our family vacation here. There were lots of beach toys, coolers, chairs and umbrella which was very helpful. The only thing I would consider is the doors to both bedrooms are shuttered and noise travels very well within the condo, real doors would be a great addition. All rooms have AC so that was a plus. Also a coffee bean grinder would have been helpful for us. We will be back.
