Located in the highly sought after Wailea Beach Villas, this exquisite unit offers a lush tropical setting, an open floor plan and a beautiful lanai to take advantage of alfresco dining and perfect weather.

This spacious Penthouse features a fully equipped kitchen ready to entertain. Offering granite counters and beautiful mahogany cabinetry, it becomes a gathering place with bar stool seating and plenty of counter space. This open floor plan offers a dining area and an expansive living room off the kitchen so that the whole family can be together at any time. The living area seamlessly flows out to the lanai through the glass sliders.
The primary bedroom is private and serene for ultimate relaxation and features an en-suite bath with double vanity, deep soaking tub, marble shower, private bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet with personal sized safe. The second guest bedroom is tastefully furnished and features two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request. A semi-private bathroom sits adjacent with combination shower/tub and double marble-topped vanity. The den located off the living room can be completely enclosed and used as a 3rd bedroom.

Amenities include flat screen televisions in the main living room and all bedrooms, concierge services, assigned self-parking, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, fitness center, two pools with spas, and beach set-up. Beachfront infinity pool and spa area are reserved for adults only. Family pool and fitness center are conveniently located right outside of the penthouse building. Business center with internet and printer, restaurant delivery service, (additional fees may apply), lounges and conference room for private events, (additional fees apply), free secure Wi-Fi connection! Gated property ensures privacy and security.

Wailea Beach Villas is the only resort on Wailea Beach that is directly adjacent to The Shops at Wailea. This exclusive mall features designer shops and fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlor and The Island Market all within a stone's throw!

Please note per Wailea Beach Villa's policies, guests are limited to parking one vehicle on property and may request a second vehicle permit on an as needed basis. Visitors will be either assigned a 2nd space or be required to park in the surface spaces (32) located at the entrance to the Hotel. Any additional vehicles may be required to park off site or be charged a daily fee of $50 per vehicle (based on availability).

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

The location was amazing as well right next to the elevators and a quick walk to the family pool. The property was quiet but it is a hike to the beach from the unit. I would recommend renting a wagon if you have a child or lots of stuff to carry to the beach. There is a dedicated parking space which is also nice that is close to the unit. A few things could be improved however. The pullout bed in the "den" is very uncomfortable for an adult (or anyone). Additionally, most of the kitchen equipment needs to be updated. It feels like someone's "extras" were used and it is not stocked as I would expect for a "villa". Overall I would stay in the unit again or upgrade to a unit with a view.

The whole process from beginning to end was smooth. Communication from management was great. The unit was clean and very comfortable and loved the quietness of the villa. It was spacious and had everything you would need. We will be back again.

We recently stayed in J106 for a second time in two years and generally had a really great experience. The location is great. Close to the beach as well as the Shops at Wailea and restaurants. The Villa is a great size for our family, two kids. Plenty of room for everyone and a great set-up for spending time together as a family. Since we've stayed at J106 before, we could see that the unit was a bit worse for wear since our last stay. There were multiple carpet stains throughout the unit as well as the upholstery. The unit could use a coat of paint. The cleanliness of a few items in the kitchen were questionable (glassware). All the items we saw were really cosmetic in nature, so I'm sure they will be attended to. Allison from the rental company was great. Any issues, she was upfront about them and dealt with them in a very professional manner. In spite of the few issues, I would definitely recommend the unit to a friend.

Wow wow wow! Gorgeous unit on an unbelievable<br/>property! So spacious, clean, comfortable and fully.<br/>equipped with everything to make your vacation stress-<br/>free. Communication with property management<br/>(Allison at CB Island Vacations) was always well-timed,<br/>friendly, courteous and warm. The beach (complete with<br/>free chair, umbrella, towel service) is a bit of a walk from<br/>the unit but hardly noticeable since you get to stroll<br/>through the magnificent lush gardens. The shops at<br/>Wailea is right beside the property accessed by a private<br/>gated walkway, so convenient we would walk to Island<br/>Gourmet market to get fresh fruits/food everyday. Loved<br/>our stay and will be back for sure!

The Condo is located in a great location. The grounds are beautiful. The condo is spacious for a two bedroom and nicely decorated. The owners have boogie boards available which is a nice touch.

We highly recommended Unit J106 at Wailea Beach Villas! The unit was super clean and fresh! Property grounds are beautiful and well kept. The unit has everything we needed and more. They even supplied a brand new mixer so we could bake a birthday cake! The on-site management was helpful and very responsive to any questions. Having on-site management so readily available is a big plus. And they are so welcoming and nice! <br/>The beach access is great. The pools on the property and the reserved beach chairs were never crowded. Being right next door to the Shops At Wailea is convenient. The only possible negative is that the sofa bed mattress is a little thin, not the most comfortable. The other beds are GREAT! This was a splurge for us, and we were thrilled to enjoy this rental. Thank you so much! <br/><br/>We highly recommend J106!!!!

Had a great experience in the WBV condo - the pictures of the unit were accurate, and overall there was tons of room for the 4 of us to spread out. We had one small problem (hot water in one of the showers) and the property mgmt. team had maintenance staff at the unit within the hour. The unit was very well stocked with kitchen equipment and towels/linens. This was a great experience and we will be hopefully back to WBV again soon!

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed Wailea Beach Villa J106! It is perfectly located, spacious, beautiful (the rugs in the bedrooms are thick and luxurious) and the art and amenities are well appointed. We also loved the kitchen, lanai and gas BBQ. We made a last minute trip to Maui and decided to try out the Wailea Beach Villas. We were blown away by the condo we stayed in!! We were greeted in the lobby by the management staff (CB Island Vacations), they showed us around and we thought that was a nice touch. They were very friendly and had great recommendations of places to visit near by (like one of our new favorite beaches!). The condo itself is beautiful with lovely furniture and everything you could need while you are on vacation. We felt so comfortable staying there. It is an amazing location right next to the shops of wailea and a 5 minute walk down to the beach. There are two pools on property, one is right next to the condo and the other is ocean front. There was really no need to leave! We will definitely be back and cannot wait to book another trip back to Maui at this beautiful home.

We've been going to Hawaii for many years, but this was the first time we stayed at a condo. This place was beautiful, spacious, and conveniently located right next to the Wailea mall. We will definitely go back to the Wailea Beach Villas.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at WBV. It was as described and more. A five-minute paved walk to Wailea beach with its complimentary chair and umbrella service. Across the street is the Shops of Wailea with its restaurants and legendary stores. We were met by Matt who was extremely helpful throughout our stay.
