This property is hotel zoned, and not being affected by the recent proposed legislation.
Wailea Beach, voted one of the top beaches in the world, is a short walk from Ho'olei Villas. This amazing beach offers numerous activities such as paddle boarding, snorkeling, sea kayaking, swimming, boogie boarding, and relaxation on the beautiful shore. During the winter months, Humpback Whales can be easily seen from Wailea Beach. There is a breathtaking oceanside walking/running path as well as extensive sidewalks around Wailea for physical fitness. Ho'olei also offers a stunning large resort-style pool complete with waterfalls, a sandy artificial beach for kids, and 2 hot tubs. There is ample seating along with a fitness center. Located just moments from dining and shopping at three resorts as well as The Shops at Wailea. You may dine at any of the resort restaurants as well as set up spa appointments, but please note that hotel pool access at the adjacent resorts is not included with your reservation. Ho'olei offers a stunning large resort-style pool complete with waterfalls, a sandy artificial beach for kids, and 2 hot tubs. Also provided is 24-hour on-site security and gated access.
Under new ownership, this villa has upgraded living room, dining room, and lanai furniture with area rugs selected for comfort and beauty by a renowned interior designer. A beautiful new tile backsplash awaits in the kitchen along with accent decorations throughout the villa. Gourmet Kitchen: The top-of-the-line kitchen has all the space and accessories to accommodate your meal preparation needs. Dual refrigerator/freezers give you ample space to stock up. The island-mounted gas cooktop is perfect for cooking while still being able to see the lush tropical settings that surround the villa. The kitchen has an extensive assortment of cooking and dining needs. Seating around the central kitchen island accommodates 6 people easily, and the beautiful Koa wood dining table can seat up to 8.
This lovely villa is designed for indoor-outdoor living featuring corner pocket doors that lead to the spacious private lanai. The lanai is surrounded by tropical foliage and has a very comfortable seating arrangement for reading, afternoon naps, or evening socializing. Ceiling fans enhance the tropical breeze. Take advantage of al fresco dining with the outdoor gas grill, a large table for 6, and a convenient mini fridge.
The Primary Bedroom is incredibly spacious and features a king bed and a pull-out sleeper sofa, a large en suite bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a private lanai with lounge chairs! The 2nd Guest Bedroom is located downstairs with 2 twin beds that can be converted into a king. This bedroom also has a full en suite bathroom. The top floor features a 3rd guest bedroom with a king bed, a private en suite bathroom, and French doors leading out to a French balcony.
Also included is free Wifi, cable, and Smart TV, a full-sized washer/dryer, a personal elevator, your own private single-car attached garage, and a 2nd carport space.

Perfect place

This was the perfect place for my family’s trip to Maui. Spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was superbly equipped and ready for actual meal prep. The fully actuating patio doors made a wonderful indoor/outdoor space. We just loved spending time here.

Most Beautiful Place

This villa was the most beautiful place we ever stayed. It was the perfect location in magnificent Wailea. The beach across the street was the nicest beach we visited on Maui. The beach has golden sand and was never crowded. The villa was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. My favorite place was the breezy lanai relaxing on the large outdoor couches or eating dinner outside. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large and had many extra touches. We loved being able to park in a garage and have the pool so close. The pool is beautiful. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary!

We loved this place. Lots of space, perfectly decorated, all appliances were working. Very quiet. Beds were super comfortable. Close to Wailea beach, just a short walk through Grand Wailea resort. Really no issues! The place is pricy, but so is Maui, and the house was worth it to my mind!

Pleasantly surprised

We were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The property was big enough for my family of 5 adults and 3 little kids. It was a short walk to the beach and shopping. We were very comfortable and the property manager Coldwell Banker was the best. It was easy to communicate with them. The villa was very clean.

Amazing Stay!

The villa was elegant, clean, spacious and well appointed. We did some cooking in the beautiful kitchen and enjoyed sitting on the lanai. We would sightsee during the day and always looked forward to returning to our "home away from home". The pool in the complex was appreciated, as was the beach walking path. The management staff was attentive and prompt in responding to our questions. Our stay on Maui was amazing!

Best place ever!
We had the best time staying here. Very quiet and comfortable. The bedrooms were perfectly appointed, the kitchen is amazing, and we cooked a bunch of wonderful meals there. The surrounding area is beautiful and fun to explore. We will definitely be back when Maui has rebuilt.

Beautiful Villa in green paradise!

The villa was beautiful all around. It has all the amenities to enjoy a great vacation. Beach chairs and umbrellas were for 6-8 people which was great. Community pool and spas were great even though we didn't spend to much time there. Unit was also cooled and the ac units were great. Small but yard had beautiful plants and palms everywhere. Only thing I wish they would change is to have every door in the unit able to lock. No lock on any doors except the powder room and garage.

Awesome stay and service!

Due to Covid, we've waited for three years for this trip. Needless to say, the anticipation was pretty high. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations. Not only was our place one of the nicest places on Maui - great location, absolutely gorgeous, beautifully decorated, stocked with everything we needed, wonderful pool - the staff at CB was incredibly helpful, professional, and always had a great attitude. They checked in a number of times to see how things were going. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay a or better experience with the rental agency.

Magical Maui

We loved this home. Very large, well appointed and comfortable. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas and snorkeling gear. The house was meticulous and the open plan gave us plenty of room, inside and out. Three ensuite bedrooms worked great!

Family Vacation

Our experience this last week was amazing. Staying at 24-1 Ho’olei was key in having a great vacation. It’s very large with a open lay out which accommodates large families. Staff met all our needs during our stay and should we come back to Maui my first call will be to see if this unit is available.

My husband, our adult children and I all enjoyed our stay at Ho'olei. The condominium was beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy most meals at "home" and to have fun on the nearby beaches and pool. The location, with walk-able shops and restaurants, was ideal. Views along the walking path are stunning and the ease of getting around to other sites was appreciated. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen provided everything we needed. Staff was attentive and helped make us feel at home.

We rented 2 condos for 9 days and could not be more pleased with the accommodations. From checkin, to Checkout, the stay was flawless. Easiest checkin I have had for any vacation rental I have procured. Checkout was not only simple but my request for a late checkout was accommodated to allow us to stay and play till our flight. We will stay here again! In addition to the Customer Service, the accommodations are above average! Roomy does not describe it! Huge, spacious, clean, well stocked and beautiful does! Stay here! You will not find a more perfect location on Maui !

We spent 10 days in this condo rental and truly enjoyed our stay. This unit had everything we needed. Kitchen items, beach stuff like chairs and umbrellas and even an ice chest were available. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the unit was very spacious. We especially liked the large lanai with the outdoor couch and table and grill. 24-1 is a short walk from the pool which we all enjoyed. It was great that both the pool and one of the spas had a lift to help my disabled daughter in and out. The elevator was very helpful for my daughter but we had to be very careful with the doors. If you leave the inner door open and the outer door closes it will not operate. The only downside to this unit may be that it is close to the road and while you can't really see the cars you can hear them. There is no ocean view but the palm trees and plumeria trees around the lanai are very beautiful and it's a very serene setting. The air conditioning was a bit too cold and hard to regulate so we just used the ceiling fans and that was great. I would stay at this place again. It was a pleasure to be there.

Great Condo
Booking the condo and connecting with the management company was very easy. The management company was great to work with. The only thing that would of been nice to know ahead of time was that there is a port a crib, stroller and high chair at the condo.
Our only difficulty while there was there was a bag of gift coffee for our use but the only coffee maker was a Kreps without the insert for fresh coffee grounds.
The condo was beautiful with plenty of space.
I would definitely recommend this condo

A Hawaiian Retreat

Five Star accommodations and customer service made our Annual Office Retreat a success. Communication prior to our stay was excellent which made our arrival smooth. The home was immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for those of us who enjoy cooking occasionally on vacation. Location was very convenient to a fabulous beach. Look forward to returning again one day.

this condo was beautiful furnished,one of the nicest we've ever stayed in and we've been to Maui many times. The access to the Grand wailea hotel beach is a nice perk,but it was very crowded and we preferred to go to some of the other public beaches. Only downside to this property is that there is no ocean view. otherwise it's great!

Beautiful Accomodations

This unit was perfect for our family of 8 adults. The large master bedroom with huge pull out sofa made it possible for 4 people to sleep in it, with having tons of space! The unit was very clean, comfortable and convenient to the pool and beach. Loved that it was an end unit, so private. Only little downside was it was close to the road and had no beachview but that didn't matter to us as we were only there at night. Absolutely would stay again and if it wasn't for the current Canadian $ exchange, we would probably buy a unit in the complex.
