Stunning!

This villa was perfect for our family of six. The views from the living room and lanai kept on delighting us for our 10 day stay. The villa had everything we needed, the staff prompt in attending to any problems (like a broken toaster that was quickly replaced). The beauty of the decor choices from furniture to bedding to art made it a treat to come home to after spending the day out and about. The proximity to the shoppes at Wailea (short walk) turned out to be a real plus. Ice cream, shaved ice, coffee, açaí bowls, great boutiques, restaurants. We all enjoyed it, along with the occasional Hawaiian musicians and dancers that perform free shows there. The property with its private beach area and pools with everything you need from towels to chairs to sunscreen made it feel effortless. This was our favorite trip to HI and a lot of that had to do with this amazing property.

Amazing view!! The place is much bigger than the pictures. We stayed there with a six year old and a 19 month old and loved our time. Right in it mix of all the resorts, beautiful pools and a minute walk to the beach.

Absolutely Perfect!

Unit M312 was the perfect unit to stay in. It was beautifully decorated and the kitchen is fully stocked which we really appreciated! The balcony was unbelievable, especially during whale season. We watched whales nearly every morning and evening with the binoculars that were provided and it was a highlight of our week. The accessibility to the shops, pools and beach can\'t be beat as well! Would recommend this unit to anyone!

M312 is a terrific choice if you need three bedrooms

Highly recommended. Everything is expensive in Wailea Beach Villas, but M312 is relatively inexpensive compared to the units down the hill, and much less expensive than the nearby luxury hotels. We actually prefer to be in the Penthouse structure, rather than the smaller structures closer to the beach. It's easier when walking to the Shops and Wailea to be in the Penthouse. M312 itself is very nicely furnished, and everything was perfect upon our arrival. We intend to return.

Beautiful stay!

We loved our stay! The villa was beautiful and perfect for our party of six. We enjoyed the perfect lanai and ability to open the doors and eat our meals out there. The walk to the adult pool and beach is less than 5 minutes. Any issues we had were handled immediately. Being from the east coast we hope to come again and would definitely stay here! Highly recommend!

M312 is an amazing unit with great views but needs new pillows!

We have stayed at this property multiple times and M312 is by far the best unit! It was large in size, and was very clean when we arrived. The views were amazing as well. We ate out on the balcony every morning and night for breakfast and dinner. CB Island did a great job of providing extra kitchen supplies as we cook all of our meals. The only thing that could be improved is that the pillows were terrible quality. There was not a feather pillow in the unit. I would recommend the owners provide 2 feather pillows per bedroom especially for a unit that is > $1,000 / night.

A Dream Vacation

What an incredibly beautiful and luxurious property. It was clean, had beach towels, and kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. The property felt luxurious. The highlight is the large lanai with views of the ocean and sunset. The property is quiet and there is access to the beach. We took advantage of the family pool but it does close early at 8pm. We couldn't have asked for better property ans hope to be back when we reruen to Maui!
