Enjoy resort living, Fairway Villa I33, in this two-bedroom, two-bathroom plus a loft townhome. Enjoy the upgraded appliances, central air conditioning, and the lanai that views the golf course at Waikoloa Beach. Relax by the pool and use the gas grills.

Upon entry, you notice the open layout of this townhome. The kitchen flows to the living area, and your sliding doors open to a private lanai where you can look right out onto a golf course at Waikoloa Beach.

The kitchen has granite countertops with upgraded appliances. Keep the chef company by relaxing on the bar stools with a tropical drink. The dining area has a sit-down table and a beautiful chandelier. The high cathedral ceilings give you an open feel to the layout.

Relax in the living room on the cozy couch and watch a show on the smart television or read a book. You will love the lanai where you can watch the golfers golf and enjoy a cup of Kona Coffee in the morning.

The primary suite is located off the living room with a California king bed and smart television. Plenty of space to unpack your things in the chested drawers or walk-in closet in the bathroom. Soak up the resort feeling and enjoy the soaking tub or walk-in shower. There are double vanities and a separate toilet room as well.

The guest room downstairs has a queen-size bed and a lovely Hawaii feel. Unpack in the closet or chested drawers. Relax and watch a show on the smart television. The guest bathroom is in the hallway and has a shower, bathtub combo.

The loft, which you can access from a spiral staircase, has two twin beds and a desk—a great space to chill and watch a series on the smart television.

Soak up the resort feel and enjoy the amenities of the infinity pool, hot tub, new fitness equipment in the recreation area, and gas BBQ grills. Enjoy being close to world-class beaches, dining, and more.

This condo was our home base for exploring much of the Big Island over 5 days. Very comfortable, fully furnished and equipped, quiet location. Having a grocery store nearby was very convenient. Loved our stay!

This condo had all we needed and more! The location was great, near shops and golf. Walk to A beach for sunsets and only 12 min drive to hapuna beach. We loved the pool and the grounds were beautiful!

Condo was great and great location. Easy walk to Kings and Queens shops. Quick drive to beach. Condo was very well stocked in the kitchen and had plenty of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas). Had a pretty view overlooking the golf course and the Kings Shops pond. Faced west and had beautiful view of sunsets. Gym was decent and pool was really nice. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our condo was beautiful! It was clean, close to the pool and more well stocked than any place I've ever stayed at. The property was very well maintained with gorgeous landscaping. It was an absolutely perfect vacation!

This home was beautiful and well stocked with anything that anyone would need. Supplies were thoughtfully made available. There were signs to make it east to find things. The home was clean and decluttered. It was apparent that a lot of thought had gone into just what was needed. The decor was great and furniture was sturdy and appealing. We enjoyed the pool and recreation facilities. The grounds were well groomed. <br/>

This is a well appointed unit with everything you will need to enjoy your vacation. It's clean & comfortable. The gated community is well maintained, has beautiful landscaping and a heated pool. It is in a great resort location with shopping, restaurants and a grocery/deli all within walking distance.

A comfortable and well appointed unit, with great accessories for the beach--chairs, towels and a cooler--made for a great vacation. The bed is comfortable--which is always a plus, and the kitchen will meet all your needs. The unit is walking distance to the Queen's Marketplace, shopping, eateries and the beach. Balcony space perfect for dining and watching the golfers go by. Short drive to Hapuna Beach.
