Aloha and Welcome to Kanaloa at Kona, #3602. Turn moments into memories with your friends and family at this fantastic property. Enjoy an incredible ocean view at this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, high-speed internet, beach views, and more!

Upon entering #3602 at Kanaloa in Kona, you will be welcomed by breathtaking ocean views in the living area of the house. There is an open layout of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room has ample seating, with two couches and chairs. Relax and play some games or stream your favorite show on the smart TV. Eat inside at the dining table or eat Hawaiian style outside on your private lanai, where there is another dining table. Watch the palm trees sway and the waves crash at the black beach next to this property. There is a wet bar outside for your convenience. The kitchen is located off the dining room and hallway. It has all the gadgets to cook any meal.

The guest bathroom is located across from the guest room near the living areas of the property. Enjoy a double vanity sink, beautiful wood cabinets, granite countertops, and a large walk-in tile shower. The guest room is across the hall and has two twin beds. Enjoy the garden view from your space, close the blinds, watch some TV, and enjoy the AC.

The primary en suite has ample privacy and space. Relax in the king bed, and watch your favorite show from the TV and enjoy the AC unit in the bedroom, on those extra hot days. The primary suite has a large walk-in closet with lots of drawer storage and space to hang items. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower with beautiful metallic ''mermaid'' tile. Enjoy the double vanity sink and granite countertops.

Sit outside on your private lanai and take in all there is to offer. This property is located on a private bluff and looks down on a black sand beach to one side and an open ocean to the other. Enjoy a cup of Kona Coffee and listen to the waves crash as the world wakes up in Hawaii.

**Please Note: This unit has about 5 stairs to get to the front door. This home is equipped with central AC.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve. The Ocean Pool is scheduled to be closed from May 01st through May 20th, 2023, for resurfacing. The Quiet Pool, Main Pool, and spa will still be available during this time.

Good location with great view from the lanai, but needs better maintenance

This unit is in a great location, and views from the lanai are wonderful. The decoration and furnishing inside are nice, but can probably use some updates. The ice/water dispenser on the fridge is broken, which isn't a problem since we weren't planning to use it anyway, but there's brown rust/stain all around it which looks unsanitary. During our 5-day stay, we experienced two maintenance issues. First one (sticky sliding door to lanai) was taken care of on the same day. Second one (old & worn-out shower handle in one of the bathrooms fell off) was not fixed before we checked out.

If you’re planning on visiting the Big Island this is the perfect spot. Has great kitchen for cooking and making smoothies. The Lania has beautiful views of a bay and you can see surfers, paddle boarders, and night time manta ray snorklers. Also a closet packed with tennis rackets, board games, beach towels, and snorkel gear. Love it.

Kanaloha 3602 is a beautiful oceanfront condo in Keauhou Hawaii. The view is of the ocean , the Outrigger Hotel and Heeia Bay, just awesome to sit on the lani and watch the Manta Ray dives in the evening. The condo is decorated very nice and the beds are very comfortable ,assigned covered parking and close shopping. Great stay< Mahalo Valerie

Beautiful view! Loved the tasteful decor. Comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Clean. Nicely stocked closet with chairs, snorkel gear, umbrella and much more. We appreciated the kitchen to be well supplied for all cooking needs. Spent lots of time on the lanai watching the waves, boats and the Manta Night Dives. Master bedroom air conditioning was wonderful. Comfortable bed. Can't wait to go back. Shopping center close by.

We loved this unit - it is exactly as it looks in the pictures online (not always the case for rentals) and is beautifully decorated and well stocked. The views from the veranda are great and this is a nice community, with an oceanfront pool. We were glad to have stayed there and would recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was very clean and comfortable. The perfect size for our family of four. We spent quite a bit of time sitting outside on the patio just listening to the ocean. <br/><br/>The owner gave us all of the details we needed and was very accommodating when we had a special request. Excellent customer service and we would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Property was just as advertised - clean, very nice furnishings, comfortable seating areas, well stocked kitchen...just about everything you'd need! The absolute highlight was the view from the lanai. We spent a lot of time sitting there, watching the activity in the bay and listening to the surf. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS. Location is convenient to town, and also has a grocery store and a few food options just a mile or so away. The only things I'd say to be aware of are you're supplied a starter pack of laundry and dish detergent pods (bring a few of your own if you're staying a longer time and don't want to hand wash things) and also only a few rolls of toilet paper. No refills for more people or longer stays. Also, the twin beds were a bit saggy - had foam pads under the mattresses to prop up low spots. Overall, though, we absolutely loved our stay, and hope to return before too long. We highly recommend this property!

Nicely updated, clean and beautiful view of small bay activity. We've enjoyed staying at many of the Kanaloa condos. We booked this one back in 2021 for the stay in 2022. The price we payed was fine, but $1000 per night for this condo is very overpriced. If it is brought in line to closer to $400 per night, then yes, wholeheartedly recommend it.

We had high expectations of this unit when we booked, and were not disappointed. The unit itself is spacious and well appointed. The location on the small bay is beautiful and quiet.<br/>The property manager was easy to deal with, and very helpful on several occasions during our stay.<br/>I would not hesitate to book this unit again.

Loved this condo and would stay again! Amazing ocean front views, much larger than we had anticipated and loved that it was just south of Kona so a great location to be near things but also not right in the city. The kitchen was more stocked than any place we've ever stayed before and the beds were very comfortable. Loved sitting on the lanai at night. Highly recommended.

This condo was so perfect - from the amazing view on the lanai (protected from the sun) to the thoughtful touches and beautiful decor. Being groundfloor made it easy to get to. Parking was very close to the entrance of the community. A nice snorkeling beach was 5 min walk and viewable from the lanai. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment and spices. Even had a closet of snorkel gear and boogie boards! The AC kept us from wilting. The condo area has 3 pools - usually could get one all to yourself. Great views on the perimeter trail. Close to the Keahou shopping center so groceries and restaurants were easy to get to.

My wife and I had to make a short notice trip to Kona, and very few lodging options were available to accommodate our stay, other than basic hotel rooms. Thankfully, this property appeared on VRBO at the last minute (must have been a cancellation) ... and we booked it without a second thought. This condo is really more like a well appointed townhome, with spectacular ocean and bay views and a very comfortable, well decorated (upgraded) and spacious interior. Sitting on the lanai, you feel like you're in your own private paradise. The complex (Kanaloa at Kona) is laid out very well and is tucked away in a beautiful, low traffic and quiet location. The view from the lanai overlooks a small bay that offers excellent snorkeling; just a 3 minute walk from the property (high quality snorkeling equipment and beach chairs were provided). We enjoyed our stay so much that we are now looking to acquire a condo at the complex ourselves. If you rent this property, you definitely won't be disappointed!

Absolutely loved this condo and everything was perfect. The views of the ocean were stunning and ocean front. The location just south of Kona was perfect. The grocery store and drug store were right around the corner and there is a wonderful farmer&#039;s market there of local farmers on Saturday mornings. The kitchen was probably the best stocked by far of any place we&#039;ve ever stayed. It had everything we needed and more. The furniture including the beds were all comfortable. Very open, spacious and so much closet space and storage I told my hubby I wanted the sofas for our house! Highly recommend!
