As you enter the property, you'll be captivated by the mesmerizing blue hues of the Pacific Ocean. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area, dining room, and kitchen. The guest room is conveniently located near the entrance, with a guest bathroom in the hallway. The primary ensuite boasts a stunning ocean view and private access to the large lanai. You can indulge in the comfort of a California King bed and enjoy a large walk-in tiled shower. The expansive lanai offers ample seating and provides the best view in the house, allowing you to savor the beauty of the Kona ocean and its breathtaking sunsets. You can even hear the soothing sounds of the waves from inside the house.
Kona Nalu is just 2 miles from the historic Kailua Kona village, which boasts restaurants, quaint shops, a farmer's market, and more. It is also conveniently situated within a few miles of some of Kona's most popular beaches.

Amazing Property - 5 stars !!!

This top-floor rental was easily one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed at over the years. The elevator is convenient and the unit isn’t right at the elevator entrance. The view from the lanai can’t be beat, and the unit was exactly as described in the listing. Furnishings were modern and comfortable. Kitchen has a lot of useful applicants, like a slow cooker, rice cooker, blender, coffee grinder and maker, and hot water kettle. Location is south of town, and right on the beach. Very convenient.

Even better than the pictures !

This condo is even nicer than the pictures show. It is spacious, very well located, and has an amazing ocean view. There was not a time that we went out there that we didn\'t see whales (this is peak season). It really exceeded expectations and I would highly recommend it.

Whales !

The condo was very convenient to local shops and restaurants. Beautiful view from the lanai. We saw whales every day we were there. Beds were comfortable, peaceful and very quiet, just heard the waves hitting the shore. Very nice we had access to snorkeling equipment, water socks, bogey boards and pool noodles. The pool was very nice and clean. We had a great time. One of the best stays we had!

Relaxing Kona Nalu

Relaxed stay in a well equipped 2 bedroom condo, on large room one a bit smaller. The larger room had an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The smaller bedroom had a tub/shower. The condo was stocked with bath towels and beach towels and bath items that nearly lasted a week. The kitchen was well equipped and clean and well organized. There were helpful guides and naturalists guides for reference. The lanai had a beach locker with beach chairs and grill items. The washer/dryer was well stocked and easy to use. The 3rd floor was reached by an elevator which was essential to moving in and out and with groceries. The condo oceanfront is beautifully framed with coconut trees and frames the sunsets. If you like to watch for marine life and great sunsets this is a stunning, comfortable condo.

This condo exceeded our expectations -- it was even nicer than conveyed in photos. Updated, clean, property management was responsive and the property had everything we needed for our vacation plus extras. Really enjoyed having the fans and air conditioning and the lanai. Location was also great with some amenities in walking distance and a short drive to the main part of Ali\'i Drive. We had a relaxing vacation and would definitely stay here again.

Location location location. The views from the 3rd floor deck are amazing. Great sunset views. there\'s nothing between you and the beach. So nice to sit out on the lanai with a coffee or a cocktail and listen to and watch the waves crash on the rocks right below you. Great value for the price. Would love to return !

Roomy, Luxurious, Peaceful

We had such a peaceful comfortable stay. This condo is beautifully updated. New appliances and plenty of comfy places to lounge: inside on the giant sofa and outside on the huge lanai. Pictures are exactly how it looks and feels, but the views are even more spectacular: Gentle coconut palms framing all shades of blue. The breaking surf your personal sound soother. The central air was appreciated and needed, especially toward sunset. We loved that we splurged a little more to stay in this unit.

Unforgettable Experience

This is the BEST option for staying in the area. We loved the spacious and absolutely private balcony with the best views of the ocean and scenic palm trees. We heard no street noise and only the wind and ocean waves. The beds were truly comfortable, the condo was sparkling clean and completely equipped with everything you need. Location convenient to everywhere. Comes with parking and a delicious coffee starter kit. An absolute must.

Condo is well appointed, clean, nicely updated. Access was simple. Pleasantly surprised they had some water activity items for use, like bodyboard and beach umbrella, etc. Lots of room in living space for entire family and you have that fantastic view of the ocean. If we come back to Big Island we'll check availability with this condo first.

Perfection!
Our stay was perfect! From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in paradise. The view is gorgeous! The place was spotless and super well stocked including all beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler, etc. for a fun day at the beach. The management company was very responsive and courteous. 50th Wedding Anniversary Vacation Celebration

We were looking for a great condo, on the water, to celebrate 50 years of marriage for three weeks. This condo and location were perfect! We spent many mornings and evenings on the lanai listening to the waves and marveling at rainbows and magnificent sunsets. The living space and bedrooms are very comfortable. The constant sound of crashing waves lulled us to sleep every night! The kitchen is nice, functional and well equipped. Finally, having a reserved parking spot under roof was greatly appreciated. The location is perfect - close to the airport, downtown Kona, shopping, local beaches, and great restaurants (Jackie Rey’s, Da Poke Shack, Umekes). Be sure to tour Buddha’s Cup coffee farm (close to condo) and see Kona Kozy’s Magic and Comedy Show (AMAZING experience!). We plan to return next year for four weeks!

Perfect respite

We had a wonderful stay and the condo is beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. The lanai and ocean view will not disappoint! The vacation rental agency was easy to work with and able to accommodate our requests for early check in due to a flight change. They were so nice and added a very personalized touch to our experience. I highly recommend this place!

Loved the unobstructed views of the ocean from the large balcony. The unit was well stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and a cooler to bring along for day at the beach.
Everything was clean and the essentials were provided in the bathrooms (soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper) and kitchen (dish soap and pantry essentials and little food gifts).
Neighbors were friendly and the management company was responsive and accommodating.
