New Listing! Relax at this two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Waikoloa Fairways unit in the heart of Waikoloa Village. The primary offers a soaking tub. Enjoy the open living layout, outdoor wet bar, and large lanai. Pool, hot tub, and BBQ at the complex.

Upon entry, you are welcomed by an open layout of the dining area, living space, and kitchen. You can stream your favorite on the large flat-screen television and enjoy the central air conditioning. There is plenty of seating in the living area.

The kitchen is located off the dining area and is fully stocked for all cooking desired. There are bar seatings to keep the conversation flowing. There is a dining table inside as well as outside on the lanai.

This property has two primary suites on either side of the home. The guest ensuite has two twin beds, that may be converted to a king on request for an upcharge. There is a bathroom with a private shower and toilet room. There is also lanai access from this room.

The primary off-living area has a king bed and smart television for your convenience. Enjoy being able to have your lanai doors open and enjoy the Hawaii air. You can soak away the sun in your size-able stand-alone bathtub or rinse in the separate tiled shower.

You can relax after a long day in the air conditioning, or sit out on the lanai and listen to the birds. The large lanai allows for access from either masters or the living area. Have dinner outside and watch the sunset from your large private lanai and outside dining table. Stir up some drinks at your outside minibar and soak up the Hawaii life.

This home is fully stocked with beach chairs, a portable cooler, and umbrellas for those beach days. You are 6 miles from Waikoloa Resort and some of the top beaches in Hawaii. The onsite pool is well-kept and has two BBQ grills for guests' use, as well as shaded seating areas if you want to dine at the pool.

As a guest of this property, you will also have access to the Waikoloa Clubhouse, where you will enjoy discounted resident rates for golf games and more. Come live the life of aloha and this lovely property. Come make memories in our little piece of paradise.

This condo has EVERYTHING you need for a perfect Big Island vacation. We stayed 11 awesome days. Lovely well appointed condo - kitchen has every kitchen item you can think of (even some spices). It has every beach item you might need - coolers, beach chairs, umbrellas, masks/snorkels, beach towels. Condo is clean and spacious (exactly as seen in pictures) with picturesque views from lanai - enjoyed morning coffee watching sunrise in morning and glass of wine watching sunset at night. Condo is convenient starting point to every site you want to see on the Big Island - even the drive up/down the mountainside is awesome. Close to grocery store and gas station. Definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Was an absolute pleasure to stay at this lovely condo during our 10 day vacation to the Big Island. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was taken care of. We spent many of our evenings on the beautiful Lanai admiring the spectacular views right from the patio. We could stay in or go out and enjoy the Beaches, Restaurants, Attractions not far away. It was like a home away from home, fully stocked with all the conveniences. Pool, Golf, dedicated Parking Spot, Well Manicured Community, were very nice also. We Highly Recommend this Condo!
