Take your dream vacation at this newly remodeled Waikoloa Villas in Waikoloa Village. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom, has everything one needs on a Hawaii vacation. Enjoy the pool, hot tub, and BBQ area plus easy access to nearby attractions.

Enjoy the open layout of the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Enjoy a sit-down dinner at the dining room table. The living area has a flat-screen television to watch your favorite shows and ample comfortable seating for you and your guests.

This home is decorated in island style and has an open-plan living area that leads to a lanai with a large dining table. Take in the views of the golf course and the lushly landscaped surroundings over your morning cup of Kona coffee. You can even see the blue Pacific ocean over the trees for peek-a-boo ocean views.

The primary suite is its own retreat with a great vibe with local art. Relax in the king-size bed and enjoy access to the lanai. The primary bathroom has a large tiled shower and plenty of space to be comfortable.

The guest room is very comfortable, with a queen-size bed. The full bathroom is adjacent for guests' use and convenience. The bathroom has a shower and a jacuzzi bathtub. There is also a washer and dryer for guests' use.

Up a flight of stairs, you have a large loft/bedroom with a smart television and two twin beds, these can be converted to a king upon request and charge. There is a bathroom that has a large tiled shower for guests' use. This is a great room to unwind and relax.

Enjoy being close to the newly remodeled BBQ area where you can grill dinner and watch the palm trees sway. Float or do some laps in the pool or soak in the hot tub and watch the stars. This is a lovely spot to have a pool day and relax with your family and guests. As a guest of Waikoloa Villas, you will receive a pass to the Village pool, where you can have dinner and receive a discount to the Village Golf Course in Waikoloa.

Suppose you want to venture outside the resort and head south to an octopus or seahorse farm. Waikoloa Village is close to some of the finest white sand beaches on the Kohala Coast. In this area, you will also find access to manta rays or snorkel tours.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Overall

This condo was an ideal place for our family of 6 - grandparents, parents, and two young adult children. The beds are comfortable and the high ceilings give the living room and lanai a feeling of spaciousness. The kitchen is extraordinarily well stocked, As a bonus, renters are allowed to use the beach chairs, cooler bags, umbrellas, etc, everything one needs for a lovely day on the beach. The property has two pools and hot tubs, and easy-to-use gas barbecues in the pool areas. For our winter stay, the evenings cooled off and got windy- the hot tubs were at the perfect temperature and the lanai was blocked from the wind. The property managers are quite responsive. Even though the property is not at the beach (although we could see the ocean!), there are a variety of beaches within a 15 min drive, and getting to the Hilo side for the botanical garden and waterfalls is easy from Waikoloa Village. I would definitely return to this property next time we are on the Big Island.

This place was just as presented and why we picked it. Great set-up and great location. The only (tiny) complaint I could have is that there was no sugar/creamer packets supplied. Those are pretty easy and not something we would have thought to bring or buy - 'til after we got there. Only saw one bug our whole stay and who knows - we might have brought that from other island! Parking was a little tight for our larger vehicle but we managed. Temp was great and they even had additional fans in the rooms.

We had a great stay at this Waikoloa condo! It was one of the best stocked kitchens we have ever had at a vacation rental. Beach items supplied were excellent also. The beds were very comfortable, and the unit was immaculate. Communication was very good, along with the location. I would highly this unit and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for all our activities. Everything we needed was thought of (beach towels, an extra beach bag, cooler, extra fans, kitchen was well stocked, etc.) and the place was very clean and comfortable. The close proximity of the golf course was an added bonus.

This did not cause an issue because of where the property is, air conditioning wasn't needed. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed and more.
