The spacious primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an en suite bathroom. A comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room and a second guest bathroom make this unit perfect for couples and small families.

Great location and convenience! This beautifully appointed home is situated on the fairway of Wailea's elite Blue Golf Course. Walk along the walkway pass to the world's top beaches, Shops at Wailea, five-star hotels, casual to fine dining restaurants, and more.

Whatever your vacation desires might be, you will have a great time and everything you could expect for memories of a lifetime!

Please note, only one vehicle is allowed for this unit.

Upcoming remodel in unit #138. The remodel has been approved for replacing kitchen cabinets, countertops, and kitchen and entry tile flooring. Replace all appliances. Construction noise may be heard during this renovation.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Phase 2 Construction Dates: April 4th, 2024 to December 12th, 2024. The pools are estimated to be closed for repair: South Pool April 1st - 3rd 2025, North Pool: April 4th - 8th 2025

Good experience. I’d recommend it. Good and responsive management company. Clean and nice. Great location. Only negative was that Wi-Fi didn’t work.

The location fit our needs very well. We enjoyed the view and the adult only heated pool for daily exercise and to refresh after the beach and on hot days. The size of the unit is very nice compared to many other 1 bedroom units.

My husband and I really enjoyed the 8 nights we stayed at Grand Champions 145. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was provided. One big concern I always have with a rental, 'is the bed comfortable?" It was very comfortable and the air conditioner was great to have at night. We especially enjoyed the lanai overlooking the golf course and beautiful sunsets each evening. Lovely landscaping and two great pools were a plus! Wailea is a great area; great restaurants, shopping and beaches very near by. Highly recommend!

Grand Champions is a wonderful complex with nice well maintained ground 2 pools and multiple BBQ’s to use. The location is excellent within walking distance to the Shops at Wailea and a very short drive to a variety of great beaches. Unit 145 faced the 1st green on the Wailea blue course so the unit was very quiet. It faced a he sun sets so every evening was nice. The unit was very clean and spacious for a 1 bedroom. The kitchen was roomy and renovated. Bed was a king size and comfortable. Overall a great experience. Thank you for sharing your condo with us

We very much enjoyed this condo. It’s our second time staying here. Good views looking over the first Tee of the Wailea Blue golf course. It’s a short walk to the Shoos at Wailea and the walkway along the ocean by all the Wailea resorts. <br/><br/>The condo is smartly decorated with a well stocked kitchen. For us it definitely make the vacation experience feel tropical, relaxing and pleasurable. <br/><br/>The only issue we had on our second visit is that the over/under clothes washer/dryer failed during our visit. The property management company sent their maintenance team to repair the machine but we’re unable during our visit. And as there’s a shortage of appliances on the island replacement during our visit was not possible either. So we went without. It was a little bit of a hassle. In return CBIP vacations refunded the equivalent of one day. Which satisfied us. <br/><br/>I will stay there again in the future. It’s so nice that it makes leaving Maui very difficult.

The spot is perfect for privacy yet you have a Birdseye view of your surroundings. Lush and green with a variety of birds like egrets walk on the golf course. When you want civilization it’s only a few blocks away to the restaurants and shops as well as the ocean. Fantastic location.

We enjoy the Grand Champions Villas and this particular home was really nice. The location on the golf course includes a nice view of one of the holes, a small slice of the ocean, and Wailea Shopping. Sunsets are beautiful from this location. It’s also away from the entrance of the complex so it’s especially quiet. The space is nicely appointed and they have all of the beach amenities needed. With the exception of a very noisy air conditioner in the bedroom - it was perfect!

The condo was clean, decorated beautifully, and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that both of the shower heads was spraying water all over the place. It certainly should be replaced. Also, need to consider putting grab bars in the showers to prevent slipping.

Spacious, clean, well equipped, lovely views of sunset over the green golf course; I would not hesitate to recommend this agency who provided excellent customer service as well. My friend and I enjoyed Fred's Mexican Cafe, Ali'i Nui cruises, driving to the crater, Lahaina and past Makena to see the lava fields, the Saturday market at Kahului, Henry Kapono's free concert at Shops at Wailea, different beaches, snorkelling with turtles, to mention just a few wonderful experiences we had. Maui no ka oi.<br/><br/>

My wife and I stayed in unit 145 for just over 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays. We loved the unit, it was convenient to walk to the Shops at Wailea and the Wailea beach boardwalk. <br/>The unit is well appointed, the kitchen fully equipped and the unit was well maintained. <br/>We expected a little more than 1 box of laundry soap that only did 1 load but condos on the property really vary. Some leave staples in the kitchen for others to use, while some are completely cleaned out. The spices were a big plus so buying some laundry soap and toilet paper during our stay was not a huge issue for us. Just keep in mind you are provided the basics to start your stay but you will need to purchase some additional supplies.<br/>Overall I would recommend the unit for a couple as it was very comfortable for my wife and I. There certainly was room for 2 on the pull out couch so keep that in mind if you have small children. Extra sheets, towels and pillows were provided.<br/>We loved our stay and hope to be able to return in the future.

Our first time on Maui couldn't have been better in regard to the accommodations. Located on the golf course just a few minutes from all the wailea beaches. The bed is very comfortable and everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. There are plenty of beach supplies but I would suggest you bring your own goggles as the ones there are pretty old. Would totally stay there again!

We have stayed at the Grand Champion many times, but this was our first stay at Unit 145. The location was very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai. The unit was fairly clean. I would suggest new towels in the bathrooms and a colander in the kitchen. Overall this was a plus in our vacation book.

We recently stayed in this unit and were very happy with our experience. The unit is very clean and updated. It had everything we needed for our vacation including chairs, umbrella and towels for the beach. We love the Wailea location and are so happy to have found something in our price range. We called the Management regarding late check out and they were very nice and accomodating, for far less than the local hotels would charge! We would definitely stay her again.

Very clean and well stocked for your cooking and Beach needs. <br/>A very well kept property overall. <br/>Lots of pots and good quality fry pans and knives as well as cutlery. Kitchen appliances next to new. And this owner includes a basic starter kit in case your in late and haven’t been able to pick up supplies. <br/>A 12 cup coffee maker so be sure to buy ground coffee not k cups. Maui had some of the greatest flavoured coffees to choose from available at Shops of Wailea just steps away. <br/>Concerns,Being on the ground floor be prepared for a lot of noise from condo above. Wood structure so noises travel. And I believe a 2 or 3 bedroom above. <br/>This condo has window AC’s the one in the bedroom is on its last legs and we were not able to run while trying to sleep. <br/><br/>If your a griller, be prepared to haul all you stuff up hill about 150m to pool. Condo only has BBQ’s at pool area which has little area to eat so you’ll have to haul it all back down. <br/>Condo parking is about 40-50m away and nearest guest parking also about 100m away.
