This modern unit in the Wailea Grand Champions Villas comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home, including dinnerware, cookware, utensils, and small appliances for meals cooked at home. Seating for 6 at the dining table along with 3 seats at the breakfast bar offer more than enough room for meals as well as game nights.

Both bedrooms are en suites with full-sized bathrooms and have ceiling fans, sitting chairs, and AC in each sleep. The primary bedroom is quite spacious with views of the golf fairway and ocean. Primary bathroom has a huge double sink vanity and massive tiled spa-style walk-in shower. Guest bedroom has its own bath with tub/shower combo.

Living room offers plenty of cozy seating as well as additional sleep space via the pull-out sleeper sofa. Large Smart TV to help you keep up with your favorite shows while on vacation or just enjoy movie nights while unwinding from your day of island adventures.

Amenities include 2 heated pools, Jacuzzi, BBQ areas, and onsite security. This central Wailea location makes it favorable as you are just moments from the World Famous Wailea Tennis Club as well as dining and shopping at the Shops at Wailea. Less than a mile away, you'll find some of the world's best beaches; Ulua, Wailea, and Keawakapu along with five of the most prestigious hotels in Wailea where you will find numerous additional dining and shopping options. Other famed Wailea golf courses are within a 5-minute drive!

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Notice: Grand Champions has scheduled for the sloped roof of each building to be replaced. Estimated completion date is December 2024. Beautiful upgrades! Love the ocean decor and plush carpeting. Felt like we were the first guests to stay there. We wanted to be close to the Wailea Tennis Club for a pickleball tournament and it was just a short walk. Coming back with tired legs we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely look into this next time!

Overall, we had a great time on Maui. The unit was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. The golf course was a nice backdrop when we enjoyed breakfast on the lanai. I would recommend that a map of the unit's location and the parking space should be sent as part of the email with information about checking in. We arrived after dark and had a difficult time figuring out where our unit was and where to park. We actually had to stop in the middle of the parking lot so that we could walk around and check the stall numbers in the dark. It would also be great if the location of the pools were given, especially the one for kids. We walked around and it and was about to go to one pool but it was only when another guest mentioned that there was another pool for kids. We wandered around not knowing where it was. Other than that, it was a nice experience overall.

It was a lovely vacation as we stayed in the same unit last year so we knew what to expect. Beautiful view & lovely unit. A few minor things we had to have corrected. We got immediate assistance. Great customer service. Hope to return to the same unit in the near future

We were very happy with our stay at Grand Champions 166. Very comfortable and roomy bedrooms, well stocked kitchen, comfortable living and dining rooms. The view from the deck of the ocean is perfect and was a lovely place to eat dinner and watch the sunset.

The room was very clean. I was able to spend a relaxing time with my family. As for improvements, the weak water flow in the shower and the weak ventilation fan in the bathroom need to be fixed.

Great rental apartment! Fully stocked with pretty much everything you need. Location is great, just a quick drive to the beach and 2 pools on site. CB vacations was a breeze to deal with, they were always very prompt in responding to emails and everything went off without a hitch. Would definitely rent again!
