Escape to paradise in this tropical retreat at the Ho'olei Villas and enjoy the ultimate in relaxation and sophistication. Your villa is located a short level walk to the gorgeous Ho'olei Pool and right across from Wailea Beach and adjacent resort. This villa is the perfect location for easy pool days and walks to the beach. Talk about convenience!

The living room seamlessly flows outdoors onto the spacious covered lanai through stackable sliding glass doors. Enjoy outdoor seating, a large outdoor gas grill, and mini fridge. Enjoy a partial view of the Pacific Ocean and the island of Lanai from your private balcony. The top floor includes a beautifully designed living room that features an open, airy, and bright floor plan that flows into the gourmet kitchen. The Chef's kitchen features a gas stove top, top of the line appliances, a large refrigerator with multiple freezer drawers, and is fully stocked with cookware, plateware, and glassware. Easily transport your groceries and luggage upstairs with your own personal elevator located in your unit!

The primary Bedroom is located on the lower level and features a King Bed, a large ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks, and a walk-in closet! Enjoy your own private ground floor outdoor lanai with lounge chairs. The second primary Bedroom is also located downstairs with a King Bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The top floor features a guest bedroom with a King Bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The main living area also has a half bath making it easy to entertain guests and family!

Additional amenities in the unit include full central AC, a private elevator within the villa, a full-sized washer and dryer, a private garage, covered carport, beach chairs, and beach towels to use at the beach or at the property pool!

Ho'olei property features a stunning pool with a waterfall, sandy beach area for children, and 2 jacuzzis to enjoy. Feel free to take the beach towels provided in your unit down to the pool to use! There is also a fitness center to use next to the pool area, and a covered kitchen pavilion. Poolside massages also available! This is a gated community with 24-hour security available.

Beach access is located directly across the street through the adjacent resort. You are able to dine at any of the resort's restaurants, as well as set up spa appointments at nearby properties, but please note that pool access at the adjacent resort is not included with your reservation at this Ho'olei villa.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Our trip to Maui was made perfect by this spectacular property and the excellent service by the management . Everything far exceeded our expectations, we are already planning our return trip. The property was exactly what our family of 8 needed. Close proximity to pool, beach, restaurants, and shopping made each day relaxing. The condo was stunning and had all amenities we needed.

Everything was perfect! Check in was smooth. This is a high-end home. It was large, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. It was a short walk to the beach, and the beautiful pool area was even closer. It far exceeded our expectations.

This was our second stay at Ho'olei 12-4. The unit is gorgeous and spacious. It is convenient to the resort entrance, fitness center and pool. All communications were easy, no hiccups whatsoever. Would definitely return!

Amazing location and villa. We had 6 adults which was great with the bedrooms and bathrooms. We hung out on the lanai most kid the time. The managing company did not disappoint. Very attentive and had everything ready for us with nice touches like card and flowers and local items. I will book here again. The location and venue were amazing. Great family memories.

Overall we had a wonderful experience in this condo. It was spotless, well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The two minor issues we experienced with card keys and parking were quickly remedied by the property managers. Location provides quick access to the Grand Wailea resort and the beach but be aware it is also across from the service area of the resort which operates heavy equipment and is located on a busy roadway. Weekends are much quieter.

Perfect home for the 6 of us (multi-generational)just wished we had booked a longer stay. Property is located on the lower street/tier so you do get road noise on the balcony & lanai. However, walking distance to the pool & gym was a great trade off. We will be back.

Beautiful rental property. We had a an amazing time at Ho’olei. Large condo, great pool and close to all the amenities. The property manager, Alison, was phenomenal to work with and we would would book again just because of her. She made our family feel so welcome and went above and beyond to get us everything we needed.

Check in was incredibly easy. Unit was very well maintained and very clean. There is road noise but the with doors closed was not an issue at all. Plus the unit is located closer to the pool, beach and walk to get coffee in the morning. Worth it. Staff super responsive. We had a broken salad spinner and it was replaced in less than one day. Very impressed - felt like home.

Very clean and worked well for our group (3 couples). Came with beach chairs and umbrellas, which is great for walking to across the street. Easy to get in and out of the resort. The resort pool and hot tubs were great.<br/>Host was easy to get a hold of through text and phone.<br/>Kitchen came well stocked with coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, toaster, etc.

The Condp kitchen was super well equipped! The suites is quite large and accommodated our family well. The Check-In and Check- Out was effortless.

The condo was amazing. Close to the pool, probably one of the closest buildings to the pool. We really like the private bbq. The place was busy but quiet you felt like no one was there. Our only complaint was the floors were dirty day one, they looked clean but your feet turned black in one walk around the kitchen. We also would have loved a broom to sweep up after ourselves (a week is a long time with out cleaning floors). I also tried to use the vacuum we found in a closet but it didn’t seem to work on carpet or tile. Might explain why the floors were dirty if that’s what the cleaning crew has too. But since our only complaint wasn’t being able to clean I think it was pretty great.
