All-new furnishings and decor have been thoughtfully curated from Maui's foremost home and lifestyle boutique, Hue Home + Design. Each piece has been meticulously chosen and expertly placed by one of the owner/designers of this esteemed local design studio.

Situated on the furthest South edge of the property, Building 17 stands alone, providing unparalleled Pacific Ocean and neighbor island views, including captivating sunsets that grace the skies nightly. Keep an eye out for the magical spectacle of Humpback Whales breaching during the winter months.

This 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome has been lavishly appointed with no expense spared. From the refreshed tile flooring to the exquisite new stone counters, all the way to the updated appliances and systems, this villa is sure to leave a lasting impression on all who have the privilege to stay here, beckoning them to return year after year.

The Primary Bedroom, located on the lower level, features a King Bed, a spacious en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanity sinks, and an expansive closet. Step out onto your private ocean-view lanai with comfortable lounge chairs just off the primary room. The second bedroom is also downstairs, offering two queen beds and a full en suite bathroom. The top floor boasts a guest bedroom with a King-sized bed and a private en suite bathroom.

The main living area indulges you with all expected luxuries, including a large Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a grand breakfast bar island, and a convenient half bath for guests. This two-story home also includes central air conditioning throughout, a full-sized washer and dryer, a private garage, and provides beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels for your use during your stay. Please note that there is no elevator available for guest use in this home, so be prepared for stairs.

The grounds at Ho'olei feature a stunning pool with a cascading waterfall, a grotto, a sandy beach area suitable for children, and two Jacuzzis for your relaxation. Adjacent to the expansive pool deck is a fitness center and a covered kitchen pavilion. Poolside massages are also available. This is a gated community with 24-hour security.

Beach access is conveniently located directly across the street through the adjacent resort. You are welcome to dine at any of the resort's restaurants and book spa appointments. However, please note that access to the pools at the adjacent resorts is not included with your reservation at this Ho'olei villa. Additional shopping and dining options are just moments away at the renowned Shops at Wailea. Top golf courses and tennis clubs are also less than a mile away.

While we make every effort to ensure that all photos are up to date, there may be new and updated furniture or decor that differs from the original pictures. Nevertheless, the functionality, available seating, and sleeping arrangements will remain the same or may have even improved.

We loved everything about this property! Very spacious and very clean. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with any kitchen utensil that we could want. The management company was very easy to work with. The pool was every bit as good as any resort pool, and the grounds very nicely kept. We would definitely recommend!

This home was everything we had hoped for and more. The pictures show the house exactly how it is. If I needed anything guest services responded quickly. The home is spacious, clean and very modern. We had everything we needed and more! The view from the lanai was fabulous. The pool was so pretty and relaxing. I would highly recommend this facility. We were so thankful for the opportunity to stay there.

This condo is more than expected! Absolutely Beautiful! First class decor and so clean. Made us a little nervous with the kids. The doors that open to the patio was really nice. Only had a little bird come in once to explore. Although we didn't use the beach because we were all little sunburnt from the beginning of our trip we enjoyed walking down to it. The management was very receptive and available whenever we needed anything. Would definitely recommend for couples looking to relax. Not sure it's for small kids though only because of the stairs and decor.

Been to wailea many times stayed in various hotels and STVRs. Expected a lot and received it with this Hoolei property. Spotless clean condition. Multiple provided beach chairs and umbrellas a big bonus. Interior decor is a four seasons vibe.

The condo is absolutely gorgeous and completely well-stocked. The decor is beautiful and the wrap around sliding glass doors make it seem like you’re living outside. Views are wonderful. The Ho’Olei pool is great. And finally the staff from CBIP vacations, especially Felicity, were wonderful and very responsive.

Our family thoroughly our stay at Ho’olei. The location of this unit was perfect in upscale Wailea for walking to the beach, shops, pool & gym but thankfully up high enough for a gorgeous view, stunning sunsets and far from the road so was very quiet. 17-1 was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings, very comfortable mattresses and linens. It has central air with zones so that we could have the pocket doors wide open and lots of ceiling fans kept things cool on hot days.<br/>The kitchen and bathrooms were very well equipped and we were so glad to find beach chairs, umbrellas and lots of big beach towels. There were even sand toys.<br/>We especially loved the large open living/dining/kitchen area that opened up to the large lanai with comfortable seating, dining, BBQ & fridge.<br/>All the furniture was very comfortable with various roomy spaces to relax for the whole family. The large swimming pool/2 hot tubs/sauna complex was never busy and we never had any trouble finding 6 lounge chairs together for our group.<br/>Every bedroom had an ensuite and there was also a powder room. Note that it is a 2 level home so there are stairs but we enjoyed that it was an end unit with lots of windows.<br/>Felicity was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly to answer any questions we had. We appreciated amenities provided and our welcome basket!<br/>We hope to be back and would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed 10 days in April. The property was beautiful and very well appointed. The appliances and fixtures were very upscale. Our view of the ocean was breathtaking. This is not an ocean front property but the views are beautiful. We spent most of our time on the Lanai. Having 3 bedrooms allowed us to have plenty of room. We did have a problem with the air conditioner but CBIP was very gracious in working with us. Matthew with guest services went above and beyond to help.

PROS<br/>View 8/10 (sunsets would be excellent during summer months, during winter it goes down to the side of the building)<br/>Size - very spacious and well laid out<br/>Nice lanai - outdoor space <br/>Plenty of linens<br/>Complex is well maintained and landscaping is well done<br/>Garage<br/>Cooler and beach chairs provided<br/>Well stocked kitchen<br/>Seems to have been recently painted or at least touched up.<br/>Good value for the nightly price we found. $695/night. $850/night with taxes and fees<br/>Close to a ton of good stuff - Makena State Park, The Grand, all Kehei has to offer in shops and dining (Maui Gellato, Piko Cafe and more).<br/><br/>CONS<br/>Details missed - no soap in the soap dispenser, missing or out lightbulbs.<br/>Broken stove and water dispenser. One of the TVs is on its last days.<br/>Finishings and some appliances need updating. For a complex of this caliber I expected things to be in better repair. <br/>Elevator - advertise that they have one (one of the reasons we booked with my 86 year old father in tow). Then they send you a whole bunch of disclaimers that if you touch the wrong button or don’t close the door completely you will break it and be completely responsible. Then the management company informs you that they are turning it off regardless. So don’t book if you expect to be able to use this feature. <br/>

This property is so welcoming to our guest and we are so happy that you enjoyed a lot of items this property has to offer here on Maui. We are so sorry that you had issues with the soap dispensers and light bulbs. These should have been caught by our Housekeeping team and if we were made aware of these items, we would have gotten those resolved in a timely manner. We apologize for not catching these items but we have been closed for 9 months and trying to get up to speed with our arriving guest here on Maui. In regards to the elevator. We do have them at each of our units at Ho'olei but we do have them turned off. When our team contacts you prior to your visit, we are supposed to be asking if you would like the elevator to be operational or not, then we can make sure it is turned on and ready to use in the unit. We look forward to booking your next vacation here with us in the very near future!

We rented Ho’olei 17-1 for our family of 5. The condo was more spacious than the pictures show, we had plenty of space. The bathrooms and closets are huge. Sometimes in Hawaiian rental units, air conditioning is an issue, but not here. The units kept up with our cooling needs. Check-in was very quick and we even locked our keycards in the unit and the management company helped us in within minutes. Amenities provided like shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, dish detergent, trash bags, etc are very helpful. They even left an assortment of Hawaiian treats upon arrival. Two small suggestions would be: leave water in the refrigerator for guests upon arrival, and the coffee left seemed old or burnt so we replaced with local coffee the next day. Ho’olei has a great pool we used every day, within 5 minutes walk from our unit. We also walked to the beach, about a 10 minute walk. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family had just a phenomenal experience from the professional crew at CBIP, to the ease of communications with the staff, to the beautiful location and space at Ho'olei. Ease of logistics to everything around Wailea was key with everyone wanting to do their thing. Great 5 min walk to the beaches and the 17-1 was top notch with an awesome view to top it all off. We will be back for sure . Mahalo!

This Wailea condo was well-appointed with an incredible ocean view. The condo community was well-maintained and had a good level of security to keep out unwanted visitors. The pool and fitness center were top notch, and the onsite staff was very nice. CBIP was very helpful at informing us prior to and during our vacation.
