The Tradewinds Market is conveniently located down the street, where you can pick up essentials to grill on the BBQ steps away, and then enjoy al fresco dining for four on your private lanai. Feel the refreshing Maui breezes and take in the scents of the Hawaiian foliage throughout the manicured property. Keep an eye out for playful dolphins and sea turtles year-round and watch for Humpback Whales when in season.

As you enter this thoughtfully designed and newly renovated ground floor condo, be amazed by views of the Pacific Ocean just yards away from your living room. This 1 bed, 1 bath unit has a new Queen sleeper sofa to comfortably seat up to 4, ceiling fans throughout, a flat-screen cable TV, and high-speed Internet and WIFI - all offered complimentary. There's a brand new AC unit in the living room for those few days when the Tradewinds are more calm.

The fully equipped kitchen features high-end stainless steel Miele appliances and granite counters, well stocked for the home chef to cook up their favorite meals. You can dine at the table for 4 inside or enjoy al fresco dining on the lanai with sunset views. The cozy bedroom offers a California King bed. There's no AC in the bedroom, but louvered window slats allow Ma'alaea's notorious winds to naturally cool the room. The bathroom is conveniently located off the hallway with a gorgeous tile remodel and updated vanity, as well as a rainfall shower/tub. To make your stay even easier, there is a full-sized washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, and free parking.

The complex features an oceanfront pool and the only hot tub in Ma'alaea! There is gated beach access or you can take a short five-minute walk South to Haycraft Park, where you can walk for five miles across white sandy Sugar Beach. If you are lucky to visit during a strong South swell, you will be able to watch surfers flocking to the World Famous Ma'alaea Pipeline! You can grab a chair and head down to the beach to take it all in or enjoy it from the comfort of your private lanai.

Ma'alaea Banyans is located in the heart of Maui near Ma'alaea Harbor and is the perfect starting point for exploring the island. Centrally located on Maalaea Bay, from this complex, you can quickly be in Lahaina, Kahului, or Kihei. It's also a great location to enjoy a peaceful evening watching the picturesque sunsets while taking in nature's splendid panorama. From your condo, you can walk to the Ma'alaea Bay shops, restaurants, and the Maui Ocean Center Aquarium. The harbor is close by to enjoy early morning snorkel adventures or lovely cocktail cruises. Also just moments away, find the Maui Golf & Sports Park with mini golf, bumper boats, X-treme trampoline, and rock climbing. The King Kamehameha Golf Resort is a short drive away, along with the Maui Tropical Plantation and the famed Millhouse Restaurant.

I stayed here for 30 days. The grounds were well kept and it was so nice to hear the waves direct from the patio! The bedroom is really hot, so be prepared. The washer also was out of use my entire 30 day stay which was a huge bummer. However, I was offered 24 laundry service.

We loved this condo and the CBIP team! The condo is as pictured. It is oceanfront but no beach. A beautiful beach is only a few blocks down- very walkable. <br/>The condo is exactly what we were looking for- central location to both Kihei and Lahaina, quiet and beautiful grounds, with a pool and hot tub.<br/>CBIP was extremely responsive at all times. Thank you!

We are extremely satisfied with our stay at this condo! Loved being on the first floor and being able to walk right out into the beautiful back yard and to the water. I woke up every morning to catch the sunrise! The condo has all the amenities you need. It was clean! The courtesy welcome call from a staff member after we checked in was a nice touch. We loved the location. Being in between Lahaina and Keihe was great! We will definitely be returning guests! Mahalo!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The garden had lovely views and we even got to see some turtles. The home was very nicely renovated and furnished with very good appliances and the kitchen was stocked with basics which helped a lot. The bathroom was very nice too. <br/>I even managed to have an easter egg hunt for my daughter in the yard which was amazing. <br/>The property management company was very nice too and left all the necessary information and some treats for us and they even called us on the second day to check if we needed any additional info. Great Home - Great service.

Overall, our experience was very enjoyable. Relaxing, quiet, not overcrowded. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. Welcoming coffee and chocolates was a nice surprise. Loved having washer and dryer in the unit. I suggest better lighting, condo lighting is very dim even with all lights turned on. Take multi-plug charger as outlets are scarce. Management needs to install blind/curtain over the air conditioner.
