Take in the charm of this condo. Open and inviting living area offers the perfect setting to relax after a fun-filled day on Maui. With a convertible queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping, TV, ceiling fan, and split AC.

Dine in! This well-equipped kitchen offers every convenience. Whip up a quick bite or a full meal. Dining area with seating for four. The guest bath is conveniently located off the living room with a shower.

Drift off for the perfect night's rest in this primary suite! With a king-size bed, ceiling fan, split AC, and a quaint outdoor space. The en suite bath has a tub/shower combo and a large vanity area.

Full-size washer/dryer are an added plus and allow for lighter packing.

Kamaole Beach III is across the street from Maui Kamaole. This property features lush landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole beaches are famous for their sandy shoreline and clear waters perfect for snorkeling. Enjoy whale watching during the season, December - April. You are also minutes to shopping, restaurants, and golf courses.

Nice complex, but a bit musty with uncomfortable bed

Overall, we enjoyed our stay - our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the location was convenient to get to multiple areas (although I was expecting it to be close walking distance to the beach and shops - I would not consider it close; we ended up driving). The management company was responsive and helpful, and easily facilitated a slightly early check in time. For being a 1 bed/2 bath, the unit was actually relatively large and roomy. However, the bedroom smelled strongly of mildew, and the pullout bed in the living room was very uncomfortable.

Very good experience. Quiet, clean unit. We appreciated knowing the unit had been sanitized. The kitchen was well equipped although the knives in the knife block were in need of sharpening.

Unit was nice, passable but not adjacent access to pool, Nice appliances, room. I've rented in this complexe 3 times over the yrs and it's the best complex in South Kihei.

Overall, a nice condo very large, nice outside patio. A few things that need to be addressed - Toilet in master bedroom was loose, TVs were more like Computer monitors so small for such a big space, cable was very limited. The foot noise from the upstairs condo was really loud.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay here! It was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Across the street from a beach perfect to swim in (not too many big waves), half an hour from the airport, and tons of shopping right down the road, within a 5 minute drive.
