Stunning views from this charming beach front cottage! My Waii, is the perfect paradise getaway! This one bedroom, two bath home fronts a sandy beach and offers gorgeous sunset views. Conveniently all one level, this home is perfect for families of four or couples.

Enter your requested dates on the calendar and your total cost breakdown will appear. Rates vary depending on travel dates.

As you enter you are drawn to the amazing ocean views and expansive lawn. The sandy beach front is perfect for sunning, snorkeling, swimming, and surfing. There is a large lanai with dining table for four, lounge chairs, gas grill, and outdoor speakers for your listening enjoyment and a place to enjoy the incredible sunsets.

The kitchen has Corian counters, bamboo cabinets, and stainless steel appliances! Fully equipped with everything the home chef would need.

The living area offers flat screen TV, built-in speakers so you can listen to your favorite music, ceiling fans and of course the magnificent view! There is a queen murphy bed for additional sleeping.

The guest bath is conveniently located just off the living area with a large walk-in shower.

Drift off to sleep to the sound of the waves in this nicely appointed primary bedroom with California king bed, flat screen TV, and ceiling fan. The primary bath has been beautifully designed with a shower. Portable AC unit is available in the primary bedroom.

There is a full-size washer and dryer, along with an outside clothesline for drying beach towels or swimsuits.

Everything you will need to enjoy a day at the beach is all here from beach chairs, beach mats, beach towels, and an assortment of beach toys.

During season (December - April) watch the majestic Humpback whales right from the lanai.

Starbucks, neighborhood grocery store, restaurants, and farmers markets are all within minutes. Just a short drive is The Shops at Wailea offering upscale shopping and dining. Golf and tennis are also close by.

Parking is on the street.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this beach cottage! It truly is a gem and Kihei. All of the beds were comfortable. There were plenty sheets and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook at the cottage. There were beach chairs And towels, which made the short walk down to the beach easy and comfortable we loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach this property fronts the beach so be aware that the shoreline is public access and you will have people walking near the property to get down to the beach . We so enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again one day!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. It was cozy and the backyard with the beach was so nice. We even made some acquaintances on the beach! Was in the perfect central location of Kihei.

After postponing this exact trip for three years due to Covid, we were so glad that the My Waii turned out to be just what we hoped for. What an amazing location and such a lovely and comfortable little cottage. We walked to shopping and restaurants most nights. Nearby South Maui Gardens was a delight. Watching sunsets from the lanai with a glass of wine was our evening routine. All and all a fantastic choice for us. <br/>

It was like having our own private paradise!! The home was spacious and comfortable, and we slept so well every night with the sound of the waves lulling us to sleep. The best part of our stay was definitely the location. We could not have asked for a better spot - just a few steps from the beach, with stunning views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom. We spent most of our days lounging on the beach, soaking up the sun and swimming. We almost never left the house. Overall, we had an amazing time at this beach home rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Maui. This property's kitchen and bath have been nicely updated. The rest of the place needs a facelift in a big way. The location is fantastic, except that it should be noted that this is a public beach that is right next to a very busy public park/beach that includes a fair amount of homeless activity. You can walk along the beach right out your back door, which is amazing. The furniture is of poor quality and is dated. The bedding is subpar, the A/C unit is sloppily installed, there is PVC pipe laying around to block the windows and doors and a strongly worded note to always use the alarm system when away. The TV in the bedroom worked - the one in the living room (there are actually two - one in front of the other) looks sloppy and doesn't work. The chairs in the footlocker are rusty. The adjacent property (sharing the yard) is much nicer with a shade that comes down to block the afternoon sun which can be strong. The shades in this property are dated. For the money, I would have expected everything to be in top shape - and it is far from it. The kitchen and bath are both lovely - the rest of the place needs work.

Everything about our stay was perfect, communication was excellent from start to end. No pictures can do justice to the location of My Waii! The house was perfect, very clean and stocked with everything needed to enjoy Maui. We can’t wait to return!

About as good as it gets in south Maui for a private <br/>Home on the beach that is affordable. Kitchen well stocked with general items. <br/>Beach access is super convenient and private enough. <br/>Parking at door was a plus. <br/>Certainly would consider using this prop again. <br/>

We loved our vacation at My Waii, in fact we never even left the property for our entire stay. It's the perfect spot for a family with kids. The yard is spacious and there is beach access that's basically private. Highly recommend!

After two years of postponing we made it for our vacation. The house My Waii was perfect for our stay Perfect view of the ocean, mostly private and a perfect place to relax. Within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Cottage was clean and well equipped with everything you’d need. Management company was great and quick to respond.

The beach house is in a great location. Floorplan and landscaping were very nice.The beach is a small cove and there was wonderful snorkeling for me and my 9year old grandson. We saw sea turtles and colorful fish right at the beach on front of our beach house. The kitchen was very well equipped and WiFi was good. Outstanding to be right by the beach and walking distance to multiple restaurants and stores in Kihei. Cottage was perfect for the 4 ladies getaway. It was clean, beds were comfortable and CBIP was fantastic to work with. Most of our time was spent outside on the lanai and beach. Access to the beach and ocean is right outside the door. Swimming, paddle boarding, coffee and breakfast in morning and Happy Hour every night watching Whales and the most fabulous sunsets ever. Beach is not private but never crowded due to hidden location. Can’t wait to come back!

What a gem! The house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The most amazing sunsets we’ve ever seen. There is public access to the beach but it was mainly locals. We met wonderful locals with their adorable fur friends. We really liked the layout of this home and the bed is very comfortable. We had a paddle board delivered to us and it was awesome to to be steps from the beach. We are already planning our trip back and will definitely be staying here! We received a nice gift bag from Linda which we really appreciated! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

This is an amazing little oasis!! The pictures are quite accurate with the gorgeous views and amazing sunsets. There is a quaint beach within steps from the cottage with turtles and good snorkeling! Just a short walk is another fabulous beach which is close enough to walk to and snorkel back to the cottage. The bed was very comfy and the A/C defiantly needed in the bedroom for a comfy night's rest. We had a bit of trouble with it on our first night and the next morning, a Sunday!, they were right out with a replacement unit for us! Within walking distance to many restaurants. We will defiantly stay here when coming back to Maui!

Phenomenal beach experience to be right by the beach though close to multiple restaurants and stores in Kihei. House was great for the 4 of us (kids slept on bed in living room). Saw sea turtles on the beach in the morning, watched whales and surfers during the day. Sunsets were perfect. Only caveat the pictures don’t show very well is the beach isn’t exactly private. Guests from other houses/condos in the area frequently were walking around the bushes in back to go to the beach. Still highly recommended. We’d love to come back if its not booked.

Best View In Maui

Wow, what a great experience!! Sea Turtles and sunsets every day. This is one of the best views in all of Maui. We came for our honeymoon and couldn't have picked a better place to be. We loved spending time on the Lanai and the perfectly manicured lawn. At the end of the yard is your own private entrance to this awesome, quiet beach. From My-Waii we were able to easily travel the whole Island and adventure to every corner of Maui. I can't say enough about CB Island and the owner (Linda). They helped us navigate difficult travel restrictions and were there at every phone call. They were generous and because of their flexibility, we were able to have fantastic honeymoon. We even had Champagne and treats waiting for us at the Cottage when we arrived!! CB Island &amp; Linda....we can't thank you enough for all you did!! First class service. We will be back soon.

This place!!! Special in somany ways. The panoramic views from the lanai and yard are truly unbelievable. Huge, private yard that feels like a resort including our own semi private beach right outside our back door. Sea Turtles and sunsets every day. The location is located close to everything we needed and we were able to travel to the whole island conveniently from here. We were here for our honeymoon and traveling during Covid presented many challenges leading up to our trip. CB Island's team and the owner Linda were so gracious, flexible and accommodating for us. If not for their care and consideration we would not have been able to experience Maui in such an incredible way. Also, thank you for the champagne and treats when we arrived!! My Waii is a phenomenal place to stay. It is right on the ocean with a small beach just steps away. The kitchen is fully equipped and we at outside everyday. We often grilled out as well. Communication with the owner, CB Island vacation staff, and the housekeeper was easy and everyone was so welcoming and pleasant. We are so happy with our stay that we are already looking at booking again next year. We have found our happy place!

What a gem! The house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The most amazing sunsets we’ve ever seen. There is public access to the beach but it was mainly locals. We met wonderful locals with their adorable fur friends. We really liked the layout of this home and the bed is very comfortable. We had a paddle board delivered to us and it was awesome to to be steps from the beach. We are already planning our trip back and will definitely be staying here! We received a nice gift bag from Linda which we really appreciated! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
