Relax on your own private lanai. Feel the wonderful trade winds and take in the island scents from the beautiful Plumeria trees and Hawaiian foliage. The lanai furnishings coupled with lush garden views make it the ideal setting for al fresco dining, morning coffee as well as afternoon cocktails and pupus (appetizers).

This roomy two-bedroom/two-bath unit comes fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home. Enjoy the fabulous modern decor in this tastefully remodeled condo. Updates include waterproof vinyl flooring, Caesarstone countertops with a waterfall edge, new cabinets, new appliances, new AC, and new beachy furnishings throughout. Seating for 4 at the stone bar top as well as space for 2 on the lanai.

The living space offers a large Smart TV and added sleep space on the sofa sleeper. Both bedrooms feature Queen beds, and both have TVs for those who like to drift off to sleep while watching their shows. The primary bedroom has an en suite full bathroom with a soaking tub with a shower. The guest bathroom has a walk-in tiled shower with glass doors.

A/C in the living room and ceiling fans throughout every room add to your comfort. Please note there is no AC in the bedrooms, but you do get a nice breeze through the screened windows from the Maui trade winds.

The unit is supplied with a full-sized washer/dryer as well as beach chairs and beach towels for use during your stay, and this condo has easy access to the pool. #B203 is a thoughtfully designed unit and is perfect for small families and couples traveling together who are looking to make their own island memories.

Pacific Shores offers a large, heated pool, a relaxing hot tub, and gas grills for your enjoyment.

Find fruit trees on the property seasonally ripe for the picking, including mango, banana, lilikoi, starfruit, and calamansi.

Located in the heart of South Kihei, Pacific Shores is central to the best activities South Maui is known for. Just a quick stroll to nearby shopping, popular restaurants, and world-famous beaches. Take advantage of some of the best snorkeling, learn to surf, or enjoy the wide variety of premier golf courses the island has to offer. Directly across the street from the local favorite Charley Young Beach. You'll have everything Maui is known for just a moment away.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

The Pacific Shores Association has informed us that unfortunately, they will be closing their pool for emergency renovations starting July 8, 2024. The build will take about 12 weeks and they are hoping to get the pool reopened by the first week of October.

The vacation rental was very nice and updated. Good location across the street from the beach, probably a three or four minute walk. It was disappointing that the pool was under construction but they compensated us for that. We understood that you have to fix the pool sometime.

The condo was nicely remodeled and had everything you need for the beach. Chairs, cooler, towels and snorkels. It was an easy walk across the street to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and even surf lessons. Kihei has more of a local feel than the big resort areas but was very easy to get around and travel the whole island. The management group was quick to respond too and we even did a late check out for a small fee, which was awesome for our red eye home. We would visit again.

This condo is a great location and a good value. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach at Kam 1 every day. So great to not have to deal with parking at the beach.

This vacation rental was a great experience! The condo, grounds, parking lot, & pool area is incredible. There were a few hiccups but the company took care of everything immediately. This place is within walking distance of the best beach in Kihea. Its also within walking distance of all the great restaurants as well. I would highly recommend!

If you are looking for a perfect condo to stay at in Maui, look no further. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo was perfect for our family. This place was perfect for 2 adults and 1 3 year old. Everything was well planned out, and had everything we needed. The staff was outstanding responding to us. When we arrived, our code did not work, but the staff had it reset and everything working within a minute. Yes, less than a minute I’m the issue was resolved. I can’t say enough about the response time. Littlest, less than a minute.
