Royal Kahana 1207 located on the top floor with amazing ocean views! This 1 bedroom/1 bath has been fully updated and offers a gorgeous Maui retreat.

As you enter you are immediately drawn to the floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that open to your private lanai. Take in the mesmerizing views of Molokai and the enchanting Maui waters. Catch a whale breaching during season (December - Mid April). Dine al fresco to a magical sunset or sip your morning coffee to the soothing sounds of the waves lapping.

The living area is open and inviting and has been beautifully decorated bringing the feel of the island throughout. A large sectional that converts to a queen sleeper is the perfect spot to curl up and relax after a full day of exploring the island. There is a flat-screen TV and central AC to keep cool.

Dine in! The kitchen is equipped with everything the home chef would need to whip up a quick bite or a full meal. Beautiful dining space with seating for four. Full-size washer/dryer allows for lighter packing.

Drift off for the perfect night's rest! The primary bedroom features a king bed, a large closet, and access to the lanai. The bath offers an exquisitely tiled shower and a separate vanity.

The Royal Kahana Resort offers beautifully landscaped grounds, a grand-sized pool area for guest use, upscale grill stations, and a fitness center on site. Bask in the sun at the pool or on the huge grass lawn, both with clear views of the Pacific. A large sandy beach is just yards away. An activities concierge is available in the lobby to help book your Maui adventures.

Situated between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, you are just moments from dining and shopping. Whaler’s Village in Ka'anapali, and at Kahana Gateway Shopping Center just up the street. Four of Maui’s 14 Championship golf courses are within a few miles, including Kapalua Plantation Course, which hosts the PGA Tour’s Sentry Tournament of Champions.

Effective January 1st, 2024, the AOAO will be charging a nightly parking fee of $18 per night, plus tax. Guests will pay this fee directly to the front desk when they pick up their parking passes on property.

*Notice* Royal Kahana Resort will be undergoing a multi-week spalling project starting January 4, 2024. The noise associated with the repairs is expected to last several weeks and is scheduled for five days per week, starting no earlier than 9:00 am and ending no later than 4:00 pm. We apologize for the noise and Mahalo for your understanding.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Great spot to set up as home base if you don’t want to be in the really busy areas. Amenities in the unit were great and furniture was comfortable. Great views from the 12th floor.

We loved our stay at this condo in Maui. The location was great and close to stores, restaurants and bars. The ocean front view from the balcony was beautiful! The condo was very clean and included all essential. we had no problems the entire time we were there. The security staff in the lobby were all very polite and pleasant. We would recommend this condo for all.

We had an incredible time in Maui. The rental was exactly as described. There are no words to adequately describe how awesome it was. Wonderful to hear the sound of the ocean day and night, see whales jumping and sea turtles swimming and all from the lanai/balcony!<br/>The location was excellent. Lahaina was a short 10 to 15 minutes drive. We easily traveled to the North side of the island and to the South side. <br/>Condo had everything we needed. Only sad part was leaving to come home.

The condo was very clean, easy to navigate, and comfortable. The bed was so cozy and I loved watching the ocean during breakfast and listening to the waves crash while relaxing in the evening. A great experience.

Our stay was incredible. <br/>So clean, so spacious and the air conditioning was amazing. <br/>The bed was fantastics, and we are picky. <br/>We saw turtles and a reef shark all from our patio! <br/>Cannot wait to stay again!

Our family had a wonderful vacation to Maui! We stayed at the Royal Kahana unit 1207. We loved the view from the lanai and being on the top floor. The unit had everything we needed. We knew that it was a one bedroom with a pullout for our family of 4 so we were not surprised that the space was a little tight at times. This was to be expected with our 2 adult children staying with us but was not a huge issue as the unit was very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. Everything was super clean and looked new. The Royal Kahana complex is older but the unit looked updated. We also liked having the 2 beach chairs and insulated soft cooler for our beach time. They even had ice packs for us to use in the freezer. This was the perfect home base for us as we explored the island. The pool and beach areas were great for our relaxation time. We also loved playing shuffleboard by the pool area. Although we did not use the grill, the grill area was nice and saw others grilling out. The grills were well maintained and clean. Our kids used the fitness center everyday which was so nice to have available on site which many condos do not have. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the parking and security there and never felt unsafe. We walked to many stores and restaurants and did jogs in the area. The staff at Coldwell Banker Island Vacations were very helpful from booking to checkout. They checked in with us before, during and after our stay. We highly recommend them!!! Would love to go back someday!!!

We had lovely stay! You simply cannot beat the view - it was breathtaking. Watching the ocean & sunset from the balcony was one of the highlights of our trip. The unit was extremely clean, stocked, beautifully decorated and well maintained. We had an issue with the AC but management was incredibly responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Bonus points that a great coffee shop was a two minute walk away.<br/>

The Perfect Condo for a Couple !

This was our first time to Maui and we were so fortunate to find this beautiful condo. The location in Kahana is so perfect because you are 5-7 minutes from Lahaina which is South of the Condo. Then going North you are 5 mins from Napali Beach. The condo was in great condition, very clean and the view on the 12th floor was epic. Sunsets every night from our Lanai and the windows offer a great breeze that cools the condo down so you don't need to turn on the air. We had a couple questions for the host and they literally got back to us in minutes. The only down fall is the is not really a beach in front of the Royal Kahana Building (that is where the condo is) but they do have a great pool area. You can walk though maybe 2 mins over to the Sands of Kahana and they have a beautiful beach there. We thought the condo was perfect for us and I truly hope we can come back soon. <br/>They do provide beach chairs & beach towels which was a nice amenitie.<br/>Highly recommend this condo.
