Remodeled and upgraded with granite countertops, new cabinets, and stainless appliances… Sugar Beach #113 is perfect for your tropical vacation. - Plan to enjoy direct, sandy, beachfront access from your private lanai. Perfectly situated for stunning views and amazing convenience. Beach access path is just a few feet away. Pool and recreation area are just beyond that and easy access to covered parking.

This home has central air conditioning for those warmer summer nights and maybe also those days that you might have gotten a bit too much sun. Find all you will need during your stay including Smart TV in the living room for movie nights, kitchen utensils and cookware for meals in, as well as beach chairs and beach towels for chill days enjoying the ocean. Sleeper sofa offers additional sleep space to accommodate up to 4 guests total.

Cal King bed with plush linens is roomy and cozy at the same time. A large sliding door can separate the bathroom from the sleeping area or open it and make it fully en suite. Washer and dryer in condo for use during your stay allows for lighter packing. All of this and the beach just outside your lanai door, #113 really is an exceptional choice when deciding where to stay during your Maui vacation!

Sugar Beach Resort is a great location to enjoy a peaceful evening watching the picturesque sunsets while taking in nature's splendid panoramic show. Find shopping and golf nearby then come home and relax at the beachfront swimming pool, wading pool, sundeck, putting green, and sauna. Luxuriate in the soothing hot tub while stargazing after dinner. Also, you can enjoy dinner at Sugar Beach Resort at the barbecue area that has dining tables with a full ocean view or at Dina's Deli and Bar just out front of the resort.

Centrally located, Sugar Beach Resort rests on Maalaea Bay, on the state’s longest stretch of uninterrupted shore. Sugar Beach, named for its fine white sand, is a six-mile-long beach excellent for swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, canoe paddling or for just relaxing and soaking up the sun. Gaze at the spectacular sunsets, watch for whales in winter months and swim with green sea turtles—the opportunities are limitless. World-class golf, five-star restaurants, exclusive island shops and the famous Kihei Farmers Market are minutes away.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

My husband and I were very happy with the unit and our stay at sugar beach resort 113. It was located on the ground floor and we could sit outside, drink coffee and relax just feet away from the ocean. The unit itself was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our trip for the week. The unit is remodeled and decorated very nicely. The condo complex is older but it is kept in very good condition and the management staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This unit is perfectly located in Kihei as well as in the complex. Literally steps away from the beach and ocean waves. Very comfortable. As with any unit or home, there is maintenance needed and with the unprecedented weather Maui has had the week before our stay, there were issues with the lanai door. But maintenance quickly came and got it in a manageable, working order for our stay. Owners were contacted and I understand on site after our departure for a complete repair as they didn't want to disturb our stay. It was completely fine! Do not consider this a negative as all units facing the ocean have to have some lanai door maintenance. The management company was very responsive to our questions and needs and wanted our experience to be great and addressed a couple questions and things going on. I would not hesitate to rent this unit again and am even looking at dates to return. Utensils and quality cookware and dishes are all there. You will need to bring your own spices, maybe plastic bags, but storage containers, garbage bags, some cleaning supplies, etc. are all there. I simply loved this little place and found it perfect for me and my husband. The view was incredible and the sunsets were right out the door. I loved it and can't wait to come back to this very spot and condo. The bed was as good as mine at home and I'm spoiled there. Bathroom well lit, wash machine and dryer worked well. Ladies - there was a Conair 1875 hair dryer there that was clean and worked just fine. It doesn't not have a cool setting on it so if that is an issue for you, bring your own. Worked fine for me. I truly can't wait to go back.

This unit was amazing. We arrived walking into an amazing ocean view, clean and updated unit, and peaceful Hawaiian music playing on the TV (loved that detail!). I had imagined how this would look after looking at the pictures 1000x anticipating our trip, but it was even better in person! The lanai with the lawn in front, direct access to the beach pathway was amazing. Condos are quiet and peaceful. Amazing views in both directions and miles of beach walking. Just amazing. We didn’t want to leave!

Outstanding view, located steps from the beach. Great location to drive from Kihei to Lahaina, Wailuku, or Kahului. Would definitely stay there again.

Resort was nicely managed and clean, grills worked great and were cleaned daily. Sugar Beach is much more quiet than Kaanapali. Sugar Beach Resort is a great place for families, just expect it to have a lot of kids and the active pool area until 10 pm.

The condo was great, clean, updated and comfortable. The only downside was the bed was very soft for me though Others might like it. And also the unit was sprayed for bugs one day when we were out and we only knew because there was a notice on the door when we returned. I would have like to have known ahead of time. The management company responded very quickly to our questions.

The location was amazing! We will definitely be going back to Sugar Beach Resort. There were a few issues with the condo snd since it was recently sold I know the new owners would like to make improvements.<br/>The TV needs to be replaced. The sound was muffled making it impossible to use the television. There needs to be more small spoons for eating. There was only one teaspoon; the rest were serving spoons. The knives were all dull. They need more washcloths. The toilet paper holder was broken and needs to be replaced. The chain in the toilet tank needs to be replaced. I hope this helps. The lounges on the lawn area need to be replaced.
