Incredible Location! Ground Floor, Garden View Penthouse at the Wailea Beach Villas, steps from the pool!

Beautifully appointed ground floor penthouse. This unit is located in the highly sought after Wailea Beach Villas and is mere steps from all of the amenities the Villas have to offer. The lush tropical setting, open floor plan, and lanai make this the perfect Maui retreat.

The kitchen is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring two refrigerators, granite countertops, and beautiful mahogany cabinets. The dining area has seating for six people with additional bar stool seating making it the perfect setup for entertaining friends and family. Wonderful glass sliders lead you from the dining area and living room to the beautiful lanai that is perfect for al fresco dining.

The primary bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bath with a double vanity, deep soaking tub, marble shower, private bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet. The second primary bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a king-size bed. A semi-private bathroom sits adjacent with a combination shower/tub and a double marble-topped vanity. There is an additional den area that has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and has recently been updated with a blackout shade and slider doors to easily transition into an additional sleep space.

Amenities include flat-screen televisions in the main living room and all bedrooms, concierge services, valet parking, assigned self-parking, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, fitness center, two pools with spas, and complimentary beach set-up.
Beachfront infinity pool and spa area are reserved for adults only. "Family" pool and fitness center are conveniently located right outside of the penthouse building. Beachside or in-unit massage available by appointment. Business center with internet and printer, restaurant delivery service (additional fees may apply), lounges and conference room for private events (additional fees apply), free secure Wi-Fi connection! Gated property ensures privacy and security.

Wailea Beach Villas is the only resort on Wailea Beach that is directly adjacent to The Shops at Wailea. This exclusive mall features designer shops and fabulous restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream parlor, and The Island Gourmet Market all within a stone's throw!

Please note per Wailea Beach Villa's policies, guests are limited to parking one vehicle on the property and may request a 2nd vehicle permit on an as-needed basis. Visitor(s) will be either assigned a 2nd space or be required to park in the surface spaces (32) located at the entrance. Any additional vehicles may be asked to park off-site or be charged a daily fee of $50 per vehicle.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Important Notice: Tile Replacement Project on the lower lobby lanai at Wailea Beach Villas
From August 26th to late October
There will be a tile replacement project on the lower lobby lanai starting on 8/26. Expect loud and excessive noise during your stay. LOUD NOISE: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The first week of demolition noise will be particularly excessive. The project will continue Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, until completion. As with all construction delays/extensions may be experienced. Please reach out to us for more information.

Our stay at WBV H102 exceeded all expectations. The villa was immaculate and well appointed. With all the local foliage and landscaping it gave a sense of privacy and garden peacefulness. The lanai was our favorite spot for fresh fruit breakfast and vanilla mac nut coffee while we planned the day. Communications with Kai, Kaitlin, and Allison were thoughtful and thorough, we felt so welcomed on arrival with fresh leis and snack basket. We would definitely recommend to others and would love the opportunity to stay again! Many mahalos and much Aloha!

H 102 is the perfect vacation rental. It is in a beautiful location. All amenities were appreciated and plentiful. The lay out gave privacy to all parties. We wanted king beds in the bedrooms which we were able to find here. Parking was included in the fee which was very helpful. The grounds are maintained to the highest standard and the staff was friendly on every level. I highly recommend H102 Wailea Beach Villas to anyone visiting Maui.

We picked this vacation location because we were looking for 2 king size beds in private areas in a condo. It was perfect and beautiful. The condo has a great layout with a terrace that we ate lunch on. All immenities were welcomed and plentiful. The grounds were beautifully maintained. All the workers around the complex were friendly and helpful when needed. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and stores for basic needs across the street. We rented a car and the parking was included in the rental fee. We enjoyed our time in Maui and Highly Recommend this villa/condo at the Wailea Beach Villas.

We love having extra room while on vacation and prefer condos vs costly hotels, and hotel F&B. WBV was a perfect fit and the roomy condo was extremely well outfitted, particularly the kitchen. We enjoyed the Viking Grill, Sub Zero dual fridges and the overall expanse of the unit and bedrooms. While there really isn't a unit view of the ocean, the WBV ground are simply stunning. The unit is a very short walk to the pool and beach, and the best part is that it is walking distance to the Wailea Shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend, and know that CB management company is really there for their renters. We will be back.

We had the most amazing week in Wailea at the Wailea Beach villas. The location is perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautiful, so well maintained and the set up at the pool and beach are wonderful. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Allison, our property manager, even managed to get our kids boogie boards and was so responds during our stay. We loved our condo. It was incredibly clean, well equipped and having a kitchen and laundry made our vacation much more enjoyable. We loved sitting out on the lanai listening to the birds and ocean. We will definitely be back!

Attractively appointed and furnished, Unit H102 at Wailea Beach Villas is an ideal condo for vacationing. The amenities are exactly what we anticipated and the quality of the WBV development stands out among others in the area. Beach front and pool areas were superbly maintained and staffed. We appreciated the helpful and friendly staff. The knowledgeable concierge team are a real bonus when it comes to emergency needs or excursion planning. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We have stayed in several hotels in Maui but staying in Wailea Beach villas has been the best. The place gives you privacy, convenience, and such an amazing crew to provide excellent customer service. I wish I have gotten everyones names so I can commend them all but we can never forget Allison who made sure our stay was perfect. I will definitely bring my family back to this place.

We had the pleasure of staying a week in the lovely H102 unit at Wailea Beach Villas. I was in town for a medical conference at the Grand Wailea, but in addition to my wife wanted to bring my son and his Fiance. We couldn't have picked a better location! We were steps from the Wailea shopping mall where great retail stores and restaurants were handy. The pool we frequented was also steps from the beach. The unit was beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And for me, my meeting was most convenient as there was gate access to the Grand Wailea adjacent to the WBV property! We'll definitely be coming back, hopefully sooner than later!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit is large, comfortable, and well-stocked. There is no ocean view from the lanai because it is on the first floor but the unit’s location is in a quiet area of the resort. There is easy, garage parking included. The resort is beautiful and conveniently located and easy to get to from the airport. Both the resort staff and the rental management team are friendly, and helpful. Would highly recommend.

This beautiful property was perfect for our family of 6 (4 teenagers). It is conveniently located to the Shops at Wailea. It was less than a 2-3 minute walk (there is a pass-through gate directly across from the lobby). Lots of great shopping, restaurants and a wonderful little market to grab groceries, to go meals, or snacks. It was also a quick walk to the beach (about 5-7 minutes) through lush perfectly landscaped grounds. While the walk to the beach doesn't take long it is uphill coming back which did not bother us but might be an issue for some. The family pool, work out facility and parking are all very close to the unit and convenient. We enjoyed going to the beach and we were offered towels and umbrella set up each day. Some of the best snorkeling we did was right off the beach. We saw large turtles each day and lots of fish. When the winds picked up in the afternoon the kids enjoyed boogie boarding (we rented snorkel gear and boogie boards from Snorkel Bobs which is within easy walking distance). The villa was well equipped. We used the kitchen and grill to cook almost all of our evening meals and everything we needed to do so was included (best stocked rental kitchen we have seen). They even had small coolers which we used to take down to the beach for drinks and snacks which were a nice touch. We loved sitting out on the lanai in the mornings. The property is on the first floor but the lanai is more like a second story view. The property is well maintained and any questions we had were promptly answered by the rental company. I would highly recommend this property and our family hopes to stay here again soon. We also really enjoyed the luau at the Marriott property next door. So much to do so close by. I think a few tears were shed when we left as it really felt like home.
