Spectacular !!!

The location is spectacular. The view from every window of the unit is breathtaking. The unit was very comfortable, comfy beds with good pillows, comfortable chairs and a nice couch on the lanai. The bathrooms and kitchen were spotless and had every amenity that you could need. This stay was beyond our expectations and we would definitely stay there again if it was available the next time we visit Kona.

DELIGHTFUL STAY !!!

Our stay at 333 Alii Drive was delightful. The home was spotless and easily accommodated our family of four. All appliances and utensils clean and in working order, should you choose to dine in. As delightful as the indoor accommodations are, you will find that the lanai offers a spectacular ocean view, and roomy enough to spend quality time. So comfortable and tranquil that you may be in no rush to go anywhere. If you look to your left off the lanai you will find an ocean pool. The pool is a natural aquarium where a variety of tropical fish flourish. I advise only adventuring in under calm conditions, wear gloves and booties. If you are confident in the water, it is a delightful snorkeling experience. Use caution, have a companion, go in only in calm conditions. The complex offers a pool, meticulously maintained for a less adventurous but very relaxing experience.
The proximity to downtown Kona is convenient. One half mile away you will find fine dining, shopping, and a wonderful laid back beach town vibe. There are several swimmable lifeguard protected beaches a short drive away. Most of the beaches are hidden treasures. I suggest using a map application to locate.
Overall we found the home, the town, and the beaches to be everything and more that we could want or need for our Hawaii getaway.

Special Property !!!

I would definitely stay here again.This view is GORGEOUS. You are not 100% private but that doesn’t tend to be a problem thanks to the room’s useful shades. TV worked great and was perfect size from the bed to help go to sleep alongside the sounds of the waves. I proposed to my girlfriend during this stay, and it made it all the better to have an Oceanside condo like this to relax at the end of the days. Kona was a 15 minute walk and 5 minute drive to the food and nightlife. Best morning food without a doubt was Island Lava Java. Best dinner was at Ulu, 25 mins north at the four seasons. Huggo’s and On the Rocks are somewhat a pay-for-the-view spot nearby. Ask for Joe at Huggo’s if you want the awkwardest and funniest experience possible.You won’t regret your stay here. I’d definitely come back!

Stunning Views

We were very impressed with this condo! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning — you can watch the sunset with no obstructions, and it truly felt like a highlight of our trip. The condo itself was beautifully furnished, spotless, and stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home. The hosts were also very accommodating and flexible with our check-in and checkout, which made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting Kona.

Perfect for the family !

This place was perfect for our family. Very close to downtown Kona restaurants and beautiful beaches! The beds were comfortable and the views were spectacular! They also had everything we needed, including beach chairs, skim boards, beach towels etc. The kitchen had all the amenities, including spices, coffee maker, pots and pans etc. Coldwell Banker Island Vacation\'s staff provided excellent service! We would love to come back!

Heavenly Lanai !!!

The layout of the condo was ideal. Might be difficult to choose bedrooms for two couples, but it was one couple and one friend. The second bedroom is definitely smaller. The lanai is heaven! You won’t find a better view on the island. Coffee in the morning and sunsets in the evenings were so lovely. We only had one glitch, which was the battery on the keypad dying. Called the emergency number after hours and she was very responsive.

Heavenly Lanai - Best Sunsets

This is our third time at Alii Villas but first time in 333. What amazing views of whales, dolphins, flying fish and beautiful sunsets and close to downtown. This is by far the best unit in Alii Villas and comes well stocked with beach items. Highly recommend this unit - you will be happy you did!

This was our first time renting this condo in Hawaii. We have been coming to Hawaii every year for Christmas for many years. When we arrived in the unit we were immediately excited about the great oceanfront views and how nicely the unit was furnished. The condo was pretty well stocked with the essentials. We did purchase a bigger coffee maker for the unit because the one in the unit was very small. We donated the bigger coffee maker to the unit for everyone to enjoy. If you’re a coffee drinker like my wife and I then this is a necessity. The other item we purchased for the condo was a Pur water filter pitcher. We didn’t care for the taste of the tap water and we didn’t want to carry cases of water up the stairs. We had a great time and had no issues with the unit or the owner/ manager. You cannot beat the views from the lanai. We already booked again for next year and are looking forward to it.
The only other suggestion we have for owners is some more plates/ dinnerware and maybe some plastic dinnerware as well for the barbecue.
