Immaculate! The BEST unit!

I never give 5-star reviews because there are always a few things that could be better about a place. We\'ve been coming to the big island for over a decade and this is by far the best unit we\'ve stayed in. Immaculately CLEAN, not a scuff or spec of dust in sight. A truly well-stocked kitchen with quality items, not dollar store junk.Also the most impressive array of clean, well maintained beach and snorkel gear; truly impressive. They also provide a few books and games for kids, pack-n-plays, even a bassinet. I felt like I was in a nice home, not a rental. Just beautiful. Cannot recommend enough!!

Beautiful stay in Mauna Lani #1705!

This is an amazing Townhouse that is wonderfully furnished and equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. All the Kitchen utensils are top notch and makes cooking an absolute pleasure. The Lanai is very peaceful with a private Viking Grill to enjoy with all the BBQ tools. The equipment locker in the attached garage is full of beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear etc. Also, the the pool/spa are an easy walk across the grass from the Lanai but not to close. While staying here, you have full access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club (5 minute drive away) which is a great place to experience the beach and snorkel.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay in this unit. We were 3 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kids and had lots of room to spread out. It is well stocked with every convenience. The hosts have thought of EVERYTHING. The location was convenient to many places. We personally loved the walkability of the area.

Thank you for staying with us. We are glad you and your family had a great stay and hope to see you folks again soon.

Great Property!

This is a great property in a quiet location that has everything you would need including lots of beach gear. It is quite spacious and the beds are comfortable and the property was clean and well-maintained. It has a very nice pool that is a very short walk away. The check in and check out process was very easy. We had a wonderful vacation here and would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The access to the pool and beach club were major perks for travelling with children. The rental was well stocked and very clean. The washing machine broke before we arrived which was a disappointment but information was communicated to us very openly and clearly.

Amazing, family-friendly unit with great amenities

We had a great time at Big Island Fairways at Mauna Lani 1705. Everything was SO well labeled and organized. There were many family-friendly things (high chair, bassinet, toddler mattress, beach toys, beach wagon, coolers etc) and the unit was so clean and spacious. We went to the Mauna Lani beach club and pool nearly every day. The lanai and bbq was beautiful with grass right outside. We had no issues at all and CB Island Vacations was also great to work with. We'd absolutely go back!

Beautiful place in Mauna Lani Fairways

We really enjoyed our time at the property. The owners have generously furnished the home with everything you might need, and some extras as well. The beach equipment made spending time at the private beach club easy and relaxing. The home it set up nicely for a family, with outside access to lawn area. We used the outdoor grill and dining most nights we were there. We will definitely go back for another visit.

Hawaii vacation

We had a nice winter vacation in warm weather and sunshine. The end of our stay we discovered that Ocean fresh fish had a roadside stand close by where you could buy fresh fish and poke plus other seafoods.

2nd Visit- Even Better!

We stayed here back in March with our kids and friends and it was lovely. The location is beautiful and very spacious.This time, just my husband and I went back and it was absolutely perfect. When you are vacationing with a bunch of people under one roof, it's hard to appreciate the quiet of the community. This time, every morning, we were able to just sit out on the lanai and enjoy our coffee with nothing but the sound of the birds.I truly appreciate the care that the owners have put into this space and look forward to visiting again.

Great stay at Mauna Lani

My family just returned from a wonderful vacation at the Fairways in Mauna Lani. The property is superb, so lush and beautiful and well maintained. We loved the pool facility. The accommodations were fantastic as well all of the extra amenities like beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling equipment boogey boards, etc.. were greatly appreciated. The property manager provided good customer service and was responsive to our needs. The whole trip was top notch and we hope to be back very soon. Highly recommend! Thanks

Every detail is thought out

From the welcome basket with drinks and chocolates, to the USB ports around the house, the fully stocked kitchen cabinets, and even the children's toilet seat and step stool in the bathroom, this is clearly a well thought out home and not just a vacation rental. Everything was perfect!

Fairways #1705 Awesome

This Condo was our home away from home! It was so well appointed and had everything we needed. We used the snorkeling gear and chairs to go to Mauna Lani Beach Club. The Condo was so comfortable. The beds were supreme. The TV was used to watch movies on Netflix. The binder was super useful which was referred to daily. The pool was beautiful and clean. We relaxed on the lanai every morning & afternoon. We will definitely return. Mahalo!!

Amazing home, beautiful setting

This home is even more beautiful than the images show, and sparkling clean! Sitting on the Lanai every morning with coffee and enjoying the beautiful garden view and the singing birds was the perfect and relaxing start to each day. Conveniently located just a short drive from Kona, resort beaches, restaurants, shopping and nature, we had more options than we had time to take advantage of. Picking up fish at the market and grilling on the Lanai, followed by a soak in the gorgeous hot tub (complete with waterfall) was our favorite way to end the day. We have stayed at other Hawaiian condos, but I can honestly say, this one felt like a home - comfortable and stocked with everything you could possibly need. I usually don't sleep well when we are away from home, but I slept like a baby–the bed was like sleeping on a cloud! I really cannot say enough good things about this condo, if I could I would give it 10 stars!

Five Stars on the Sunny South Kohala Coast

We were among the first guests to stay in this newly available property, and we highly recommend this lovely home. This townhouse exceeded our expectations - and we had high expectations! It felt like home when we walked in the door. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. The master suite is just huge with its own sliding door to the lanai. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal. The beach gear provided was perfect for a great day at the beach. The pool and hot tub are just a short walk through the garden. It was never crowded; several times we had it all to ourselves.Access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club was great. The variety of fish we saw while snorkeling was spectacular. The beachside restaurant had delicious food and was so convenient. The grocery store is right down the street, as is the Tommy Bahama Restaurant and Bar, which had great island specialties. We enjoyed going to Waimea, especially the farmer's market. We also enjoyed our trip to Hawi to go fluming on the Kohala Ditch.We will definitely be staying at this property again. Thank you for sharing your hale with us!

Perfect place to stay

My family had the pleasure of staying here for our first trip to the big island. The condo was exceptional. It really felt like a home and not just a rental unit - you can tell the owners are very thoughtful. It was beautiful, clean, spacious and homey, and had everything we could have needed for our stay- from books to beach gear to kitchen amenities. You know how sometimes on vacation you can’t wait to get back to your own bed? Not here, we were very comfortable. I wish my kids slept later in the morning so I could have enjoyed it more! 😉 This condo was also close to the local grocery store, which was very convenient. The Mauna Lani beach club access was fantastic for our three little ones. Would definitely visit and stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
