Kahaluu Bay Villas #102 is located across the street from the iconic Kahaluu Bay. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has it all. Enjoy an open layout of the living area, kitchen, sit-down dining table, and more. Sit on the large lanai and enjoy the ocean views.

Upon entry, you have a hallway with the bedrooms on either side. The primary ensuite has a California king-size bed and a smart television. The bathroom features a double vanity sink, a separate shower, a large soaking tub, and a closet and dresser for guests' use.

The guest room has two twin beds, a smart television, and access to the hallway bathroom. The guest bathroom has double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub, and there is a washer and dryer for guests.

Enjoy the open floor plan of the living area and a well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Keep the chef company and relax on the bar stools or have a sit-down dinner at the dining table. Stir up a drink at the wet bar in the dining area and relax outside.

The living room has ample seating for guests' use and a large flat-screen television.

The lanai offers a great view of the plumeria fields in front of the property and the ocean at Kahaluu Bay. Sit out and listen to the birds and enjoy your cup of Kona Coffee.

The complex has an elevator, a gated pool area, and BBQ for guests to use. You can walk across the street for snorkeling at Kahaluu Bay or sit on the black sand beach.

Great location

The leasing staff were communicative and reachable which was helpful. Google didn't direct us to the complex and the sign fo the building was down so we had difficulty finding the place but the agents picked up the phone so that was helpful. There was tree work / brush grinding for hours and hours on our last day which was a total bummer. It would have been nice to know about that when booking. I also booked the property because I thought there was AC but the ad clearly states there is not. My mistake! It was a little too hot in August but we coped. I booked through VRBO had I found it on CB's website things are much clearer. There were little things that let the place down (sink missing in the bar area, and minor defects, old fire sticks, and dead batteries in remotes) but the only thing that really disrupted our enjoyment was the tree maintenance which can't be helped. I would stay again in a cooler month. Excellent location, comfortable beds, lots of first aid kits, and fans and often empty swimming pool. Great walking distance to Kahalu'u bay. Good driving distance to KTA.

Lovely Condo in Perfect Location

The location of this condo was perfect for us - right up the street from beautiful Kahalu'u Bay and in a quiet part of Kona, still close enough to visit the main town easily. The condo is spacious, the furnishings beautiful, and it is well supplied for hanging out or for spending time at the beach. We enjoyed the peaceful lanai and beautiful grounds. There were a few minor annoyances that we shared with the property manager, but not worth making a big deal about in on-line review because over-all this was a great place. Thank you.

Spacious two bedroom condo half a block to Kahalu'u Beach

Great location and lovely, comfortable furnishings. The proximity to Kahalu’u Beach and good snorkeling was perfect. Beautiful sunsets from the lanai. A few issues with the TV (could never get cable TV to work, only Netflix), and the chairs on the lanai were losing some screws and a bit wobbly. Otherwise, everything was perfect and as expected (no a/c but lots of fans available).

Loved this place

A quick Spring Break getaway for my family. The condo was perfect for us. I was sick for 2 of the 5 days, but it wasn't that bad because of the awesome lanai. The condo is well stocked, clean and very comfortable.

Great location

This was our second time staying at this condo. It's clean, generally well appointed (the kitchen could use a few other tools), easy to get to, and well maintained. The kitchen fluorescent fixture went out during out stay and the property management took care it within 24 hours.

Paradise Discovered

This cozy condo offers perfect sunset views from the lanai. Condo kitchen is well equiped and there are plenty of towels in the batherooms. The pool is lovely and the grill easy to use. A short walk to the Island's best snorkling beach. Ideal location if you like quiet and not being in the heart of Kailua Kona downtown. Customer Service was very helpful with several things I needed help with. We will be back!

Great location, nice apartment

The location is perfect for seeing both the north and south ends of the west coast. The apartment is comfortable and has everything one would need. Having dinner on the lanai overlooking the beach and sunset was perfect, and the snorkeling in the bay across the street was amazing. Our only little hiccup was when the next guest's oxygen was delivered to our unit without the rental manager letting us know first. While it was a surprise to find someone had entered our place, all was well and the rental agency was responsive and apologetic. We'd stay here again if we came back to the area.
