* The pool is designated as a quiet pool. Floats, pool toys, jumping, diving, and splashing are not permitted. Children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by an adult, and babies and toddlers are required to wear swim diapers.

Fall Retreat in Hawaii

The condo amenities are great. There is a pool and hot tub just a 2 min walk from the condo. We had one child on our trip which made following the rules of the pool easier. If you have more than one child and they need to get a lot of energy out or a large group that is louder this may not be the space. The community is older and some rent their space and others live either full time or part time. That means some like new people coming and going and others find it hard to live in a space that is not being respected properly. So, just be mindful of the living community and follow the rules. They do have staff on the property that will say something.
There is a local snorkeling beach 5 min away from the condo and amazing Poke at Da Poke shop ( only open on Mon-Friday). The owner was so kind and the food was fresh and so good. My 6 year old love Poke. There is also grocery store, pizza place and bar all in the same area for eats and drinks just 10 min down the road.
Overall this space was everything we needed. There is snorkeling things in the space to borrow, everything for a trip to the beach and more and we also gifted a little swimmers life jacket.
When we go back to Kona, we will be using this space again!
