This newly remodeled condo is a pure delight. Enjoy sweeping ocean views from the kitchen, living room, dining room and primary bedroom. With tasteful Hawaiian artwork throughout and an ever-present ocean breeze, being in this home is a constant reminder of how truly magnificent Hawaii Island is.

When entering the home, you find yourself in an open formatted living and dining room area. With plenty of seating space for the whole family, enjoy looking out at the ocean or flip on the smart TV to watch your favorite show.

Flowing directly from the living room is the newly renovated kitchen. Complete with ample storage space and all of the gadgets one could need, it is the perfect spot to put together a small meal or a gourmet feast. On the other side of the living room is a lanai with an additional dining table and spectacular views. Watch locals surf while enjoying your morning cup of coffee and the refreshing salt water air.

Down the hall off of the main living area are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the ocean side is the primary suite, featuring a king-size bed and its own quaint lanai. This bedroom has its own bathroom complete with his and hers sinks and beautiful tile work throughout. Enjoy ocean views from the comfort of your own bed every morning and take in the relaxing sounds of the Pacific.

On the other side of the hall are two bedrooms. The first is perfect for children, featuring two twin-size beds and tasteful ocean-themed artwork. The second bedroom has a king size bed and ample closet space.

Also down this hall is a newly renovated bathroom for guests and a laundry area with a large washer and dryer for your use and convenience.

Just a short drive from downtown Kona, this is a great location. It is close to snorkeling, swimming and surfing spots but also close to ample dining and shopping options. Whether you're looking for an outdoor adventure or a relaxing day at home, this condo has everything you need to create a memorable vacation.

*Please note that this unit is close to the publicly-accessed Banyans Beach and directly on Ali'i Drive, and you can hear the fun being had at all times of the day.

Perfect Location

We enjoyed being oceanfront and enjoying the beautiful view from the lanai. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Check in and out were easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Hawaii Family Vacation

We had another great stay at Kona Bali Kai, this time with 3 generations of family members. This was our first time renting this unit and we found it just as pictured online. It was well stocked with appliances, kitchen basics and beach supplies!

We had a few minor maintenance requests and were contacted by the property management company before we had a chance to reach out ourselves. They were very prompt in addressing our request!

Overall we were very pleased and would definitely rent this unit again.

Wake up to paradise.

My friends and I loved this condo unit. Morning coffee on the lanai was actually one of the highlights of our trip. We could hear the gentle waves and sounds of people enjoying the small beach right below the unit. Watching the palm trees, birds, and surfers was very relaxing. Parking was a breeze and the unit was easily accessible. We also took advantage of the free bus (trolley) that made stops right across the street. There is a delicious poke place attached to these condos and a quaint coffee shop within walking distance.

Kona Vacation

This was a great place to be off the beaten path but close enough to grocery stores and local food sources. It was so close to snorkeling and a swimming beach as well. I would like to stay again in the future.

The patio was perfect for watching the surfers and the little “private” section of beach was just perfect for taking a dip in the ocean without being in the high waves. The corner location of the condo was ideal.

Superb location

The apartment was comfortable, conveniently located and beautiful. The kitchen was fun to cook in and the living room and lanai were great for watching the ocean, whales and surfers. The master bed and bath were great, also facing the ocean. The two other bedrooms faced the road, but the noise level wasn't too bad.

Right on the beach!

The location of this unit is great, right on the water and close to a (mainly lava) beach. That being said, the roar of the breakers is ever-present. The kitchen could have been better outfitted with pans and cooking implements. Overall, it worked out well for us.

Beautiful both inside and out !

Everything was perfect! We traveled with a group of six and the condo had plenty of space for us to socialize as a group and to find spots to get some alone time. Everything was easy, check in, out, and communication. We needed an extra parking pass and a different pan, both were provided quickly and easily. The condo was supplied with good quality basic supplies and plenty of towels. The unit was recently remodeled and its stunning its modern and beautifully decorated. Every morning I woke up to magnificent sounds of the waves and ended our evening to the sky showing its splendor with a sunset. You could literally walk onto the lanai or out to the back beach and be in paradise, you dont have to leave the condo grounds and have the perfect vacation. The beach is literally your back yard. The coral/rocks are sharp so be careful when walking swimming right out back. A couple things to be aware of is: you will walk up three flights of stairs, the elevator is on the other side of the complex so your option is the stairs or a long walk from elevator to unit. I was frustrated by this the first day, by the end I was grateful for all of it, including the stairs. I could never find the outside faucet to rinse off, but never asked. This unit is gorgeous, the view is magnificent, and the beach is your back yard.
