The condo was great! It had everything we needed for our family of 6. It was also stocked with enough amenities to accommodate our stay. My kids loved the pool, that was an added bonus. The host responded quickly to our questions. We’d definitely stay there again.

Great condo in a great location !

The unit was clean and had plenty of additional accessories such as beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas,etc. a great central location that minimizes driving to various places on the island; also, one of the best snorkeling locations on the island is walkable right down the street.

Stayed Over a Week - Love this Condo !!!

Stayed about a week
We had an amazing trip and stay with CB Island Vacations. The place was so well-stocked - in terms of the kitchen, beach equipment (chairs, umbrella, snorkel and fins) and even left a big supply of sunscreen for us to use if needed. The views from the top floor were beautiful.
We loved our stay and it was very well located to shops/super market as well as some great snorkel spots and restaurants.

The unit was clean, modern and exactly how it was described. It’s well stocked with all kitchen amenities, beach gear and games. TV’s in each room is nice so guests can have their private time is wanted. We couldn’t have asked for more and will be staying here the next time we visit the island.Stayed 9 nights in Aug 2024 Response from OwnersThank you for taking the time for leaving such a nice review. As you mentioned, we like how there is enough room to spread out for some private time if someone desires. I can’t say enough about how great this place was. It was so nice and clean! It had everything you need to be right at home. They even had beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, floaties and a couple of straw hats that came in handy. Don’t hesitate on booking this home, it’s all and more than expected. Thank you so much CB Vacations for such a great trip! We will be back next year!

Group tripHave to say that the condo was better than the pictures, with loads of space and room to chill.Every kitchen implement you could dream of for a vacation rental and everything worked.Hosts were super responsive and extremely helpful, which we were quite grateful for at least once.Definitely not inexpensive, but worth the spend to feel at home and comfortable.

We got in late at night and it was raining so it was hard to figure out which unit was ours. But once we did it was beautiful and well maintained. We had a wonderful trip with our teenage sons.

Liked: CleanlinessGreat location & so quietI booked this unit for my family because it had what we wanted - 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The unit is very spacious for 5 adults and 1 child. The kitchen has everything we needed for cooking our meals - good quality pots & pans, heavy duty plates, sharp knives, plenty of plates & glasses, and even a lot of containers with covers for leftover food. It also has 2 coffeemakers- a regular drip and a Keurig. The unit has a patio with a dining table and 6 chairs along with a gas grill. We used the gas grill to cook some steaks. It was great to eat outside in the evening around sunset. My grand-daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool in the property. She had the pool to herself on our last night there. If we come back to the Big Island again, I would like to book this unit again. We normally go to Maui, but my family now prefers the Big Island!

We had a great time at CB Island vacation rentals. The place was very clean and had all the amenities that were described. We loved the privacy of having a gated community with a pool and fitness center. There was a grocery store and restaurants a short walk up the hill. The space was perfect for your group of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids). We would definitely stay again if coming back to the same area.

Big Island Vacation

This property was perfect. The location was ideal for visiting all of the island and was particularly convenient given the immediate proximity of the shopping center that had a grocery store, pharmacy, and several restaurants. We were able to visit the beaches, coffee plantations, and excursions that we had booked all within a few minutes drive.The apartment itself provided more than enough space for a family of 5 to spread out a bit, but still afforded the chance to gather together in the living room on the comfy sectional.The views from the apartment were fantastic and we were even able to see the July 4th fireworks on the Bay from the upstairs balcony. Though we did not use the pool, it was neat and large enough to never appear crowded. Would highly recommend this property for its location and cleanliness.

Nice Clean Condo in Great Area

The condo is clean and well-appointed with nice furniture and many kitchen appliances and supplies. It was great to have beach chairs, toys, snorkel gear all available to use. Just a few suggestions... benches in the bedrooms to place suitcases on so they aren't on the floor. Also 4-5 laundry and dishwasher pods is not enough for 5 people for an 8 night stay. And a few fixes for some windows that don't open and the master bedroom door that doesn't open onto the porch would be appropriate. With these simple corrections, this would be a 5 star condo in every way.

Exceeded our expectations and great for a big family

Wow, this was the perfect place to stay during our Hawaii vacation! The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with anything you could possibly need during your stay. We have three little ones and there were plenty of beach toys and floaties, board games ect. There was a pack and play available for use, lots of beach towels and very comfortable beds. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone!

Well Stocked

This Airbnb was so well stocked. More appliances in the kitchen than I have at my house! We had 5 people stay for 2 weeks and felt at home here. All of us worked remotely and felt the internet was very fast. We loved grilling our meals and eating on the lanai. The location is also great, really close to a grocery store and a short drive to the beach park with great snorkeling and surfing. Overall, we loved this place and can't wait to come back!

Fun two weeks

As a former resident of Kailua-Kona, this location is perfection! It’s at the South end of Ali’i drive, but away from the congestion. It’s a block away from grocery stores, Longs Drugs, restaurants, gas station, and easy access to the highway to all the gorgeous beaches, and fun sights to explore! This newly remodeled condo is like a breath of fresh air. It’s so clean, and has not one, but two lanais! One to enjoy your morning coffee off of the main living area, and the other to enjoy a cocktail or beer while watching the sunset! The upstairs lanai has an unobstructed 180° view of Kailua bay! The beds are very comfortable, with plenty of space in each to unpack and feel like you’re in a home, not a cramped hotel room. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and cookware you’ll need! There’s also a bonus closet with lots of beach items that are so handy to have and not have to purchase while you’re visiting ie: beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys etc…And if you don’t want to trek to the ocean, the on-site pool is perfect! Lots of lounge chairs, and a couple of tables with umbrellas! They’ve thought of everything in this gorgeous space! Definitely will return!
