Kona vacation rental

Our condo was clean and had an ocean view though slightly obstructed. There was plenty of parking and it was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Also, the property management was extremely fast in taking care of any issues during our stay(like changing a battery in a smoke detector when it started to make low battery noises). Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance most of our stay which was a huge disappointment. Overall, it was a nice stay as it was in the heart of keahou and close to nearby Kailua.

Perfect for our family

This place was just great. Very clean, well appointed and just as advertised. We were surprised at how much was supplied-cooler, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, water shoes, beach towels-that was fantastic. Close to a shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants. Nice snorkeling spot very close-by. Worked out perfectly for our family of 5.

Cheers to F6 at Big Island Na Hale O Keauhou

What a wonderful, well appointed place to stay. Everything was top notch. The kitchen had everything a cook could dream of! The bedrooms and baths were comfortable. The pool and hot tub was well within walking distance, however a bit odd that it required the fob for in and out purposes.

Well situated at the south end of Kona, easy to find and easy to get to KTA and restaurants.

A few concerns were raised with Coldwell Banker and most were handled immediately, save for the shower door in the first floor bathroom.

Would love to connect direct with the owners to tell them of our delight!

It all was as described with everything you will need for a great stay. The access instructions were spot on.
The unit was clean with everything in its place. Close to a small shopping mall for all your other needs and very close to great beach access and snorkeling bay. Also very near the Kona County Club.

Na Hale o Keauhou F6 Bliss

Na Hale o Keauhou F6 was an absolute joy to call our home away from home. The unit was super clean, spacious, comfy, and had everything we needed.The property is only 1.5 miles away from Magic Sands Beach, and a stroll from the nearby KTA grocery store and restaurants. Watching the sunset anywhere in between is amazing. The outdoor lanai grill is intuitive and easy to use - it hits all the marks. All the grilling tools were found in the kitchen.All the TVs are smart TVs, so if you have any streaming services you subscribe to, you can log into those and enjoy your favorite shows. The kitchen is well equipped - we cooked lots of "ono" meals using local produce. Dishwasher was modern & quiet, and the ceramic stove heated up quickly.All the mattresses are memory foam, which was a plus for us because thats the same mattress type we use at home. We enjoyed relaxing on the master bedroom lanai, which had a nice view of the ocean.The pool and gym on property is convenient and relaxing. We liked how large the spa was - you can fit about 6-8 people in their comfortably. And theres a shallow pool for the keiki. The normal pool gets as deep at 5ft, and has a sitting ledges along the perimeter.We were there during the rainy season, and having the ability to park our rental car in the garage was very handy to load/unload the provided beach chairs, boogie boards, and coolers. Washer and dryer were handy - it allowed us to pack light for our trip.It's nice to have the option of using the trade winds provide that naturally cooling through the large windows and using the stylish ceiling fans, or, turn on the conventional air conditioning, which was fast and efficient. The next time we're visiting the big island, we'll check to see if this property is available and if so, we'll book it again. Mahalo!

Perfect Place to Unwind

This 3-bedroom 3-full bath townhouse is located in a quiet gated community. We were welcomed with a fresh feeling as we walked into the place. The open floor plan floor allows us to hang out with our friends with comfort and style. It’s complete with new furnitures, Smart TV, kitchen gadgets, Air Condtioning, washer /dryer all in perfect working conditions. It comes with 1-car garage and offers plenty of parking space right in front of the unit. This place definitely set the bar high as to what to look for in a rental property. We had a memorable and great experience and I would definitely recommend it to the rest of my family, relatives and friends! So if your standard is high, this PLACE IS FOR YOU! Don’t wait.. CHECK it OUT!!!
