Everything You Need for Vacation!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Excellent communication and check-in/out instructions. The villa had everything we needed. There was even some laundry detergent provided! This place definitely felt like home away from home. The villa is a very short walk to the pool entrance & club house. We only had one issue arise when the internet quit working. Yes, there were instructions on how to unplug/cycle the power to the router. I tried this with no luck, however, it did start working the next morning. The internet speed is fast with over 300Mb speed. We did go to Walmart and buy a couple of pool noodles and then I noticed afterwards that there were already some noodles inthe garage, lol. Snorkel gear, life jackets, noodles, boogie boards, wheeled cart, cooler, chairs, etc are all provided in the garage. I put ice in a bag for the cooler each morning. The freezer supplies plenty of ice. The boogie boards are in need of new wrist straps/replacement, but it was nice to have beach gear! Our rental car fit snug in the garage, however, a larger SUV most likely would not. FYI the bathtub in the Primary suite is just a standard tub depth, it is not a soaking tub. Plenty of towels, soap, etc. There are a few standard items missing from the kitchen (rubber spatula for mixing bowls), but really nothing to complain about. For a long term stay (week or more) this is a great place. It has everything you need. The area is quiet, peaceful, and enjoyable for the whole family. Although the villa is right next to the pool, you will not hear loud parties, splashing, etc as the property enforces strict hours. The villa shares walls with others and we did not hear our neighbors. There was a family of 5 next door and at least 4 college students on the other side and we never heard any noise. My family will keep this property saved for the future!

We loved our stay in unit 2004 at Colony Villas. The beds are comfortable and the unit is very clean. The location by the pool was perfect and we appreciated all the extras provided: snorkel gear, fan, sleeping mats, beach towels, iron and board, blow dryer, beach chairs, cooler, wagon to carry it all to the beach. We would absolutely look to stay in this unit again. Thank you to the owners for hosting us and for all the thoughtful extras provided!
