This quiet golf community of Waikoloa Village is nestled between the world-famous beaches of the resort coast and the shops and cooler weather of the town of Waimea.

Upon entry to this property, you have an open living area, with your kitchen, bar area, dining table, and open living room. Enjoy the lanai that is off the living area and fresh air. There is television in the living area.

The bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs in this home. The bedroom has a queen bed and lovely views out to the mountains.


Please note:
-There is one parking space allowed for this unit.
-There is no air conditioning in this unit.
-Some furniture and decorations may be different than in the photos, but the property is the same.
-The fireplace is not operable only for decoration.
-There is a Roku TV and Netflix.

We are excited to announce that the Hills will begin its capital improvement project for the pool, spa, and deck. Please note the following important dates.

Key Dates
October 21 – December 21: The pool area will be closed to all residents and guests.
October 21: Pool draining begins.
November 2: Construction begins. Mike and Carl will prepare the pool area beforehand.
October 30 – December 21: Guest parking will be unavailable.
Please note: These dates are tentative. Weather delays could extend the schedule, and the work may also finish earlier than planned. We will share updates as the project progresses.

What to Expect
Grill: The grill will remain available for use outside the pool area during the closure.
Guest parking: Some guest spaces will be cordoned off in advance, as pool furniture, plants, and other items are moved into them for storage. Beginning October 30, all remaining guest spaces will be reserved exclusively for the pool and deck crews until the project is complete.
Additional parking: If needed, additional vehicles may be parked on Lua Kula."
